2023 was our first family trip to Turkey, staying at the Side Royal Style Hotel, and we've booked to visit again in 2024. The hotel and staff were simply lovely and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Minor issue with rooms when we arrived in the early hours, which was rectified within 30mins the next day (the reception team even apologied for it taking 30mins!!). Food - excellent! The Beach Bar surpassed our expectation for both food and drink. Alcohol, soft drinks, and cocktails - amazing! Coffee shop - superb! Rooms - lovely! I had read that the hotel team favoured Russian and German guests - utter rubbish; like anywhere, treat people with dignity and respect and it will be reciprocated. Tip the staff as they all work incredibly hard. I would plan at least one trip to Side Old Town. I had asked what curreny to take and there was no clear answer so we took £, € and lire. When we come back next year we will only take €. Well done and thank you to the Side Royal Style Hotel team, you're all amazing. Definitely ☆☆☆☆☆+ 👏🏼

We have spent 10 days in this hotel. The food was very tasty and offers plenty of choice. The restuarant was big enough we had no problem to find a free table. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. Maybe it was too loud in the evenings shows, however in the end we have found a solution. I can trully recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great and especially food was delicious. Hotel is clean, and everything works good. Beach is amazing, and beach restaurant with woffels and pancakes super. I would definitely go back some day. Only negative thing is the night show, which is really loud and stops 23.30.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is good, close to the car park and tourist areas. Staff respectful and hardworking. The food is delicious. Two minutes to beach. The animation team is great! The animation team is fun and respectful. I would especially like to thank Ozi for taking care of us. This hotel is fun, I recommend 😎

The restaurant is high quality and delicious. Staff are friendly and respectful. The location is good, close to the car park and the city. The room is clean and the furniture is comfortable. Animation team is great. There are many activities during the day. especially morning gymnastics with Ozi is superb! The animation team is great. I recommend the hotel - happy to come back again 🥰

The hotel is wonderful, staff are very attentive and always there to accommodate your enquiries. Last night I had a bad experience with Mr Ibrahim, we as a couple and and friends were asked to be more quiet while playing domino's. ( no bad language, no being noisy or troublesome) One nationality complaining about another without just cause is xenophobia, without justification. All staff and other guests had no complaints however being a minority if you are Britsish is troubling. We have been to this hotel in the past and never had this problem and have booked up for Christmas/New year are having second thoughts. The hotel caters for another nationality more than the Brits, any issues or so called complaints are acted on without question. I must reiterate the hotel is clean, staff are wonderful however I do believe being a manager myself in the UK of a very large company I feel the problem in this hotel is lacking diversity from Management. Overall, saddened how this has been dealt with, lack of professionalism and taking one nationalities views over another. I hope by tbe end of my stay in this lovely hotel my view and opinion has changed.

We had a great stay in the style hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were lovely. We had 2 rooms booked and both were equally beautiful and modern. The cleaning staff have a big task every day but they never failed to top up the mini bar etc. I would like to say thank you to them and I appreciate how hard they work. The buffet style dining was great too. A good selection. Lots of salad, mains and desserts on offer. Restaurant staff were very helpful and approachable. Offering drinks with every meal. The hotel arranged for an excursions rep to offer/ advise on day trips during the stay. We went on the jeep safari and boat trip. I would recommend to the adventurous, but there are lots of other options available. So don’t worry if you haven’t booked before travelling. It can all be arranged there. The hotel has its own beach and is located in a great area. Entertainment every night and has a lovely atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and seems happy. Lots of restaurants and history to see during your stay. We saw the ancient cities, they are amazing and I’d recommend to all. Also lots of shopping options. The mall is literally around the corner from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others. And would stay there again if ever in the area. During our stay we hired a rental car. Lots of places to park, and this made traveling so much easier. There are good transport links if you choose not to rent.
