"We stayed in the villa room the first night as we were travelling with kids and elderly. As the villa is not available on the 2nd night so we changed to two hotel rooms for the 2nd night. We enjoyed the villa room a lot more as the other hotel room booked for the elderly has a strong smoking smell even at the corridor. The hotel should strictly impose non-smoking floors. Overall kids enjoy the amenities but there were a lot people smoking at the hotel lobby. What we didn't like the most and for the low rating is that at the Chinese restaurant of the hotel, we deliberately asked the staff if the restaurant allows smoking or not and they said they have non-smoking policy. However, the table next to us had 2 men smoking. Though we raised this to the staff and they reminded the other guests, there was no use and they continued to smoke so we had to finish quickly. This was such a non pleasant experience."

"The hotel is in the same building as a super noisy KTV. Party everyday 20:00 to 03:00, no sound insulation. Consider this before booking."

"清遠的温泉酒店去過很多家了，第一次來聚龍灣温泉酒店，前台服務很好，辦理入住迅速，還免費升級了主樓的豪華雙床房，停車方便，停車場很大，房間在4樓，房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品舒適，衞生間雖然不是很大，但衞生真的乾淨，電梯到一樓大廳就可以直接進入温泉區，餐廳也是在一樓，出入很方便的，這裏的服務員也很熱情好客，見面都會主動打招呼，這次入住體驗真的很好，下次還會選擇這裏。"
