Hele ruime kamer en grote badkamer. Zeer behulpzame man bij de receptie. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Het enige nadeel was dat ik een kamer aan de voorkant had, het is een drukke weg, dus daarom kon het wat lawaaiig zijn. Niet storend genoeg om een andere kamer te vragen, maar als je een lichte slaper bent, dan moet je hier even rekening mee houden. Locatie is prima.

The room was good with great amenities. The Hotel itself has a Uzbek feel with the sandstone coloured walls and mosaic details in the alcoves . The spa was great . I had a Thai massage and my Masseur was Evan who did a splendid job! I was feeling the relaxing effect of the massage even on the third day . The breakfast buffet was also really good. The shower in the bathroom was also a great one , which is always a positive after a tiring day of walking . Sunita, traveller from India

Minzifa travel agency organized private tours of Bukhara and Samarkand for my elderly parents in law who were absolutely blown away not only by the beauty of both cities, but above all by the quality of the experience. Both guides (Nuriddin in Bukhara, and Rayhona in Samarkand) were very knowledgeable about the history and art, ran the tours in a very interesting and interactive way, adjusted the pace and the itinerary according to the mobility levels and interests of my parents in law. They enjoyed every minute and every detail of their guided tours and would highly recommend the services of the Minzifa travel agency.

The sweeping ramp and reception area that first greeted us then set me up for disappointment. The staff were well trained, effective and hospitable. check-in and out were quick, the porterage was good. The twin bedded room though was rather small in comparison to the two previous hotels we'd stayed in, in Uzbekistan. Not quite cramped - but I guess we'd just been pampered before. But the level of cleanliness, the degree to which they were furnished and appointed was faultless. The bathroom too was a matching ”foot or two” smaller than we'd have liked. The dining room, and the breakfast served there were faultless, tasty (do try the 'ring bread' , and the service very efficient.

I stayed in this hotel in November 2023 and very liked. Rooms are big. People very polite in hotel. Big bed. King size bed for family. Most feedback on website are very old, so i had to come check by myself and to my surprise i am very glad

Отель по отзывам вызывал сомнение. но мы решили поехать. по цене - как везде. выше чем дешево) плюсы: -расположение - однозначный плюс. отель находится в самом историческом центре. это оцениваешь когда непосредственно живешь там. вышел и сразу вот тебе базар, достопримечательности. рестораны - все рядом! экономично даже в плане такси, сил и времени. -завтраки вкусные. разнообразные -кровати удобные -в номерах чисто и красиво -обслуживание приемлемое. никто не грубил , не мешал минусы -вай фай почему-то ловил не на всех устройствах -немного пошарпано в ванной -зеркало на шкафу было немного разбито Наша ситуация с номерами прошлась нам очень кстати. Мы брали 2 номера. один для бабушки с детьми и второй для семейной пары отдельно. но когда мы заехали получилось так что номер для пары с раздельными кроватями. а номер для троих содержит 4 кровати. и тк наша бабушка приболела, мы заселили ее в номер для двоих. а всей семьей удачно вместились в номер якобы на троих но по факту на четверых.

Looking at the architecture of this building, it must be a hotel built during the Russian period. I chose this hotel to use the swimming pool. In reality there is an interior and an exterior. Both are quite enjoyable. Our superior room was quite good but the finish of the tiles and bathroom taps are not up to Western standards. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is varied. This is the fifth hotel we have visited in Uzbekistan and this is the first where the majority of the reception staff are quite rude and where we are asked to pay for the room at reception. For all other hotels visited, payment is made upon departure. This goes in the same direction as the lack of welcome at reception. When I ask to change money the reception tells me to deal with the hotel ATM which has been broken for two days but is not willing to help me or change the money. In other hotels either the staff came to help me at the ATM or did the change un directly at reception which is refused here. In this hotel you absolutely should not expect the staff to try to help the costumer. All this is a shame because if the staff understood that they are at the service of customers the hotel would not be bad.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Malika in Bukhara, and my overall experience was delightful. The hotel's location, ambiance, and service left a positive impression on me. The room at Hotel Malika was comfortable and well-maintained.

Globalement déçus par les prestations. Très belle piscine mais accès au sauna et hammam payants alors que la réservation indiquait le contraire. Personnel peu agréable au spa et peu disponible à la réception. L’hôtel est plutôt bruyant : en effet, il y’a eu un défilé assez incroyable de couples qui se mariaient (photos dans le hall) et qui pour certains fêtaient cela à l’hôtel… Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais plusieurs fois impacté par les mariages (plus de café, tables sales, etc). Très cher par rapport à notre expérience dans l’hôtel et surtout en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels de la ville de moins bon standing que nous avons finalement préféré à celui-ci.
