"Recommended! The staff were very helpful even few weeks before our check in date. Managed to communicate with the staff via we chat. They helped to arrange for our activities there together with the transportation. They suggested activities to be done and update us from time to time. Communication was easy. Rooms were clean. As we came at the end of season, feels like a private place for us, less crowd. Ski and hot spring package was a bonus. Glad that Jack made us more comfortable!,kudos to jack"

"Everything is good but there is still room for improvement. The package come with ski ticket however should include free locker for people staying in the hotel. Dinner set menu for club benefit taste good but the meat portion is too less. Lounge overall is good but dessert selection for afternoon tea and happy hour are the same should have different selection. Everything is good and will be back again for ski next time."

"Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again."

WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. "A really beautiful place with quiet and tranquility that allows us to recharge and reset from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location may be a tad far from changbaishan north slope- however, the hotel Concierge - a special shout out to Mr 孙浩熙 for going out for his way and beyond to help us get tickets and made arrangements even on his rest day.  The room is really beautiful and spacious, and it’s only a 10min walk out to get food and necessities. Side note is that the walkway could be better lighted, especially during winter as the dark falls after 5pm; and it was a little scary to walk out then.  In all, high recommended for anyone who needs a rest and have a full recharge! Really love the room and the impeccable service from all the staff :)"

"First time skiing in China - Chang Bai Shan Swissotel. The customer experience was not bad, excluding the experience that no one can speak any English, making it very difficult for us. I would like to give a thumbs up to both Allan and Herman. They were very helpful for us, with prompt responses on WeChat. They were very patient and kind, even though we cannot speak Mandarin fluently. Kudos to both of them. 101 stars! The hotel restaurant experience wasn’t that good for our first morning. We had to line up for the table, and the food variety could be better. Room cleanliness is quite bad, not clean at all, especially in the bathroom. There are a lot of hairs from previous stays, I guess. However, the room service is quite good."

"What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back."

"之前刷到很多好評，抱着很高的期待過來入住。提供免費高鐵站接送很方便，民宿外部環境氛圍感很棒，很適合拍照打卡，風景很好。前台響應很快，服務很爽快，早餐口味很好，深夜還有自助泡麪，爬長白山還可以提供登山杖和防風鏡很貼心，還可以領取長白山紀念本子，體驗蓋章，很有紀念意義。房間佈局合理，設計很有特色。山裡氣候特殊偶爾會有蚊蟲，房間配備驅蚊液，還有洗衣機帶烘乾非常方便。另外附近還有一個明月園公園，沒事的話可以晚上散散步。整體是一次不錯的度假體驗，很適合來長白山出行落腳，推薦出行過來打卡。"

Butler kami yang berdedikasi, bernombor 2005, sangat prihatin dan bertimbang rasa. Kami menempah khusus untuk akses kolam air panas percuma, dan ia sangat berbaloi dengan wang yang dibayar. "From the start of the booking, we felt welcome. After a short warm-hearted call, we got the location pin and were asked for special requests and needs. The location itself is a little surprising and not so easy to find and after driving on a short gravel road we found the home. It’s like a small paradise. The owner seems to take care of all little detail. We were surprised about how clean the room was. Breakfast is a dream and very delicious. We will come back. It’s not a cheap location but it’s worth the money. Thanks for the wonderful stay."
