Not a four star in my opinion. Food and entertainment not up to the standard we experienced at another Barcelo hotel so we were disappointed. Staff were friendly though and beds comfortable.

The hotel was noisy with dated brick pathways which made the cleaners trolley very loud every morning. The pool area was crowed, cups bottles left on the steps at night at the entrance. Our room was not clean, the wardrobe door did not close. Sofa bed filthy. The block areas echoed with noise and door slamming and looked and felt like prison blocks. Lastly the food was terrible! Definitely not 4star I would like a voucher refund to choose another hotel as I did not have a nice stay in this hotel very disappointed. I’m surprised this was even on ********** as I trusted your choice

We were disappointed in the hotel for a number of reasons: - drinks in plastic or paper cups all day, even in an evening (limited drinks included in all inclusive) - water dispensers available but limited. When you have young kids this is important - lots of ants in the room each day - some days there would only be 2 towels in the room for a family of 4 - service was inconsistent

The pool was too deep for kids it was either too shallow or too deep. The food was terrible and the drink choice was poor

Peak season, but even for that pretty expensive place. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and chilled. It’s been quite but also far from most interesting places. There is a little, very picturesque beach close to the hotel. The dinner in the hotel was not good. I’m not very picky but they definitely have to improve that! I recommend to have dinner outside. Breakfast instead was okay. Again I have to emphasize how nice the staff was, even under these crazy circumstances of so many tourists

Overall layout of the property was good, the bedroom was acceptable and clean. Problem with the Airconditioning which resulted in having to spend 3 hours in our room with 2 electricians in attendance. As an All Inclusive resort we were presented with 2 bottles of water in the bedroom fridge for the duration of our stay. Upon requesting more water we were told that we would need to purchase additional water, THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Hotel looks better in the photos than in real life pretty dissatisfied with the rooms over looking each other not much privacy: reception staff are very slow and always a Q, plus point dining areas are spotless clean and wide range of foods we were only b&b , also disappointed that when trying to buy a beer from the bar at night they serve it in a small plastic cup not really what you want to drink your drinks from not much around hotel either need a taxi most places roughly 8-10€ ,, personally I would not return as I said above serving drinks in plastic cups is just not on for a guest,, would not return to this hotel or use the Barcello chain again,

One big problem is all the food is cold they need to invest in new heat lamps or find a better way of keeping food at least warm.

Chose this hotel because it was away from busier areas and offered good scenic walks to quiet less busy beaches.

This hotel is beautiful however they have not done a good job maintaining it. Some areas are not as clean. Our room had a very modern design which was a plus but unfortunately the bathroom was not as clean and the walls had mold, you could see the paint falling off. Despite that our stay was great, their all inclusive package is amazing and our favorite part was the pool and food.

The experience was kind of bad. The 1st room we got was not clean, hair on the floor, humidity and when showering all the water was going into the bedroom as the bathroom is inside the room near the bed. We asked to change room after that and the new room was not clean neither, still hair on the floor but at least bathroom was separate from the bedroom. Durning the moves between 1 room to another we forgot one pair of shoes and a toothbrush. When we realize it we ask at reception. We got back to toothbrush but no the shoes. Which is kind of really strange to me. The hotel could not find us a solution and it seems that someone either the clients that cam right after us in the 1st bedroom we've got or the cleaner stole the shoes but... I will not recommend this hotel, not only for the inconvenience but it seems that we were not the only one to complaining. Every time we went to the reception you could hear clients complaining. They also made us paid twice a room if we wanted to be 2 peoples in the room which is a nonsense for me. We paid for a single room for 2 people at the end 800 euros for 3 days ! And the services are definitely not the one of a 4 stars hotel.
