這家酒店，簡直是我的夢中情宿，環境優雅，每個細節都彰顯着品味與用心，印象中的東北炕都是硬硬的這家酒店居然可以是軟的，被子也是又輕又舒服，一覺醒來疲憊全無，特別要説的是老闆的服務真是沒的説，非常細緻貼心，親和力很強，就好像是個老朋友一樣，孩子特別喜歡他，若不是已經安排好了其他行程，真想多在這裏住幾天，強烈推薦並給予好評。

居住 酒店地理位置絕佳，離景區山門不足百米，步行到達長白山西區檢票處，完全不用早起趕路、折騰停車。客房乾淨寬敞，床品柔軟遮光佳，山間靜謐睡得安穩，落地窗直面山野風光，衞浴乾濕分離，備品齊全，細節打理到位，出行住這裏省心又舒適。 餐飲 自助早餐品類充足，本地山野菜、麪點、熱粥一應俱全，食材新鮮；正餐能吃到特色山野風味，就餐環境安靜整潔。逛完景區回來慢悠悠吃飯，不用奔波覓食，出行節奏很舒服。 温泉體驗 山林環繞的露天温泉區氛圍感拉滿，各類功能湯池水質温潤，泡完全身舒緩解乏。遊玩爬山之後泡一泡，渾身痠痛一掃而空，工作人員貼心服務，白天泡能賞山景，夜晚泡靜謐治癒，孩子玩得也很開心。 整體總結 勝在區位優勢，緊挨着山門步行可達，遊玩出行極度便利；住宿、餐食、温泉三種體驗都槓槓滴，短途山間度假首選，性價比很高，下次來還會選這家。

I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

Ia merupakan penginapan yang sangat baik. Biliknya agak luas dan selesa, dengan sofa, kerusi dan meja. Langsir, lampu yang cantik dan tandas yang sangat cantik dan estetik juga bagus. Makanan dari sarapan pagi dan restoran juga hebat. Sangat dekat dengan aktiviti berdekatan dan lereng barat menuju ke Tasik Tianchi. Teruja untuk penginapan di sini pada masa hadapan. Ini merupakan penginapan yang sangat baik. Biliknya agak luas dan selesa, dengan sofa, kerusi dan meja. Langsir dan lampu yang cantik merupakan satu kelebihan besar, dan bilik mandi juga sangat cantik dan direka bentuk dengan baik. Makanan dari sarapan pagi dan restoran juga sangat baik. Lokasi hotel sangat mudah, dekat dengan aktiviti berdekatan dan laluan ke lereng barat Tasik Tianchi. Saya berharap dapat menginap di sini lagi.

The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality

The environment of M Gallery is very exclusive and peaceful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The best thing is it has a perfect view of Changbai Mountain! The outdoor hot springs is very special. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and eager to accommodate our needs, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the manager, 高扬 for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to changbaishan.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

We had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help. Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold. Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope.

Good price and I liked staying there but there were a few issues. The toilet was blocked but the manager unblocked it. then the shower had good pressure the first night but it lost pressure on the second night. Last the lock on the door was loose and it would not lock. But I did like the hotel although an upgrade considering the issues would have been nice. It is right near the tourist office but unluckily for me the heavenly lake was closed so I could not see it. I did go night skiing at the Wanda International ski resort which was fun.
