"We stayed for two nights because the hotel is conveniently located near Fanjingshan. While the location was suitable for our visit, the overall experience was disappointing.
The hotel was extremely quiet when we first arrived, and it appeared that we were the only guests during our stay. Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet expectations. On our first night, we requested washing powder so that we could do some laundry. We were told that it had run out and that more would be available the following morning. However, when we checked the next day, there was still no washing powder available. More frustratingly, the staff made no effort to update us on the situation or offer an alternative solution. This lack of communication and initiative was disappointing.
The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. We eventually decided to extend our stay by one more night because my wife was experiencing back pain and preferred not to travel. However, our sleep quality did not improve. At around 6:00 a.m., we were awakened by other guests talking loudly in the corridor and by the constant noise of doors opening and closing. The soundproofing appears to be poor, as noises from the hallway could be clearly heard inside the room.
Between the uncomfortable bed, inadequate sound insulation, and the lack of attentiveness from the staff, we did not get the restful stay we had hoped for. ."

"酒店豪華氣派，環境優雅。都是管理思維有問題。進房後第一時間便是洗手，洗完後發現整個房間都沒有護膚霜，於是便打電話讓送過來。結果説有啊！服務員敲門進來指著我剛才用來洗手的瓶子説這就是啊！媽媽咪啊，我居然用了人家的護膚霜來洗手！心想這酒店也太豪氣了。於是便問那洗手液呢？回答是“沒有”！洗手盆邊上沒有洗手液卻放著護膚霜。而且上面還貼上“免費使用，請勿帶走”這是什麼操作？難道這年頭住五鑽酒店的客人還會“帶走”這一大瓶不知道是什麼牌子的玩意嗎？"

"Apologies first, i didn’t take enough pics which didn’t do this place justice 😭😭🫠 But this place, WAS THE BEST STAY i had in my 11 day trip on china, not that the others wasn’t great but this was 💯/10. i love the place so clean, the deco was so 💯👌🏻🤌 chef kiss. And the boss and boss lady were such a great looking couple!!! and they are so nice too, they packed us grapes for our hike and look at the food , it was solid!!! the 阿姨s were so very nice too.
I should mention we arrived at the hotel 2am and the boss still helped us checked in so late at night 🥹🥹🥹 also special shoutout to the driver Mr. 李 who is also so kind to so patiently waited for us 🥹🥹🥹. Will forever remember this place for the dope accommodation and amazing 5 star service and honestly the genuine kindness these people have. 💓💓💓"

"Super lovely rooms with gian baths. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to foreign guests. Their English was excellent, and communication throughout my stay was smooth and helpful.
My flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive to check in until 1am, but the staff kindly stayed up and waited for me, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel.
You can add them on WeChat (***********) — they put me contact with a tour guide who helped me arrange advance tickets for Fanjing Mountain which was very helpful as I visited during the national holidays. I just used my passport to pick up the tickets from the tourist centre at the bottom of the mountain. The hotel connected me with an affordable taxi transfer service from Tongren. The hotel also provided a free taxi to and from the mountain, and the staff gave plenty of useful travel tips and advice.
Breakfast was delicious as well. Overall, a very comfortable and stress-free stay, especially for international travellers."

"Our stay at the homestay is very comfortable and a very nice experience. The entrance for the Fanjingshan mountain is a few minutes drive and our host and her husband drove us to the place and picked us up for free. Our host are very sweet, accomodating and very helpful. They made us feel very welcomed. On our check out, they even escorted us to the place where the taxi was picking us up. They sent us off like a family member, talked to the driver to make sure we will be taken cared of. They were always smiling and ready to assist you. We really enjoyed our stay here because of their hospitality. The room we stayed in is clean and well kept too. The scenic attraction - the Fanjingshan mountain is amazing! All in all our trip at Fanjingshan was very memorable and we highly recommend staying Fanjingshan Weijianjingqi Homestay when you visit the place."

"An absolutely amazing hotel! It might be a little hard to get to if you don’t drive, but it is absolutely worth the effort!
All the rooms are different, but (for reference) the Lianhua room that we stayed in was incredibly spacious and well decorated.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provide a lovely homemade dinner each evening. If you’re planning on going to Yunshe Village, or Fanjingshan, they can help you to arrange transport too."

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fanjingshan.
The location is excellent, situated right at the foot of the mountain and very close to the entrance of the scenic area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food or anything you might need during your stay.
The room was spotless, modern and extremely comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, from the TV and heater to the hot water and bed. It genuinely felt like a home away from home after a long day of hiking.
What made the stay especially memorable was the owner. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. She owns a restaurant nearby, and whenever I ordered food, it was conveniently brought up to my room. She also offered snacks, gave useful local advice and helped arrange transportation for my onward journey after Fanjingshan, which was a huge help as a foreign traveller.
The combination of a great location, comfortable rooms and genuine hospitality made this one of the highlights of my trip. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Fanjingshan.

Raghunath C G NairAmazing! Fascinating! Fanjingshan was the final stop of our memorable 10-day tour of Guizhou Province, and we truly could not have chosen a better place to conclude our journey. We felt genuinely blessed to stay at this lovely guesthouse for three nights. From the very beginning, the owner Mr. Zhang Haotian and his family made us feel completely at home; they were warm, engaging, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
The rooms are tastefully designed and thoughtfully laid out, perfectly sized for comfort. Our room offered a soothing view of the river, along with a private balcony; an ideal spot to relax with your favourite tea or coffee. The modern touches were impressive too, especially the high-tech sensor toilet, which added a pleasant surprise. The three-storey guesthouse is equipped with an elevator, a thoughtful convenience for guests with heavy luggage or those who may find climbing stairs challenging.
Dinner, lovingly cooked by the family, was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that reflected both their hospitality and culinary skill. Every meal felt homely and satisfying. We only wish we had taken more and better photographs of the guesthouse. Without a doubt, this is one place we will return to.
As for the enchanting Fanjing Mountain itself, the owner drove us to the scenic area entrance. He even offered to pick us up later, but we chose to walk back instead, enjoying the cool climate. Fanjing Mountain is magical in its own right. The steep cable car ride to the summit, which takes over 20 minutes, was an experience in itself, offering breathtaking views of the mountain ranges stretching endlessly around us. At the top stands the age-old Buddhist temple, serene and awe-inspiring, perfectly harmonising with its natural surroundings.
We loved the guesthouse, we are very grateful to Mr. Zhang and his family for their kindness, and deeply thankful for the unforgettable experience at Fanjing Mountain. It was the perfect ending to a remarkable journey.

The hotel is located at the entrance to the road leading to the fanjingshan scenic area.
It will take you around a 15mins walk or so to reach the tourist centre where you can purchase your tickets to enter the park.
The hotel is mostly aurrounded by fellow hotels and restaurants and a tiny weeny convenience stall just beside the hotel.
The plump lady receptionist might sound crude but she is extremely friendly and helpful.
The reception area is sparse but the room is defintely okay.not many guests when i was staying there.
It is worth a stay though there is nothing much to do around the area and if your aim is just to visit fanjingshan

Pengguna TetamuWe loved our stay here, it was the best part of our trip!! The hotel garden and the room were cute and had all necessities.
What really made our stay great was the friendliness, hospitality and helpfulness of the hostess and host. They drove us to and from the entrance of the mountain twice, for free, helped us obtain tickets, and exchanged those tickets for us (due to a mistake of the mountain employee) while we were having dinner.
They also recommended a restaurant upon our request and walked us there, lent us their personal umbrella, picked us up at midnight from a neighbouring homestay, so that we didn't get lost on the way back.
We also randomly got orange slices, sunflower seeds and drink packets as a gift.
To top it all up, they even drove us 1,5 hours to the railway station for the same price as Didi, so that we for sure would get there on time.
Very nice people in a beautiful small village with a characteristic tower. The people in the village were nice overall, as there was a bonfire party where we were invited to dance in a circle with them and to go for food and drinks with them afterwards. They got us a bit more tipsy than we planned and toasted every time saying: “Welcome to China!” - and what a welcome it was. Thank you for the wonderfull experience.

Pengguna TetamuThis was the best service we received in China so far. We booked the hotel quite last moment after contacting the owner, because they were extremely helpful securing for us the Fanjingshan tickets offline (because online tickets were sold out). Then they prepared breakfast and snacks for us before climbing the mountain. It is only a bit over a kilometer from the scenic area entrance. Our concierge Xiao Wu and his hospitality was beyond anything we ever experieneced in any hotel, he helped us organize a transportation, helped with translating, recommended the best restaurants in the area and even handled discounts for us.
When it comes to the hotel itself - beautiful smaller place but with lot of rooms. The pool is nice relaxing treat after hard walking the main attraction in the area. Always clean and well organized. The only thing we did not understand was that big rooms had only one double bad, and room with two double beds was comparatively smaller..
I wish more international tourists would visit this area and this hotel in particular, the staff would appreciate practicing some English.. :-)
