2nd time datang dari...dekat airport Bilik bersih, membersih, menukar barang yang digunakan setiap hari, termasuk kasut untuk dipakai di dalam bilik. Malangnya tiada penghawa dingin Ada pemanas udara sudah sejuk dan nyaman. Bilik air, mudah digunakan, peralatan, tidak perlu disediakan. Terdapat mesin basuh. Pengangkutan yang bersih, selesa, mudah, dua stesen dari kereta bawah tanah lapangan terbang ke Lapangan Terbang Incheon. Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah lapangan terbang, 3 minit berjalan kaki. Terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan. BBQ sedap!

It was quiet and I had a nice clean room. The location is right in front of the rail station. If you have any questions you can contact them by email and they get back to you . Also you get free airport shuttle only to airport. I would go back again for one night . It’s a good choice for 15 hours like next morning return to airport.

Super nifty to stay at and get to the airport the next day Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's has such a peaceful surrounding of green, even though it is close the the airport. Super friendly staff

Stayed here before. But sadly, this time they had no lunch menu or dinner buffet. Everything else was good though

인천 쉐라톤 서울과 거리도 가깝고, 주차도 편하고, 센트럴 파크뷰 너무 좋구 방도 넓고 (가구가 올드한 느낌은 있지만 중후한 분위기 나름 매력있었어요) 무엇보다도 직원분들이 너무나 친절하셔서 감동했어요 ♥ 체크인할때 안0식님의 친절한 안내에 기분 좋게 시작해서 클럽라운지, 이브닝 칵테일 때에도 모든 직원분들의 친절함에 행복한 날 보냈습니다 ! 저는 개인적으로 22층 클럽라운지도 좋았지만 설명절 특별 럭키드로우로 3층 그랜드볼룸에서 진행해서 오히려 더 넓고 음식 종류도 생각보다 많아서 오히려 좋았답니다 저희 신랑이랑 저랑 국내 다른 5성급 호텔 많이 다녔는데 직원들의 친절함과 고객 감동을 위한 이벤트 노력은 여기가 손꼽을 만큼 좋았어서 팁을 절로 드리게 되더라구요 시설도 헬스장 기구 테크노짐이라 개좋고 수영장이 작은게 조금 아쉽긴 했어요 그래도 이정도 위치에 이정도 가격 대비 기대 이상이라고 생각합니다 ˃̵͈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑ ♥ 다음번에도 또올거예요 ♥

This hotel offers fantastic value. If you book a suite, you'll get a fantastic view, a Jacuzzi, a comfortable bed and a spacious room with skylights. On the downside, the hotel feels old, and you might have problems with lights, electric sockets, showers, etc. We stayed at this hotel twice, and one time, the Jacuzzi didn't work properly, and both times, there were sockets that didn't work. It wasn't a big deal. Attached pictures: this is your window view. The room pictures on trip.com are adequately representing the space. A tip: there are skylights in the suite, look for a white remote next to the TV to open it.

Due to flight delay, we miss the last hotel shuttle, luckily we connected to airport Wi-Fi and ask family oversea to call the hotel and inform them we arrived and are waiting for our luggage also tell them we miss the last shuttle and this is our first time in Seoul we don't have the local currency, the front desk tell us we can go to the 3rd fl gate 12 for the airport shuttle or taxi and pay with visa, and she also said the latest check-in time will be 12:30, after that will result no show, but she didn't tell us that shuttle will drop you off at a subway station and there's no phone or Wi-Fi connection to contact the hotel for pick up, we waited over 15 mins in cold and rain at the station and finally around 11:00 something a lady walk out from the station and we ask for her help to call the hotel to pick us up, Thanks her!! Just imagine, We are stressed, hungry, wet and tired and they give us a room at the old Wing that have to walk a long way.....sign.... My suggestion for the front desk, do not assume all your guests know they have to make a call to the hotel to pick them up and all of them have local phone or data Sim, since you know your guests arrived and there's raining outside with cold weather at late night, you can send someone to the station and wait for them in advance. Korea hotel toothbrush n toothpaste need to charge. No free drinking water too. Soap, body shampoo, hair shampoo, conditioner and bath towels provided. Walking distance to Songdo Conversia n Lotte Mart opposite the hotel. 24 hours emart is at hotel ground floor too. Walking distance to reach a commercial center with lots of restaurant options. Stayed for 3 days, the buffet breakfast options exactly the same.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff . Good breakfast buffet spread , will be good if day to day , the menu can be changed more , instead of just 2 or 3 dishes being changed . Beside hotel , there is this 4 storey plaza where are the restaurants are , many choice to eat . Also next to central park train station , so so convenient .
