If a 4.5 was available, that's what I would go with. The facilities were great, clean and the air quality was a relief from the outside hot/dry air. The staff throughout were very nice. The coffee and croissant at Cafe Biscotti hit the spot. Our waitress at Cava was sweet and attentive to our large group with young children. The bell desk was super helpful, especially Sean, who helped us when we arrived. A few areas of improvement - The beds were ok, not great. A better mattress with topper would be a better match for a resort like this. They only had a Pack and Play, no crib. A Pack and Play lacks a mattress. We made it work by throwing a sheet over a sofa cushion to craft a mattress for the Pack and Play so our little one could sleep through the night. The pool was extremely busy but a good number of chairs were ”reserved”. Almost all of the reserved chairs went unused for the day. I was told a cabana would cost over $500 which was a little steep. Overall a great stay. I would definitely recommend it.
