Hotel terbaik di Innsbruck

l'ambiente pulito e giovane, molto caldo , con un bagno molto spazioso. per la colazione si usufruisce di un locale al piano terra molto bello e fornito, con annessa cucina dove ti preparano le uova a richiesta o altro. unica cosa stonata il bagno in camera con la parete in vetro, che limita un po' la privacy se non si è una coppia affiatata. comunque in questa struttura ci ritornerei molto volentieri, consigliata

This place was TERRIBLE! OK, Buckle Up for my review…. Originally planed to stay here a week but left after a couple days. I was switched between rooms 4 times because the A/C doesn’t work in any of them, yet it works fine in the lobby. I only found out the A/C in the room is regulated to 5min of air con so the hotel can save money. Everyone was complaining because the sun bakes the back of the hotel and the rooms were over 33 degrees C (90F). So all the rooms smell from sweaty body odors and the beds are greasy with sweaty oil. When I brought this to their attention they offered me a rickety old floor fan (at no charge) ???? Seriously? They also list “parking” but all the spaces are always full, when I finally got a spot under the hotel in the garage I noticed all the cars are banged up because the spaces are so small. If you look at the spaces they look like they were once normal size but have been squeezed down to accommodate more cars. Then there’s the food… The food serviced for breakfast is awful and appears to be what’s leftover from the restaurant the day before. It’s so bad it’s hard to describe. I could never complain about any of this to the front desk because they were always 7+ people deep with other guests complaining. Some big guy who I was told was the manager was yelling at some girl who was asking for her money back and was in tears because it was her honeymoon and this place was ruining it. I left for a cheaper hotel downtown with no A/C and no parking, or breakfast and it was 10X better for half the price. Plus, this place claims to be close to all the fun things to do in Innsbruck. That’s another total lie, they are on the outside of town but give their guests a bus ticket. It’s ridiculous. They also tried to charge me for the total stay when I checked out 3 days early for my room never getting below 28C. Luckily, my Credit Card company was on top of it and I got all my money back. There were so many people complaining that I’m skeptical of and positive reviews on TA.

Abbiamo prenotato qui per la posizione estremamente comoda dell’albergo, ed effettivamente ha soddisfatto questa necessità di essere vicini al centro storico. Alla reception ho trovato delle persone molto carine e molto gentili quindi su di loro assolutamente nulla da dire: deliziose. Per il resto l’ho trovato un pochino scarso: le stanze sono anche carine, ma i bagni sono dei piccoli bunker non finestrati. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non c’era quasi niente. Alcune cose salate, pochissimo dolce (davvero nulla). Ho chiesto del latte senza lattosio alla ragazza della colazione, la quale oltre a non parlare inglese, mi ha portato un latte di soia aperto da due settimane; l’ho comunque trovato un gesto gentile, quindi vabbè. Il pane però, quello era buonissimo devo dire. In generale quindi sconsigliato per la colazione è per l’organizzazione generale (in Italia sarebbe un due stelle, non tre.) Consigliato invece per la posizione e la pulizia!

Wir waren eine Nacht zu Gast in diesem Hotel. Stage 12 liegt mitten im Zentrum. An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, modern eingerichtet , sauber und sehr ruhig. Zum Frühstück gab es von allem etwas. Besonders freute ich mich über eine große Auswahl an Obst. Wenn wir wieder nach Innsbruck kommen, dann nächtigen wir wieder in dem Hotel, vor allem wegen seiner Lage und Freundlichkeit. An der Stelle noch einen schönen Dank für das Upgrade. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge war umwerfend.

The hotel was lovely. It was cleaned every day . Reception staff were very friendly and so were the cleaners. They even gave us a discounted bus ticket pass. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It was in a great location , a 3 minute walk to the train station and bus stops. It was a 5 minute walk to the town centre with lots of shops and restaurants . It’s about a 10 minute walk to the old town and golden roof. There’s also a cable car about 12 minute walk from the hotel and you can get on there to go to the zoo or to see Hungerburg. Really recommend this hotel.

這酒店在老城裡麪，麥當勞旁邊。地點當然方便但收這樣價錢絕對沒有必要住在老城。城外酒店多的是+性價比高。房間偏小，雖然有個小露天地方二平米，沒有用，太泠也不會坐在外面. 最惱人就是接待處在6樓，登記好再下樓進房間。上上落落，電梯又慢。下次不會再來住。

設施：房間非常有設計感，黑金配色，地板用的木質地板。房間非常大，床很大，比較軟。洗護用的是MALIN+GOETZ，給了很多毛巾。暖氣用的是電油汀，很小一個，衹能説基本夠用。燈的開關比較奇怪，但是還是比較容易看懂的。插座數量比較少，位置也有點奇葩。沒有吹風機。 衞生：很好 環境：小城鎮基本都能步行，可以停車，步行到火車站約15分鐘。非常安靜。 服務：淡季被升房了！晚上有門禁，安全性也有保證。

Check-in at this boutique hotel was a breeze. We booked two rooms: an ”apartment” with no views and a double room with stunning mountain views. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and the location in this charming small town adds to its appeal. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers were excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, beautifully served with high-end produce and exceptional service. Overall, it was a delightful stay in a lovely boutique hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a convenient location for getting around - next to the train and bus station for links to the airport, international/national trains in other cities, the Swarovski crystal world and around a 10 minute easy walk to the old town. We were checked in early by a very friendly lady on reception who initially let us store our luggage. The snow capped mountain views from the room (ours was on the 8th floor) are stunning and framed perfectly by the big windows. The hotel reception and room was stylishly decorated. In the room, there was a small window that could be opened and the air conditioning was very quiet, though doesn’t go down to the 10c on the thermostat and seemed more like 20c. The bedding was very nice quality and had a soft and firm pillow - these were probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel before. The bathroom is, again, very modern with nice smelling hand wash and shower gel/shampoo. The shower head had a few different settings, including a massage mode which ran for a few seconds. The shelf for the shower gel/shampoo wasn’t very strong though, so had to be held or rested elsewhere and the pump head kept getting stuck, but otherwise was very good and the towels were very soft and thick. The room was fairly quiet, but you could hear other people in other rooms so it doesn’t appear to be soundproofed in any way. Noise from outside (trains, buses and incoming aeroplanes) were very minimal though and did not disturb us. We found the room cleaning system a little strange - there are two cards that you can put on the door. One is not to be cleaned at all during the day and the other is not to have the room cleaned at that time and needs to be removed before 2pm. There isn’t anything to put on the door when you want it to be cleaned, you just have to remove both from the door handle. We initially had the card attached to the door not to disturb at that time (overnight) and then removed it in the morning at 11am and the room had not been cleaned. We were able to get clean towels from reception though. It would be better in my opinion to have a card to have the room cleaned rather than two not to have it cleaned as most people would surely want the room cleaned. We went to the bar on the 13th floor during our stay. This can be visited by hotel guests and non hotel guests. This looks very nice and has great views all around, as well as an outdoor area with blankets. The prices of the drinks are reasonable and comparable with elsewhere in the city. We sat outside and then asked at the bar for a couple of drinks. We were told that there wasn’t any bar service for the outside area - only the inside (which is not a problem at all). However, it was a bit awkward when paying, the lady making the drinks asked if I wanted to give a tip. Given that the drinks were just being made and not brought to our table, I did not give a tip.
