Staff couldn't be more helpful on all counts, gluten free incredibly well looked after too (the pancakes especially!). The juice guy was a great addition to the breakfast experience as well. The yoga was a real treat and Carston's teaching was wonderfully accommodating to all levels - it truly made the holiday for all of us - and he was the reason we came back! (this was our 2nd visit) The beach and pool areas are relaxed and laid back - the area is well worth exploring and Morocco is an amazing and very friendly place to visit...and practice my hideously rusty O level French ! We will definitely be coming back again.

Having to travel ad hoc to Agadir for a urgent Horse Rescue Project I spontanously decided to spoil myself with 2 nights at Paradis Plage Surf Yoga & Spa Resort - a unique place that I am again and again magically drawn back to. Whether I'm on a surfing holiday with my children, accompanying my parents on relaxing holiday or having work to do, this place is my Moroccan home for all situation and phases of my life. But what makes Paradis Plage so unique? I could tell you now about the clever construction concept making you feel living in a village (and not in a hotel), or the great service and relaxed atmosphere, or that Paradis Plage got the first price for ecological concept and management in whole Morocco, or the Yin Yoga session guided by the lovely Teacher while listening to the waves of the ocean and looking at the sunset, or the creative cuisine amd good wine choice or the big fire at the beach in the fresher season where guests from all different origins join for chatting and drinking, or... or... or... But above all that my clear answer is: The Team Spirit. This honest special spirit, that makes me feel like a family member (and not "only" a hotel guest), based on a professional management and charismatic leadership. Tired from my assignments abroad, I drive through the entrance gate and am instantly at home. The entire core team gives me a warm and mostly honest welcoming and we always find time for a personal exchange or joking around. And together they find a solution for all my wishes and needs. And so 2 nights became 6 nights and I say goodbye with heartfelt thanks to the management and its entire team, knowing full well that we will see each other again, insh'Allah. Shukran

I will start with the positives: -Beautiful resort, tastefully done and gretly maintained. Dreamy location overlooking a long, fine sand beach which is private and quiet, street vendors super respectful and not insistant at all -Spa treatments are plentiful and well executed on -the breakfast buffet is utterly marvellous Now the big let down: -The food for lunch and dinner in the hotel resorts does. it come close to the quality and variety of breakfast, very poor quality ( I have been to Morocco before and I adore Moroccan food) and extremely overpriced -I was there for a 5 day yoga and pilates retreat ( which was MARVELLOUS) and I got food poisoning that lasted a full day and a half after eating a mean in their beach hut restaurant, on a short break like mine with activities planned and paid for this was disastrous and disappointing. When I felt better I reported this to the reception desk and they were incredibly dismissive/uninterested. I was told that he will pass on the info to the manager and I was not contacted at all to follow up on the incident/ nor compensated in any shape of form as a token of good will ( small gesture would ahve sufficed) Certainly a keen interest to understand what/where and when to investigate it would have been my expectation of a place of this calibre.

We had a huge suite and the room was well appointed. The landscaping of the hotel was beautiful. Beach was good and we watched the sunset most evenings. Beach bar was really good. Yoga was amazing both the location of the studio and Karsten the teacher. The surf school was excellent with new softech boards and ripcurl wetsuits. We did guided surfing for seven days with Issmail and Ibrahim. On each day the best spot was chosen depending on conditions. We went to five different spots and all were great. Big thank to Issmail and Ibrahim for giving us the best surf trips. We would definitely recommend!

The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I spent a lot of time using the gym facilities. Abdla is the personal trainer there and he’s amazing!! Very friendly and made me feel very welcome, he also offers great personal training and gym classes if you want them. The gym facilities are great and have everything you need! There’s a treadmill, bike, and row machine for cardio, an outdoor CrossFit rig for any calisthenic needs, squat rack, plenty of barbells, bench press, punching bags, resistance machines, cables and a good variety of dumbbells. You have a view of the beach and the sea whilst you work out and there is also air conditioning inside for those super hot days.
