Hotel Indore dengan Kolam Renang

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

The Gym us nicely stocked up and kept clean. The Caretaker/ Gym Instructor Mr Abhilash is very positive in his approach and takes care of every customer alike. He not only helped me in my exercise routine, he also suggested few exercises depending upon my body type. I am really happy to be here and wish to come again. All the best to Wow centric team and special mention of Mr Abhilash.

I stayed recently at your hotel, Indore. I found following lacunas House keeping staff is lethargic. Simple things like stool, bucket, mug for a senior citizen like me were not given to me for two days. So also cleaning of our room was not done till 7.40 pm at night. We had to cajole them into doing it. Ultimately when I complained to the Manager Yaman, thing at least moved at snail’s pace. So also, in main dining hall the service was slow in the Chinese restaurant service was excellent. This was the only silver lining to the stay. Ar. Pramod Beri, Chairman, Beri Builtspace Designs Pvt. Hotel staff was very much polite and supportive, we reached hotel a little early and hotel staff allowed us to check in early without any additional cost. We ordered food there and it was delicious. I strongly re-command the stay in regenta. It has great property, well maintain staff with great and educated staff.

As before also I stay and I like so that whenever I visit Indore I like to stay in same hotel

Very good and spacious rooms, comfortable. Hygiene is properly maintained by the hotel team, good hospitality and food quality with taste. Due to this qualities, I became a regular customer of this hotel. Highly recommend to try once to explore a good stay experience.

Great Experience in the Stay, Room size is Good, Food Quality is also better, one thing that can be improved is the Parking indoor now the car parking is outside of the hotel so the is dusty, In Room service some food is only in restaurant that they need to service in room also.
