Very good place to stay! Clean and nice. Lots of good restaurants/ convenient stores around. 5 minutes to metro station

There is no washbasin in the bathroom, which is inconvenient.

Very nice hotel but the foreign male ( definately not korean) was not profession and rude and got me a wrong payment bill. He is not politr and slitely even rude. I am not sure why he is hired anx work here. Not professional. But all other staffs are very politr and very clean. 프론트에 외국인으로 보이는 남자직원이 불친절하고 또 엉뚱한 영수증을 주는 바람에 많은 착오가 일어남. 이 남자는 또 불친절하기까지함. 영어도 그닥 잘못하던데. 인상도 안좋고. 다른 한국인 직원과 호텔 청결도는 매우 만족함.

The Centric Premier Suite is really ideal for small groups. Two rooms two bathrooms - perfect for 2-4 people. The room we got was spacious and CLEAN!!!! The toiletries were of good quality and the other room amenities seemed to be new. The location was convenient in terms of proximity to restaurants and convenient stores, however, if you are looking for the full shopping experience, it’s best to go to Gangnam area in Seoul (about an hour away via taxi from here). Overall, the hotel experience was pretty comfortable. Can’t complain.

Excellent hotel to stay while in Incheon. Very friendly staff, felt like we were home. Easy access to subway, taxi, and buses. Area is quiet but convenient. Would highly recommend!

It was so clean and tidy!! The location was close to the subway station and the restaurants. The price was so reasonable!

The location and staff were very goood. I forgot my phone in my room when I already checked out but the staff kept it for me !

The hotel is nice as well as the location but the problem is their Aircon. The weather at that time of stay is quite warm but we cannot adjust Aircon to a cooler mode for the hotel already program it to a very low cool mode.

reception service at this hotel is just great. Very helpful people who, despite language barriers, help to address any issues you may have. The hotel location is nice but only for a business trip. The busier hub of the city is further away. Just love the services and the room is good too.

The hotel is located excellently, while it still takes 1.5 hours to downtown Seoul by subway; the staff are well trained and professional and friendly. There is a super market just right in front of the hotel ; Cleanliness I would only rate 4 out of 5 as the bed underneath has lots of dusts haven’t been cleared for years I think ; the aircon is bit weird which the staff said in Winter the air con can only produce hot wind 😑 Overall it’s a great located hotel and charged fairly ; 1 hour train to the airport ; I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to save money when they travel to Seoul ;

Nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. Food and shops and a park all within walking distance.
