This hotel is well thought out and is definitely worth what it costs. Smaller rooms but everything is useful, and up to date. Comfy beds, great bathroom, large tv, and lots of extras by the lobby (24/7 coffee, pool table, games, fitness room, pool, and hot tub). I’d stay here again.

We thought we would try a different hotel while staying in Idaho Falls but we'll now go back to la Quinta. I wouldn't stay at tru by Hilton again. For the cost of the hotel we could have stayed somewhere else and had a bigger cleaner pool and hot tub. They didn't have any breakfast left when my husband went down at 8:30 am. I thought maybe they needed time to restock and went back a half hour later and again no breakfast and the employees were standing around talking at the front desk. The room was just ok very basic not even a couch to sit on and the shower had issues with the shower head that shot water out of the tub.

Great location and friendly staff! The 24/7 coffee and tea is a plus. But the fan in the room is really noisy and can't be turned off even the AC was shutted off.

Very clean facility. Breakfast was nice and the scrambled eggs were delicious. Will book here again.

Thought I was getting a good deal booked online two rooms two nights roughly 450.00 then upon arrival I got hit with 185.00 worth of hidden fees room is now 635.00 not much of a deal

Very clean, beds were wonderful! I’d prefer cotton sheets- microfiber is too hot. Guests need to be reminded that you are in the business of selling sleep— to not allow their room doors slam would be soooo courteous and appreciated! I was in IF for surgery- the jolt from the slamming doors was not the fault of the hotel, but it was irritating as I was recovering.

I was so thankful when we walked in we weren't hit with a lot of fragrances or chlorine smell. Everything was neat and taken care of. Having the game area in the lounge was nice. The gym looked great. The pool was perfect for my littles to enjoy.

This was a great place to stay, trendy, simple and clean with everything we needed. We even played three games of pool! We definitely will stay at Tru by Hilton again.

Very nice hotel. Not familiar with the Tru brand but the hotel appears to be brand new. Very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable.

The furnace in the room has major problems, with multiple different noises, some very loud coming out of it every time it was on. I let the desk know when I checked out, but they should have known as any past guest would have surely complained. I am sure some poor soul is getting checked into the same room now.

Not so much for us. I think this property would appeal to the younger crowed. Modern look and feel. Smaller rooms.
