It’s located 3 mins drive out of the Main Street of town or 15 mins walk. There a great bar & restaurant with a fire place. No need to go out. The rooms are huge. Spa bath took a while to fill. The air conditioner heating did not stay on - kept turning off every 2 minutes even though we on had it on 23 degrees. Was a freezing night so it was disappointing. Management gave us a tiny fan heater that kept cycling off also.

The facilities are old but overall clean. There are different restaurants to choose from nearby. I had a handmade pasta restaurant with a good atmosphere. There is an attached parking lot for the convenience of travelers.

Tableware requires 10 knives to rent. The kitchen does not provide any tableware, knives, forks, pans or the like. They must be prepared by themselves. There is a BBQ area, but salt is not provided. The hotel is very large, it is a self-driving base for RVs, and many stars can be seen at night. The two of us lived in a room with no one else, and only one of us lived in the entire row. Very comfortable.

Very nicely located tourist park in Margaret River. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and anything else you may need in the town centre. All chalets have everything that is advertised. Its nice and quiet and close to the river. Ample parking for each chalet. Kitchen has everything you need, except a dishwasher. Did not use the laundry this trip. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the region.

The room is large, located in the center of the town, you can walk to IGA and the beach, there is a kitchen and washing machine, the clothes are fully equipped, the check-in is convenient, the key will be put in the small box when outdated, just ask the front desk in advance

Location: The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s just 1.1 km from the central train station, and you can hop on free bus services like the Red CAT, Blue CAT, or Green CAT, with stops only 100m to 250m away—perfect for easy commuting. Behind the hotel lies the stunning Kings Park and Botanic Garden. If you don’t feel like walking the 300m to get there, the Blue CAT will drop you off effortlessly. The accessibility to public transport and nearby attractions is a huge plus. Cleanliness: While the exterior might look a bit dated, the interior is surprisingly spotless. I booked a room for two, but the bedding and pillows provided were enough for four, which was a nice touch. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the cleanliness. Facilities: The private kitchen was a highlight—equipped with a rice cooker, pots, pans, a toaster, a fridge, and enough cutlery, plates, and utensils for four people. They even provide coffee, which I appreciated. However, there are a few downsides: the electric stove is small and outdated, making cooking a bit slow. Also, there’s no salt or basic seasonings provided, nor chopsticks, which might inconvenience Asian guests. The bathroom features a very clean bathtub, but it lacks shampoo and body wash, so you’ll need to bring your own. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d still rate Mountway Hotel Apartment as the best value for money in its category. It’s practical, comfortable, and ideal for Asian travelers who want to stay longer and cook meals to suit their tastes. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience in Perth!

My room is on the ground floor and facing the garden. The place is so nice and you get to see a bunny playing around the garden. Walking distance to Coles supermarket and restaurant. When the night comes, I managed to stargazing as the sky is very clear on that day. Margaret town is quite cold at night and morning than CBD. There is a private parking lot for you to park near to your room.

Great location, offering peace and quiet right by the harbor with beautiful views. It's a two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup, perfect for two couples. The duplex structure was a bit inconvenient; both bedrooms are upstairs, and hauling luggage up was a bit tiring. The bedrooms themselves were quite small – barely enough space to open two suitcases. However, the living room is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Having a separate washer and dryer made laundry and cooking very comfortable. It’s within walking distance to restaurants like Kallis, and we also walked about a kilometer to B Shed pier to catch the ferry to Kangaroo Island, which was super convenient.

We are a family of 6. We like this two-bedroom, one-living room house. It has all the necessary kitchenware, is clean and sanitary, has a laundry room, and is very good for showering. The price is also affordable. There is a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. Please pay attention to the business hours. Luckybay is really beautiful.
