"Let me first say, hotels are always looking for a good review, but I will only give a good review if I honestly feel they deserve it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Qixian~ the resort grounds are absolutely stunning. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to discover that the resort has been thoughtfully designed to feel part of the rainforest. Everywhere you look there are giant boulders, gurgling clear streams, ancient trees and hidden trails that make you feel you are walking deep in a forest. All you hear are the birds and the water rushing in the streams! We have travelled all over China, and this is the quietest, most authentic feeling nature spot we have ever experienced. In addition, there are so many hot springs you can choose to relax in, or you can use the hot spring attached to your balcony! The restaurant has a good variety and we liked everything we ordered, it was fresh and flavorful, we tried the pork ribs and braised tofu, both delicious, but the green coconut filled buns were a perfect ending! The lobby staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us all kinds of upgrades! You can get pickup on the carts anytime, but we preferred to walk and enjoy the beauty, the resort grounds feel huge, but honestly its well designed so you can reach any spot in 5-10 minutes. Also, they have all kinds of activities you can join. We really enjoyed the rainforest walk, the lady from the Li family that conducted the walk was so lovely, we could tell she really had a connection to the forest and just radiated joy as she showed us all the plants, it was one of the highlights of our stay! Our room was clean, the sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The view onto the palm forest was so relaxing to look at as we soaked in the spring. The infinity pool was spectacular, the setting is gorgeous and peaceful. The coconuts and dessert we ordered were really good, however, the drinks we ordered were awful and maybe they can get some more outgoing staff to work at the pool bar, maybe because it was winter time and less people are at the pool? Breakfast is served in a building that overlooks the river, there is ALL kinds of food, if you are a Westerner you can find fried eggs, toast, and pastries. But I recommend going to the area where fresh rice noodle is made for you on the spot, add toppings and fried eggs, it was delicious! There are some rustic areas to the resort- it feels a bit abandoned in areas, like its just too big to keep up with ie. Giant empty pools, some of the buildings look in desperate need of refurbishing, but overall we felt like the resort was truly beautiful and amenities really made this a great value for the price we paid. We are already planning to come back when we need a break from the city!"

"The room was clean, the location was good (long distance bus stop in front, town center, restaurants on walk distance). But what we'll remember is the owner. She was so friendly, recommended some places to eat, made sure we'd have a bus back, and spent a lot of time to help us find something lost back."

От VIP зоны на входе в парк доставили в отель на машине. Передвижение по парку на автобусе тоже включено в стоимость. Отдельно оплачивали вход на стеклянный мост. Огромный прекрасно оборудованный суперлюкс, очень чисто. На территории отеля бассейн до 22ч и павильончики с термальной водой и рыботерапией. Для гостей отеля организована ночная прогулка по парку с фонариками, сможете увидеть разную живность: больших пауков, различных лягушек, змей, крабов и т.д."

"這次來保亭選擇了維也納酒店，住了一週下來感覺特別好。第一天我們早上就到了保亭，因為看一般酒店都得下午才能辦理入住，我們就提前一天打電話給前台問是否能夠一早入住，前台特別好的給我們預留好了房間，讓我們一早就辦理好了入住。酒店地理位置也很好，附近非常熱鬧方便，從酒店走廊的陽台望出去能看到遠處的七仙嶺。入住期間酒店人員的服務也都特別好，路過前台時前台人員都會微笑問好，打掃的工作人員也會來詢問適合來打掃的時間，儘量不打擾到我們住客。我們退房離開後發現我們房間遺留的物品，還特別打電話來聯繫我們，服務真的很好！下一次再來保亭還是會繼續選擇你們家的！"

"第一次來保亭，想要住一些特別的民宿，在網上找來找去搜到了這家評分很高的民宿，一進來就被驚艷到了，建築風格偏向民族，很有特色。 到了車庫之後有免費停車位，管家會在入住之前給我打電話，到了車庫他們就會下來接，很熱情的幫我拿行李，介紹民宿有免費下午茶，很貼心的帶我進房間，介紹房間的設施。管家服務挺熱情的。 房間裏面有很大的温泉池，兩個人泡簡直不要太爽，旅遊身心疲憊，加上了特色的葯水進去泡，第二天腿部的酸脹直接消了大半！ 第二天還可以去頂樓的泳池游泳，天氣熱的時候在泳池可以美美出片！背景就是他們的七仙嶺，超級好看。 民宿負一樓還有一個掛滿了小燈的茶亭，晚上去泡個茶喝氛圍感滿滿，還有很多小綠植。 綜合體驗滿分！下次有機會再來😁"

"A hidden paradise hotel in the rainforest. The lake water is emerald green and crystal clear, and the air is fresh and pleasant. Walking along is incredibly soothing. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The hotel itself is very nice, with clean, beautiful rooms that offer a stunning view. The Chinese restaurant is also very good and the quantity of food is huge! A huge thank you to the two ladies at the front desk, Lina and Xiaozuo, who were incredibly helpful. Housekeeper Lina provided exceptional service. The service is truly remarkable. It’s definitely worth returning!"

"Отдыхали на вилле в конце марта,начале апреля-это идеальное было время. Именно на вилле,а не в отеле. Местность представляет собой гору застроеную сотнями вилл,из которых действует не более 10. Работа когда то была проведена колоссальная по масштабам,помимо вилл,территория засажена богатой коллекцией экзотических растений. Но в какой то момент владелец решил не доводить свой проект до завершения. Мы находили вещи которые даже не были вынуты из упаковки,велосипеды,диваны,настольные лампы. Представьте будто вы Индиана Джонс и бродите по покинутому в джунглях дворцу. Если вы любитель атмосферных фото вам сюда. На выбор нам показали три виллы с разной планировкой,нам понравилась вилла номер 27. Возможно она не самая большая,но из неё открывается вид на миллион долларов. Это были возможно самые лучшие рассветы,дни и закаты в нашей жизни. Я переосмыслил для себя характер отпуска. Отдыхать в отеле резорт и провести отпуск на уединенной вилле-это два разных отпуска. Боюсь,что теперь буду сравнивать новые места с наксиан сан. На вилле имеется две изолированные комнаты,маленькая и большая. Большая привлекает панорамным окном и выходом на террасу с бассейном,в маленькую мы поселили наших детей. Но скажу вам,что мы не сразу поняли всю прелесть маленькой спальни. Днём там так уютно поспать,как вернуться в детство. Помимо этого имеется большая гостиная с длинным диваном,две душевые,полноценная кухня с индукционной плитой,стиральная машина. Вся мебель и техника довольно дорогая. Очень много шкафов и гардероб из чистого дерева. Сантехника даже чересчур дизайнерская. Видимо выбирали по принципу:возьмем самое дорогое и новинку. Интересный электронный замок Самсунг на входной двери. Завтраки доставляли в корзинке к удобному часу. Общение с персоналом происходило в чате на алипей. Отдельно хочу сказать о команде помощников,они окружили нас такой заботой,как будто мы приехали в гости к родственникам. Особенно хотим поблагодарить девушку Хай Ин.（海莹Haiying) мы как будто нашли давно потерянную сестру. Мы были на вилле неделю и нам не хватило этого времени. Многие приезжают сюда ради парка янода на 1-2 ночи,попробуйте выйти из привычного круга суеты,научитесь созерцать,тогда вы начнете отдыхать по настоящему."
