Great service, staff and location

服務什麼的還行，畢竟價格在那擺着呢，離機場很近，安保也很嚴格確保安全。洗澡水讓人堪憂，放了一浴缸的水都是帶銹的，其他的還行，餐廳不錯

Ideal location if you have business interests in the airport area, although some access roads are considerably bumpy. The musical entertainment during Sunday lunch was much appreciated. The accommodation is remarkably soundproofed considering the flight activities that take place from the adjacent aircraft parking lot. It is a pity that there is no bidet, despite the large size of the bathroom.

Walking into the environment is a lifetime feeling one shouldn’t miss, you’d wonder where has this place been all your life! The warmth welcome and how the waiter presented the menu is top notch. Oh how I loved the arts on the wall, it gave me this traditional aura of being proud of my origin. I didn’t stay long tho, only came to see a friend, was already heavy to eat anything, I wished i could force myself to, lol, but I had cocktail and the taste was heaven!

I almost forgot that I was still in Lagos. Good food from De Bull Restaurant, with amazing staff too. 5 stars to Chimaobi for his attentiveness, cheerfulness and good example of a person that loves his job. Kudos to Onyekachi for the welcome tips.

Stayed in this hotel numerous times and staff are always amazing, special thank you to “Ali’s” from the pool bar who is always so friendly and “Damien” who helped prepare my collegue a surprise cake for his birthday. Thank you again! You really made it wonderful

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and tranquil, with the added convenience of being very close to the airport, making it easy to avoid traffic and catch your flight. The staff, particularly Mr. PrinceWill and many of the front desk and dining staff, were polite and deserving of a 5-star rating. They deserve a huge raise. However, I can only give 4 stars due to an unpleasant encounter with a rude staff member when our AC wasn’t working. He initially blamed us for the issue but later brought a portable AC and apologized. Unfortunately, by that time, we were already tired and preparing to sleep in the heat since we had an early flight. The night managers could benefit from some customer service training. The food was generally good, though my sister did get sick from something she ate. Thankfully, she recovered, and the dining staff did apologize. The rooms are great, and on our return, we were fortunate that the AC was functioning better, though they still brought us a room AC to help with the heat. Overall, my experience was positive, but I'm not sure I would stay here again. I might explore other options Lagos has to offer.

A very nice hotel in a good location for the airport. Everything from check in to departure to went as it should, the staff were attentive and courteous, and all of the public areas were attractive and clean. The room was spacious, clean, attractive, and well prepared with nice views. We ate at the restaurant and were also impressed with the standard of food and the service. Without a doubt the best hotel that I’ve stayed in Nigeria, and one of the nicer one’s in general. Well done, keep it going.
