Great hotel in an ideal location within walking distance of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Aarti, plus other temples, ashrams, cafes and shopping area. Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms. Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant. Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons). Suggestion for management: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on de***d. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says ”guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries”. Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking. Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.

My trip to rishikesh was a 10/10 thanks to this amazing stay. The staff is so courteous & polite. The rooms are sparkling clean & the food is lip smacking. The manager personally ensured that we were taken care of. Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone ! Cheers!!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The rooms are fabulous and my view of sunrise in the Himalayas was incredible. Just stunning. Food was excellent, both breakfast and evening meals. Lovely drinks also. The grounds are so pretty, with a rooftop area which had entertainment. Unfortunately the pool wasn't available to use, but I think they are building another one. The staff are helpful and friendly. Lovely toiletries. I would highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed thanks 😊

I’ve really enjoyed staying at hotel Nirvana. It’s got everything you need, and the staff are wonderful. Govind the owner is also very kind and personable. I’ve slept so well since being here, and I actually love the firm bed so much, that I plan on buying a similar mattress when I return home. Clean, simple, great food and location. Perfect for me. Definitely recommend.

Hotel condition was not much good. And rooms are smaller than seen n pictures. Also hotel will charge much extra for each facility like heater and all compared to nearby other hotels. They even charged 500 extra for early check in

Hotel was good,rooms were neat and clean, had to climb stairs as there were no lift which is common in mountains. Big and spacious rooms but what ruined our trip was the manager who charged ₹1000 for two rooms for early check in and ₹2000 for extra bedding which was way too much compared to other hotels in Nainital.  While the hotel isn’t even on the main road, you have to walk for 10 minutes from Mall Road to reach at the hotel.

I stayed here as a solo traveller from Japan. The room was large and clean, and the staff were very kind. After dinner, I said it was delicious but a little spicy, and they gave me some sugar. You can enjoy your meal on the clean balcony with a great view. Of course, there was a clean toilet and a hot shower. All staff is helpful! Thank you Wonder Hills Hotel in Haridwar. Arjun & manages are very helpful for us thank & regards

The stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay. Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide. We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.
