酒店應該是在一個村子裏麪，附近難得有一個這麼漂亮的酒店，就是周圍環境差了點。樓頂的西餐廳和酒吧也很棒，服務員都很熱情！

It’s a good hotel with friendly staff who really do their best to ensure guests have a good stay. Although, the rooms are abit small and the AC’s electricity might get cut off suddenly. Owners should look into making sure amenities and facilities are improved to ensure guests have a more comfortable stay.

All stuffs are so nice and passionate, thanks so much to the marketing manager to arrange car service to us, really really good service there, in lumbini, need to try this gardening lake view hotel, good food as well. Thanks to all stuff 🙏

The place was great except for the washroom. It wasn’t very clean and the basin sink was clogged.

Rumbini Buddha garden resort is not only a hotel but also a beautiful garden with lotus pond , surrounded by lawns and forests, I really appreciate staff members of the hotel, they are so kind and sincere, helping me a lot in many ways, ready to offer what you need instantly. The room is clean, spacious and good light with morden facilities like Ac, hot shower, fast WiFi. It has two baconies where you can watch views and relax and dry your clothes. They are very considerate when cleaning rooms, even helped to fold my messy clothes and shoes, and to put back the clothes you dried in the bacony into the room, keeping everything tidy and nice. The food was very delicious too, I asked them to send to my room, they are very patient, packed the food carefully and delivered with the whole set of delicate dishes, glasses, spoon, knife and so on. In the morning you can hear the birds singing and the staff are diligently doing gardening, cleaning, washing. They even bow down to wipe the bricks of the road leading to room buildings in the garden which touches and impresses me. I am really grateful to all those who have served and helped me with warm hospitality and patience. I highly recommend Rumbini Buddha garden. It's a wonderful choice when you you are in Lumbini.

第一次和朋友來藍毗尼，沒想到遇到這麼精品的酒店，食物種類很多，當地餐、中國餐、印度餐…很多可選的，房間面積超大，最重要，服務特別貼心，超五星好評，我們回加德滿都時因為沒有及時買票，當天機票售罄，第二天還要回國，心急如焚，酒店餐廳經理各種想辦法為我們聯繫，最後讓當地的一位司機帶我們回去，雖然路程坎坷，半夜安全達到，司機大哥敬業、滿眼疲憊又要趕回去，內疚感動又心疼，特別感動！！尼泊爾人民太好了，下次還要再來！

We stayed for one night and booked two rooms. The size of the room is good and has a balcony with a great view. The rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient and easily accessible. Sufficient area of parking available. We had dinner and a complimentary breakfast. Both were delicious and yummy. The hotel is full of greenery and picturesque areas. The hotel has a large swimming pool with four feet depth. The pool was clean and well maintained. The hotel was not over crowded. Staff were also very good and supportive. The overall experience was very good and recommended for stay.

施設と部屋はとても綺麗でした。ティッシュペーパーと手拭きタオルがあれば嬉しかったなと思います。また、電話の何番を押せばフロントにつながるのかなど口頭の説明だけでなく部屋に案内があると親切だと思います。不親切だなと思ったのは、ホテルへ向かう足がなくタクシーを手配してくれたのですがタクシーが私達を乗せる前に引き返してしまったにも関わらずホテルがチェックインした翌日にタクシー代を請求されたことです。理由はホテルがタクシー会社と契約しており、乗車しなくても料金が全額発生するためという話でした。乗車できなかったのに料金を請求されたこと、タクシー手配する時に取り決めを教えていただけなかったことに憤りを感じます。納得はいきませんでしたが、半額のタクシー代をお支払いさせていただきました。施設や部屋自体はとても綺麗ですので、ぜひホスピタリティーの部分、信頼を損ねないコミュニケーションをとっていただきより多くのお客さんがこのホテルを利用して満足してもらえるといいなと改善を願いレビューをアップさせてもらいます。

Very helpful staff. The staff make the place. Call beforehand to check if ****** is open. Trip.com had wrong number and a Taxi request failed. Please continue the music and BBQ. Change the prices a bit. Have more rain day options. Direct middle of Butwal and Lumbini. Not near bus FYI
