I booked a room for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel and they exceeded my expectations . Even though their cable TV is not working , you still get the value for what you pay for. The room size was just right. Complete toiletries. The swimming pool is clean and is free of use. Breakfast is satisfying and staff are helpful. Good location too. Just a 10 peso jeepney ride to Parola Port if you wanna go to Guimaras. Just 2 rides from Ceres Terminal coming from Carles , Iloilo. Short walk away from several fastfood chains and SM delgado. Highly recommended

Our family have a walk in in this hotel and all staff both front office, housekeepers and in room dinning are accommodating! 5 star for this hotel.. My kid Zach really enjoy the pool experience.. Special mention on the guard who assist as when the parking was full..

During my recent stay at Injap hotel, I found the experience to be quite pleasant overall, though there were a few areas where improvements could be made. Well, Check-in was smooth, and the staff made every effort to ensure my comfort throughout the stay. The room itself was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel's location was another significant advantage. It is onveniently situated in front of SM City Iloilo. Overall, our stay at Injap was a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others and would consider staying there again in the future.

The room smells so romantic..the services are good. I don't have any problem upon staying there. The food serve on the dining area is very appetizing, and the crews are very respectful. I had a very nice stay in Seda and the people from the guards, front desk officers, and crews are very courteous.

I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

Great location close to all downtown festival activities. Hotel has many amenities including breakfast buffet. Very disappointed with the flooding in the bathroom from blocked shower drain everyday and with managements response. Talked with others who complained about the same issue. Food was ok but expected higher quality due to online ratings and customer reviews.

very good location in the city proper. easy to commute to feel as local in all spots.. definitely be back to stay here again. job well done trip.com and ong bun..

Stayed here for 2 nights of May 11 & 12. The restaurants, massage place, grocery stores, malls are near so the traffic for cars and people is kind of heavy. Parking was spacious. We were given room 810. The room was spacious and bright. Bed and pillows were very good. Basic toiletries were provided and was topped up everyday. But a window was without a safety latch that can cause danger especially to children. They only provided bath towels but no hand or face towels and they will charge 50pesos for each if you ask for it. The toilet tissue paper was too thin. Shower glass was not properly cleaned. Noises from the street and hallway can be heard. TV stations were of local channels only.

A bit pricy for me as a solo traveler .But very nice location.Good aircon and friendly guard.They are very helpful when I ask for local tecommendations/food /public transpo. very nice experience with them.

Overnight stay with buffet breakfast. Booked via Agoda, really good for it's price! Stayed last February 2020. Comfortable bed. Good location as well. Walking distance to the mall. Nice staff! Guard helped us to get a taxi going to the airport. Thanks!
