The staff is the best I have encountered in a long long time. Not to mention the lovely hotel and services it has and it all stems from the owner I am told who pushes everyone for high standards and doesn’t settle for anything less. One of the pick of the lot amongst the services was the food which was served for breakfast and the scrumptious menu that they offer. The Chef, Mr. Raja is a lovely guy who heads the kitchen and helps dish out some mouth watering delicacies. I have never eaten better momos or even a Thupka which is essentially a north forte. Excellent hotel, friendly staff and great food to top it off

The hotel city centre is situated in main city area. Good experience while staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean and good. Foods are a bit expensive but quality of food is good though quantity as per price is bit less.

Great place to stay. One must come here if you want peace in ambience, good rooms, good food. Great hosting by the entire team especially the restaurant staff.

To sum up my experience pros located near kangla fort, em a market, saheed minar, state museum. Check in : smooth cleanliness : very good staff : well behaved restaurant : wonderful, food quality good and a lot variety is there. So overall very nice experience. Cons comparatively small room for 5 k daily with a small window facing a wall of the next building. Food prices are on the higher side.

The hotel and make my trip both refused to honour the booking. Even no one bother to find a alternative accommodation in the night. My suggestion never use make my trip or this hotel as neither they are fit to be human or fit to do business. The best part is even after informing the refusal to entertain booking by hotel the portal is asking how was the stay.

The room was clean and cosy. Their rooftop restaurant has excellent view. Staff was cordial only suggestion i would give is they need to change the breakfast menu often. It was the same for 4 days

Entry from basement, reception on 1st floor, rooms start from 2 floor and 3 rd floor, no lift, narrow staircase, sabby rooms, dirty linen, the main door closes at 9 pm

Dates : 19 - 21 Aug 22 Had travelled for business. The Hotel is about 20-25 min away from the airport. The Hotel is really amazing. The people at the hotel are extremely polite , courteous and helpful. Location - it's pretty centrally located. It's on the main road, but tucked within a small lane. Rooms - are well appointed and have great furnishings and fittings. Single rooms are slightly compact. The Twin-bed rooms are decent & spacious. Breakfast Buffet : is simple and good. Food : Quality & taste is good. Chicken and veg dishes are good. 👍 I personally liked the Keto N.veg Salad. Fish - is just ok ! Overall - the stay was really comfortable and the hospitality and service was on point.
