Hotel 3 Bintang di Improvement District No. 9

We were blown away by this hotel. The location is incredible, as is the cabin itself. My favourite hotel ever. The stream next to the hotel with the fire pits was so cool!! Great view from the cabin also.

Location is great. Breakfast is overpriced. Service is ok. 3 stars.

酒店在洛基山下，景色不錯，但是離班夫小鎮還是有一定的距離。安排的套房位置在15幢，停車方便，但離公路太近了，晚上很吵。酒店有温泉和泳池，但比較舊，完全自助式，沒有安全員。安排的房間到餐廳區不方便，要跨越一條大馬路。房間也比較小，隔音不好。

The stay offered an amazing view of Banff National Park and the surrounding mountains, which was truly breathtaking. However, the rooms were quite old and not well-maintained. Despite this, the incredible view made it worth overlooking the condition of the rooms. The food was also very expensive, likely due to this being the only accommodation within the national park, with all other options located in Banff and Canmore. If they lowered their prices, this place would be highly recommended.

Great place. Nice and helpful stuff. Good quite location. Rooms were big and clean. Free ****tle drom the hotel to Banffg downtown is a big plus.

優點：雪地木屋，環境幽靜，冬日氛圍感濃，適合呆個兩三天，地處班夫小鎮和露易絲湖之間，去遊玩很方便；送的曲奇餅好吃 缺點：入住時間晚（下午四點），退房時間早（上午十一點），早上想睡個懶覺也不行；房間裏設施較少，咖啡茶飲熱水壺之類的都沒有，電吹風也沒有找到，要喝水之類的要去入口的服務枱

Stay at Rimrock Resort was wonderful right from checkin to checkout. The ladies at checkin were very friendly and professional. They provided us with a free upgrade to the mountain view room on 9th floor. The room had wonderful views and made our stay memorable. We tried buffet breakfast as Primrose and really loved their smoothies. Service was great too. Unfortunately couldn't use pool and hot tub since they were closed on the day of our stay . I wish we could have stayed few more days at Rimrock
