Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the district of Panegai 3 km from the centre of Imperia Oneglia, 8.5 km from the centre of Diano Marina, 29.5 km from the centre of San Remo, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 3.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings and many activities, but not for small children. The villa is beautifully situated on the hillside with a lovely view. The road to the villa is long and very very narrow. Great expectations that were fulfilled.
