JJuhuazaoziThe child took his grandpa to play and booked the Shunheyuan Inn. It was indeed the right choice! The yard is large and the environment is beautiful. You can smell the aroma of wine as soon as you step in. It's so beautiful! We also visited the brewing workshop, and the boss upgraded the room for free, so we had a great time! The location of the inn is good, very close to the ancient town and very quiet. It is worth recommending!

GGuest UserA beautiful inn with the best vibes! We didn’t get to use the bbq / fire grill outside but it was pleasantly offered along with snacks. The lobby area has a great space for tea. Overall a great stay but there were a couple cons I just have to mention: compared to other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in around the same price range, their basic rooms are smaller. We also got woken up at night by loud noises and I know it’s our fault for leaving the window open but if you are sensitive to sounds then just ask ahead.

BBiorexisThis is a perfect inn experience. From carrying luggage for guests to check in to turning on the electric blanket for guests at night (the temperature is lower at night), you can get very good service at every moment in the inn.
The inn is halfway up the mountain, and the public area of the inn extends outside the mountain, allowing people to immerse themselves in the natural environment and the environment is extremely quiet.
Everything from coffee to meals can be fully satisfied in the inn. Wild vegetables, mountain bamboo shoots, and home-made chicken soup are very delicious, and the chef's level is comparable to that of a big hotel.

LLizlewI recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and I must say that the service was just okay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, but there were some issues that left me feeling underwhelmed for example having a staff that does not speak English or did not use a translator to clearly communicate about getting a car from the hotel to the airport.
The room itself was comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient.
In summary, my experience at this hotel was so-so. It met basic expectations, but there were several areas where improvement is needed, especially in terms of customer service.

Environment: is a bit biased, although the straight line is close to the airport, but due to road construction, a little detour, it is estimated that the road will be better!
Facilities: In line with the hotel facilities, there is no elevator, there are large luggage that need to be carried up!
Service: OK, there is a pick-up, the old master of the pick-up is enthusiastic, the front desk also registers and calls to send the plane, but the little handsome guy who drops the plane needs to be strengthened. After all, the hotel belongs to the service industry!

HhelenmiuVery nice and cozy hotel ,with the heater blankets in the room .In off season we got our room upgraded for free .The owner is very nice and helpful. As we came without own car ,she even gave us the ride to the main sightsees for very reasonable price .Highly recommend to everyone😀

GGuest UserThe location is very central, so convinient to walk around. The hostel has only squatting toilets, they are a bit dirty and don't have a toilet paper or soap. The showers have a good water pressure.The washing machine is free of use, but there isn't a dryer, so I hanged my clothes in the room. This place is good for a couple of nights stay.
