Enjoyable stay at this hotel Nice n cute interior room View from room n hotel awesome

This is an old historical long established hotel since year 1912. The location is just nice near to the old town and famous Innsbruck river with best scenery. It is also half way to the top of Innsbruck with J line bus and you will reach the top within 10 minutes bus.  No lift and it will cause you a lot energy to carry your heavy luggage to the room. The wash room and shower is too tiny for adults and you will not find yourself comfortably with it. The breakfast is simple but it is enough to keep you energized for the day.

The receptionist was responsive and helpful. However, the room was stuffy and warm, requiring us to open the windows. Additionally, it was very small and we were unable to open our luggages at the same time.

Super easy for check in and staff were really friendly too. We originally had a higher floor room but that meant lugging our luggage up the stairs, so the staff initiated and offered to give us a room on the ground floor. Breakfast was good as well, and they let us put our bags there after check out for a couple hours too :)

Very close to the historic part of town, a ten minute walk at max. The hotel is outdated, but the room was functional, and the mattresses, pillows, and bedding were excellent. The most comfortable nights sleep. Buffet breakfast was well laid out with plenty of choice, very nice. Best buffet breakfast this tour. If a good bed for the night, good location, and breakfast, I would recommend this for an Insbruck stay.

Clean and neat. Friendly staffs. Good quality breakfast. Little far from main street but less than 10mins walk distance.

Close to the center, nearly 10 minutes slightly hilly walking distance. Very clean bed sheets, old furniture.

Room was fairly nice, wifi was alright. Staff was friendly.

Hotel was great for a short sightseeing trip. It is located slightly out of the main city hub. If you're walking there, it is slightly uphill but nothing too drastic and accessible by bus. Really appreciated the breakfast each morning and they packed us a take away breakfast pack when we had to do an early checkout before breakfast was normally being served.

Very cosy and calm hotel with friendly service and good breakfast. Location was perfect, close to the city center but in a quiet area. Would come again!

No airflow room was on basement with no fan or any aor flow we coudnt open the window because of it being at road and anybody could come inside. Hotel itself wasnt bed only down point was it was too hot inside with no air or ventilation system.

One of the best choice in Insbruck.

Lage super, Ausstattung naja. Dusche deffekt, Wasser nur extrem heiß, bzw. nicht einstellbar, TV so montiert, dann man vom Bett nicht schauen konnte. Personal sehr freundlich!!! Frühstück absolut ausreichend.

Hotel comodo perché a due passi dal centro. Nella media come servizi e stanze. Albergo un po' vecchiotto, ma colazione ottima e varia. Per il prezzo, è stato tutto perfetto. Se volessimo tornare a Innsbruck torneremmo volentieri qua.
