Like the facility: free laundry and complimentary gym are good. Equipped with shoe dryer is great . Breakfast is delicious as well. Staffs are polite: 小陈 小田中超国旅蔺女士

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. They help me to book a car and suggest me thing to do in Xi'an. They speak good English.

Convenient in the city. Not that far from tower bell and major city attractions.

This hotel honestly far away from city center but for the service & hospitality it's so amazing.. for xtra water no need to pay, the laundry machine it's free to including with the detergant, softener 😊 The resepsionis infront the hotel too so awesome 😁

The hospitality and warm welcome of service staffs are fantastic. Like this Mercury hotel for its cleaniness and design in the room. Stroll walking to 钟楼地铁站 is manageable and convenient. Highly recommended for real value for money accommodation.

Our family of 4 adults stayed for 4D3N (8-11 June 2024). The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is good, especially the couch outside is good for a snooze. Breakfast can be better with more western food because not all overseas travellers can take the local spicy and salty cuisine.

The paid hotel airport pickup/arrival service is very rude, pls change them else would not visit the hotel again.

My experience at Mercure Xi'an Downtown was a great one. The front desk staff were professional and easy to deal with. Special mention to Ding Long, He Xin Yu and Jia Qian. They arranged an airport transfer for me, helped me with my laundry when I was in a hurry and advised me regarding the different places of interest to visit. The location was near the metro, Bell Tower and food options. Keep up the good work team!

Hotel is excellent and All Staff were amazing. You can see their team work is second to none. We have not issue with hotel but when I have any travel or take away order issue, I always get 2 staff working as a team to resolve my issue. This is commendable. I will definitely return to this hotel where I feel safe and cared.

The location is near to almost all attractions. Clean n quiet hotel. Services of hotel staffs are good..special thanks to Ding Long for helping me with my delivery before I arrive. Highly recommended.

Location: great, easy access to all key sites. Metro nearby and main sites were within walking distance. Food: breakfast was great with a wide variety of Eastern and Western options. Front desk: was very helpful. Would be better if they could speak English or were more aware of touristy locations and events. Housekeeping: this could be improved. Room and beds were very comfortable. Would be nice if there was a phone to call reception. Laundry: There is a washer and dryer for hotel residents to use.
