Hotel dengan WiFi di Indore

I stayed here for the first time. It was a great experience. The check in check out was smooth, the services were amazing, and the rooms are better than most 5 star hotels. The staff is extremely coperative specially Mariyam.

I have been most impressed with the care and concern extended to me as a senior guest across all levels !! I really liked their culture that non of the staff was willing to accept tips as a token to appreciate the services. To top it all my sincerest thanks go to Mr Pankaj Duty Manager of the hotel who extended a lot of patience in handling my issue of managing duplicate booking through Agoda and helping me reach out to Agoda Customer care and going out of his way to even talk on my behalf and arrange to get full refund of duplicate booking. I must say that it was certainly not his business but he mentioned that he cares for his guests and especially seniors like me and always wants to help so as to build guest relationships !! This was a rarest experience in my life where I have travelled extensively over 45 years of professional working years.

Very nice hospitality offered by Fairfield Marriott Indore, a 4 star Marriott Bonvey property in the heart of the city. Location is decent and breakfast is awesome

I stayed recently at your hotel, Indore. I found following lacunas House keeping staff is lethargic. Simple things like stool, bucket, mug for a senior citizen like me were not given to me for two days. So also cleaning of our room was not done till 7.40 pm at night. We had to cajole them into doing it. Ultimately when I complained to the Manager Yaman, thing at least moved at snail’s pace. So also, in main dining hall the service was slow in the Chinese restaurant service was excellent. This was the only silver lining to the stay. Ar. Pramod Beri, Chairman, Beri Builtspace Designs Pvt.
