Hotel berhampiran Lapangan Terbang Innsbruck, Innsbruck

This hotel is just lovely. A quick short blocks from the main train station. Mario at the front desk was wonderful. He offered some nice advice on things to do and items to try at the Christmas markets. The hotel was located a quick 7-10 min walk straight down to the city center. Very easy. The room was spacious and modern. We had two double or maybe even Queen(?) beds. It was so comfortable. And the view? Wow. We did book a Mountain View room and it was worth it. The room was very reasonable either way. It snowed a bit while we were there and it was just beautiful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck!

Our stay at Adlers Hotel was perhaps the most memorable one during our trip in Europe thus far. The location was just a short walk from the Innsbruck Main Train Station. It's conveniently located around local attracti9ns; we travelled around by tram and by foot. However, nothing bests the view from our rooms, which are facing Nordkette (Germany side). We woke up two mornings with different breathtaking views (there were cloudy mornings, with the mountains hiding behind the clouds at different heights, and the night views of the mountains were equally mesmerising. And, I must also mention that the breakfast spread was fabulous; the selection was wide. And, of course, the view from the restaurant is also fantastic, where one can Without doubt, Adlers Hotel is highly recommended.

The Alphotel Innsbruck is probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed at! But we had no choice since we were on a tour package and this was the hotel that Gate1 chose for our itinerary. We weren't the only tour members who did not have a good stay at this hotel. Our tour group had a long day and we were scheduled to arrive late so we were all pretty tired when we arrived. Unfortunately the room we were assigned to didn't even look or feel exceptionally clean and I'm surprised I didn't take photos of the room! Comparing posted photos of the rooms on TA our room looked much older and didn't even have a real chair, but only one of those small round ottomans. And that ottoman was dirty and stained, so we didn't want to sit on that! The bedspread had that ”ick” factor, so we removed it but at least the sheets were clean. Carpet looked grungy so we made sure to wear our slippers and not walk barefoot on it. Regret not taking pictures of the room now. We've stayed at hotels with older or ”tired” decor but they were at least neat and clean, but not at this hotel! Now the ”fun” part was our bathroom door. I was getting ready to take a shower and went into the bathroom, but wanted to use my own soap and toiletries, so I went out of the bathroom and my husband (who was standing in front of the bathroom, looking at the closet or something right across from the bathroom) shut the opaque glass bathroom door. I went back to the bathroom and tried to open the door and it was locked! It was one of those simple privacy type locks where there's usually a pinhole that you can usually press and it'll pop open. Unfortunately, there was no pinhole but a screw so I tried twisting the screw but the door remained locked. Husband tried but it kept turning and he didn't have any tools so he called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up. The maintenance guy looked at the door and tried twisting the screw with the same results and said he needed to go get his tools. He returned with his small toolbox and tried several screwdrivers, with no luck. Then he tried using a small drill to remove the screw and still couldn't get the door unlocked. Meanwhile, we were sitting on the bed and watching tv since there was nothing else we could do. I texted our friends who were also traveling in the tour group and assigned to the room right next door to let them know what was happening. And to apologize to them for the loud racket, as the maintenance guy went and got his large power drill and was basically removing the entire door knob and panel. So the guy had to destroy the whole door knob panel because the door lock screw or nut inside the panel was probably stripped and couldn't unlock or open the door; so if I was on the other side of the door I would have been stuck in the bathroom! We found this hotel simply by searching „best hotel with SPA in the Alps“ and it showed up in multiple rankings. For a long weekend it seemed perfect, and almost perfect it was: Professional, warm, welcoming staff all along. Every single interaction, from the check-in to the restaurant, the bar, everywhere, we could experience authentic, nice and hospital staff. That part could not be better. And the meals…to die for. Amazing breakfast buffets, great snack mid afternoon, and the the 5-course dinner have set new benchmarks in my book. We loved the gym and the SPA. The pool is not huge, yet there is plenty of space, and the saunas and steambaths are in excellent shape. The whole hotel and everything around it feels new, modern, clean, yet with that Austrian/Alpine touch. The room have a decent size, all come with a balcony from which one can admire the beautiful surroundings. So, where is the „issue“? The hotel is just next to a quite busy road with fast traffic. Somehow the experience could have been totally perfect if one could sleep with open windows (it was warm) or if laying on a sunset in the garden it would be „mountain quiet“. But it was not, you clearly hear the traffic all the time. Without this acoustics disturbance this hotel, its staff, its service offering, its infrastructure, would deserve top votes in every regards. May be there is a way to build sound barriers like in many other places, and hide them behind bushes or small trees?

Let’s start by saying that you cannot please everybody. I came here with my family, and we booked two rooms, one for the kids and the loft-style one for the wife and me. This review is based on this experience. I am not sponsored nor incentivized by the hotel. Although there were some outside parking spots, I chose to go underneath the hotel out of sheer curiosity. I’ve enjoyed that quite a bit. I could send the kids to the parking house if they forgot a jacket, or headphones inside the car. There are three major highlights of this place: the first is the view. The hotel faces a mountain wall where you can see the morning sun stretch itself all over it. You can see the town sprawled right at the base of this enormous mountain wall. This is an objective way to review where you are in life and make you think of things bigger than yourself. If you are not into that kind of thing, I can understand. The second is the layout of the hotel. Bear with me on this one, seeing that I am not an architect but a customer. The rooms are not stacked on top of each other like a high-rise. Instead, they are arranged in a fashion where you go to a different department for the pool, then you head to a different department for the parking, and another one for your room. I found it very interesting because navigating inside feels like an adventure. The hotels have at least five elevators. I was baffled to see so many elevators in a hotel in Germany. If walking is not your thing, take the Aufzug. Last thing, this one my family enjoyed quite a bit and that is the restaurant. It is a buffet style for the morning and a reservation in the afternoon. The part worth mentioning here is the delivery and seamliness of the crew operating those restaurants (there are two of them). I am not talking about customer service but intent on ensuring you enjoy your time while eating there. A whole bunch of young people are well-trained in what they do. Of course, some honorable mentions are the pool, the sauna (three styles), the gym, the EV parking, the lake behind the hotel, the hiking path behind the hotel, the game room at the lobby, the dress code, the bar, and lastly the undeniable peace and quiet. I am fortunate to be able to stay there with my family. Nevertheless, we all know there are things in life one simply cannot pay for them.

Biliknya sangat sederhana, dan rumah penduduk sensitif secara visual. Penyaman udara sangat buruk, ia sering mati secara automatik, dan bangun beberapa kali semasa tidur. Permukaan lantai kayu kelihatan sama. Saya memakai stoking dan berjalan-jalan. Stoking menjadi sangat kotor. Dianggarkan bahawa pembersih hanya mengosongkan dan tidak mengepel lantai. Tirai ditarik dengan kuat, dan debu masuk ke mata. Sudah semestinya sudah lama sejak mereka dibersihkan. Terdapat balkoni tetapi privasinya buruk, tidak dihalang, dan dikongsi oleh penduduk di tingkat satu. Terdapat sebuah restoran kurang dari sepuluh meter dari balkoni, dan ada orang yang duduk di luar pada waktu pagi, pada waktu malam, dan menghadap ke sini. Satu-satunya kepuasan ialah persekitaran restoran tidak buruk, tetapi biliknya sangat sederhana sehingga tidak boleh lebih sederhana.

Der Aufenthalt, der Service und die Ausstattung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotelensemble besteht aus 2 Landhäusern und 1 Seehaus, welches direkt am wunderschönen Badersee liegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Landhaus mit Blick auf die Zugspitze. Das Frühstück hatte eine schöne Auswahl aus diversen Aufstrichen, Käse, Ei, Müsli und Gebäckvariationen. Eine abwechselnde Auswahl wäre schön gewesen, aber dennoch völlig ausreichend. Das Abendessen wird vom Restaurant ”Werdenfels” als Büffet ausgerichtet und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Um das Hotel herum gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Outdoor-Aktivitäten wie wandern, Bootstouren (im Sommer), mit der Seilbahn auf die Zugspitze und dort Skifahren. Mit einem Hotelticket kann man kostenlos zum Eibsee oder in die Nachbarstädte Garmisch-Partenkirchen fahren. Es gibt einen internen Wellnessbereich mit Möglichkeit für Massagen. Ich hatte die Schnell-Entspannungs-Massage und war danach tiefenentspannt! Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Imagine you spend 1300€ for 2 nights at a 4-star hotel, expecting to have a romantic dinner and relax. But instead you end up crying in your room while your husband is in pain from food poisoning because he ate a sandwich at the sauna restaurant 4 hours before. And the next morning the hotel manager tells you that you have no proof and it is probably your own fault. This is what happened to us My husband and I came to the AquaDome Therme hotel, expecting to celebrate our marriage anniversary and relax.

On the first day my husband ate a sandwich at the restaurant in the SaunaWelt area. 4 hours later he started to have really bad food poisoning symptoms: vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, stomachache, weakness. 

Though the receptionists and waiters were very responsive and assisted us well that night, we could not enjoy the facilities and our whole anniversary was ruined. The next day my husband was still feeling weak and couldn’t eat properly.

When my husband complained to the manager Sascha Rössel the next day, he told us that we have no proof that it happened because of the sandwich. He also implied that we were being dishonest. When I made a comment in English and asked if he can speak it so that I can also follow the conversation, he replied that his vocabulary is not sufficient and continued in German. In the end, he unwillingly removed the sandwich from our bill, but only the sandwich. I assume we were not taken seriously because of our relatively young age and the calm tone of speaking. 
 Though we had a good impression of the facilities (thermal pools, saunas and the room service), the manager’s insensitivity and indifference could not let us enjoy the stay. 
It was not the kind of service we expected from a 4-star hotel. And it was the worst anniversary we ever had. Also the most expensive. I wish we spent the money on literally anything else.

We left the hotel more stressed and disappointed than we were before we arrived.

We are never going to stay there again. And I do not recommend it to anyone.
