"The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm."

"I booked the Crowne Plaza Jingmen for some peace and relaxation and it didn’t disappoint. From the time I stepped into their magnificent lobby, I was greeted with great hospitality. Lip Ou exhibited 5 star service to me from his warm welcoming smile and professional demeanor, my stay was off to a great start. I was delighted to hear him speaking English with such easy to me as he warmly welcomed me. My short stay was very pleasant and I truly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very friendly as they walked by. My room was very clean and comfortable and Lip made sure all my requests were promptly met. I enjoyed the pool and the buffet as well. I will definitely be back to this hotel every time I need a getaway from my city Yichang. Thank you Lip and all the staff for your great hospitality and service."

"途徑荊門落腳一晚，隨便找了家酒店，價格不貴，結果全方位超出預期！大堂很氣派，房間我訂的最普通的 面積不大 但很乾凈整潔，床品床墊也非常舒服，隔音也不錯。還很貼心的準備了消毒後的洗澡拖鞋還有一次性馬桶套。早餐也不錯，很豐富口味也很好。最讓人感動的居然是停車場大叔，我們車子停在地面，早上陽光很烈，大叔還用遮陽板幫我們遮擋了前擋風玻璃。這細心貼心的，真是把好感拉到滿了！"

"體驗感還是不夠好，房間窗户外是個大平台，房間都是通的，感覺私隱得不到保障，不敢開窗。房間除了幾瓶普通礦泉水以外，其它啥也沒有，雖然足夠簡單，但房間色調還是比較搭的，素色，喜歡入住簡單的人就不好説了，但這價格確實不簡單。位置還不錯，可能剛開業的原因，衞生有點小問題，有上圖片，酒店可改進，後期應該不會是我的首選。"

"I had a pleasant stay in terms of the ”hardware”. The room was large, very clean, and the service was truly exemplary. Having free laundry on site was also a huge plus for my trip. However, as a non-smoker who booked a non-smoking room, the strong smell of cigarettes was very bothersome and hard to ignore. If you are sensitive to smoke, this may not be the right fit for you. A few notes for future guests: Breakfast: Expect a typical Chinese spread; there were very few to NO Western options available. Location: The hotel is right at a major intersection and is roughly a 30 minutes walk from / to Wanda Plaza. Overall: Good value for money, but the smoke issue was a significant drawback to an otherwise great experience."

"嗯……怎麼說呢 衛生：一般，隔音不好還吵，廁所雖然是獨衛但那個廁所像公廁搬進去的 交通：很便利，很近 環境：還行吧 服務：定時空調就算了，我交錢了，還不敲門就進來，萬一我在換衣服呢…… 其他：而且我還不懂的是，都寫了免費為啥還要收費，又當又立，那還不如寫個收費還顯得為人真誠一點，一邊寫着免費一邊又收費 綜上所述：性價比一般，建議線下訂，反正那裡旅店多"

Here for work, and Huanyue is always my first choice in Jingmen. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the key point is the exceptional service from the hotel staff. There's a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, but it might not suit the western palate too well. Location is great work-wise, but it's some distance away from the nearest mall so it depends on what you prioritize during your stay.

This was the best hotel we stayed at for this trip & it was also the cheapest. The service was truly immaculate. The hotel gave us a free breakfast which had a very good selection & tasted great. Most of the dishes were very well done. The hotel even provided free laundry service that was done within 2 hours. We could also watch everything on the tv for free. The room itself was spotless & very nicely decorated. The hotel looked very new to us. The location was also great with a shopping mall nearby with many food options & a supermarket. All in all, a perfect 2 night stay.

好難得，感動常在，出差這麼多年好久沒碰到這麼貼心的酒店了******* 玩了幾天，馬上要回我大武漢了，在攜程找到了最近的酒店，電話諮詢了，有專車接送到荊門西站，非常方便，不需要自己再打車了，那肯定是貼心的了！這個接送站的這細節做的好太好了。司機直接到荊門西站接我。到酒店以後前台小姐姐介紹了附近的公園，附近的美食。酒店環境不錯，房間也寬敞，乾淨整潔，沒有味道，關上窗户也不吵。經理人很好，還送了一份伴手禮，真的好！ 早餐也7點鐘就有了，吃了，司機準時出發，20分鐘就到了荊門西站，確實方便。 寶子們，你要是也想住在荊門最省心的酒店，你如果也想找一家高大上的酒店，你如果也想吃吃喝喝玩玩，你如果也想早餐好吃，美味，住這裏吧，真心分享，牆裂推薦

這家酒店整體入住體驗挺滿意，地理位置很不錯，旁邊就是派出所，住這兒可以説安全感滿滿，酒店配有停車場，自駕過來停車很方便，還有洗衣房出行換洗衣物不用發愁，對於出差十分友好，我入住的是浴缸大床房，房間空間很寬敞，活動起來不壓抑，可以泡浴缸放鬆，卸下旅途疲憊，自助早餐品類豐富，口味也在線，早上吃的飽飽的，元氣滿滿，整體衞生乾淨，服務也到位，設施齊全，不管是自駕還是出差贊助都很合適，性價比高，下次過來會優先選擇這家真心推薦給大家。

農場內三家酒店：百年老屋酒店、谷莊度假酒店、營地酒店 這次入住百年老屋酒店，裝修很有特色，性價比不錯，客房在山坡上，有兩棟，我們住在最上面那棟“許家灣”，房間的床睡的很舒服，窗簾遮光效果很好，很安靜，布草啥的都是和國際五星酒店一個品牌，質量非常nice，用起來放心。自助早餐的酸辣藕丁好吃 價格最貴的谷莊酒店，酒店大堂太太太美了！外面是高爾夫⛳球場，大堂可以喝咖啡，還有扇大大的景觀窗，網紅機位，拍照具出片，同時也售賣咖啡和甜點，公共區域二樓有無邊泳池、小童泳池，温泉，spa館，配套設施完善 營地酒店有帳篷和木屋兩種，沒有體驗，就不過多介紹了，營地的大草坪有羊駝🦙，小🐑、鴿子、火雞，可以餵食互動，超級可愛，個人覺得這裡是整個農場最美的地方沒有之一。 吃飯推薦百年老屋餐廳，環境有特色，還有室內遊樂場，價格真的對得起環境和味道，老少皆宜。

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.

心情特別不錯，好的很，我把我這次入住感覺分享一下，首先給大家介紹一下完是一個特別熱愛生活的人，我喜歡給不同的人做不同的評價，我幾乎每月都來荊門，我選擇不同的酒店，體驗與不同的人交流，這家酒店位置非常不錯，停車場很大，現在搬了搬到了離酒店很近的地方，房間環境很好，衞生乾淨，手搭在桌子上抹不來塵土，打掃衞生的服務員很敬業，服務不錯，還免費送水，我當時順手又多要了一次性毛巾，人家也爽快的答應了，還主動幫我連結了wifi，體貼的很，退房時前台又詢問了我是不是把車停在了市委的院子，當時我確定是不是説的那個地方，最後再次確認了之後，才明白原來是這個地方，總體來説很好。以後來了就確定住這家酒店算了，筆記車能安排，人有地方住，環境也不錯，乾淨，可以，非常好。

Very clean and spacious hotel room with dry/wet separation in the bathroom. The staff was also very kind and attentive. The only reason I didn't extend my stay was because the air conditioner was quite loud, maybe a dirty air filter so that it always blows on full power, which makes it impossible to run at night. I asked them about it and they said it's normal, so maybe it's just an old model, I've never had this issue before.
