"I went to Gingko for my birthday. I had a great time. The staff were very helpful. They picked up me and my friends from the train station. They also gave us a pitchers of water and buckets of ice. They were very helpful with anything we needed. This hotel is perfect for siting by the pool. You can also go on a hike a short walk from the hotel."

"I had really good expérience with this hôtel. Even if i was not talking Chinese, the réception guy welcome me, explain me (helping by wechat translation) what to do around, présent me some local people that were able to help me, show me what to see on the center. And all of this without pushing me in consume but more to share about the place he leave. I really recommand this place.
The hôtel is on the center, just at the beginning of the beautiful touristique street. Rooms are clean. Maybe just a little problem of sound insulations, cause we hear about other client on the corridor. No need to find a guide at the train station, first ask to your hôtel local people he know. And enjoy"

"民宿在較低的半山腰上，離高鐵站不到五分鐘的距離，佈局和環境都很不錯，拍照很出片，B棟樓上的房間有很下水道的味道，溝通之後換了A棟的樓上，早餐就很一般了，兩片麪包，兩根腸，幾片培根，一個煮雞蛋一個煎雞蛋，一節煮玉米，飲品是美式牛奶還有啥忘記了，建議多樣化一些，可以適當加點小饅頭，炒麪，稀飯之類，因為是下午三點多以後的高鐵，申請兩點退房沒通過，但是後來溝通了一下，同意在十二點半退房，印象最好的應該是老闆，（沒問她是不是老闆，就感覺她是哈）因為能感受到她是站在客户的立場想問題並解決問題的，另外我好像並沒有看見泳池換水，而衹是在打撈一點臟東西，然後撒上一包消毒的還是什麼東西，因為游泳的大多數是孩子，住他們家也是因為有泳池，所以希望多多改善衞生問題，包括房間細節處的衞生，最後管家客服微信回覆及其慢甚至不做迴應這點我不太滿意，希望老闆越做越好吧。"

"滿分推薦這家寶藏民宿！從預訂時老闆就主動聯繫，詢問是高鐵還是自駕 是否需要接站，發了詳細的定位和入住指引。我們當天是臨時決定出遊，到店已經凌晨兩點，老闆一直在等我們，很暖心 。到的當天晚上就下起了雪，非常美，進門瞬間就被驚艷到——全屋一塵不染，床單被罩帶着陽光的味道，衞生間的毛巾浴巾都是獨立包裝，馬桶圈還貼心貼了一次性坐墊，細節感直接拉滿！第二天睡醒拉開窗簾 更震撼！映入眼簾的就是白雪皚皚的山頭！
房間裏的設施超齊全，第二天睡醒還有免費的早餐 吃完飯 窩在房間泡杯熱茶 看雪景幸福感爆棚。房間的投影儀畫質清晰，窩在沙發上看電影，簡直是在家的感覺。位置也特別好，開車5分鐘就能到熊貓基地，民宿附近還有一家金絲猴基地 很不巧這次去還沒有開園，希望下次去的時候能看見可愛的金絲猴！
還有一點很讓我喜歡 這家民宿是一家寵物友好的酒店 院子裏還有一衹超可愛的阿拉斯加 “定春” 還有兩匹可愛的小馬駒！
真的太暖心了！下次來這裏，一定還選這家，已經推薦給身邊的朋友啦～"

PPengguna Tetamu專程來佛坪避暑，帶着兩個一歲半的小寶寶出行，本來特別擔心帶娃出門麻煩，沒想到遇上這麼暖心的老闆🥹, 剛進店看見我們兩人都抱着幼兒，立刻上前幫忙拎行李送到房間，待人特別細緻温柔。中途姐妹家孩子突然發燒，這邊打車特別不方便，我們當時慌得手足無措，老闆娘二話不説開車送我們去縣醫院，全程陪着掛號看病，忙前忙後絲毫不嫌麻煩。, 擔心我們帶娃分身乏術沒空吃飯，還貼心做好飯菜給大人和寶寶，清淡適口特別貼心。, 全程沒有一點生疏感，像住在自家親戚家一樣踏實温暖，細微之處全是善意。來佛坪避暑帶娃強烈推薦這家，窗外風景也很美，房間乾淨整齊，真心感謝老闆娘無微不至的照顧，下次避暑還會再來！

PPengguna Tetamu帶倆娃選的室內三個床，床品和室內衞生都很乾凈，做飯阿姨和店內老闆都很熱情好客，四個人點了三個菜，吃的很舒服，廚師阿姨竹筍炒臘肉做的特別好吃，筍真的鮮嫩香。出門帶娃又愛乾淨的這家店真心不錯！離金絲猴基地也近逛着美滴很，景美空氣好

PPengguna Tetamu位置：離高鐵站、老街、縣城區域都比較遠，步行至少得二三十分鐘，開車或者騎電動的話會好一點，我帶着一老一小，衹能打車，就很不方便
設施：房間裏還可以，一樓大廳有休息區域，但車停在門口要上樓梯到大廳，民宿裏也是沒有電梯的，我們定的房間在4樓，也沒有服務人員幫忙提行李，帶着長者、小孩，提着行李上樓很不方便
衞生：還可以，但蚊蟲較多，還是建議加強一下驅蚊蟲的工作吧
環境：房間是有窗，但窗外是另一棟樓的外牆，窗簾都沒法拉開
服務：衹能説是正常説話吧，看到評論裏説在這裏住宿可以免費參觀博物館，工作人員也沒有主動給説，我們也不知道，我帶着一老一小，民宿裏沒有電梯，要自己提行李上4樓，第二天早上有點下毛毛雨，想借把傘去吃個飯，説沒有，讓我們自己去縣城買，但我明明就看到前台裏掛着一把傘，可能人家不想借吧，也怪不了人家，誰讓我們自己沒帶傘，衹是想説山區裏經常下陣雨，下一會就不下了，一陣陣的，建議一下老闆，可以準備點雨傘、雨衣，臨時借用給顧客，提升服務
