"服務沒得説，很棒的，早餐種類很多，味道也不錯，酒店很新，設施也比較智能，打掃的也很乾凈，有歡迎飲料，伴手禮，送了咖啡，頂樓觀景簡直是太！棒！了！！！！樓下吃東西也很多很方便，可以腿兒着去布宮，大小昭寺和八廓街。就是車庫有點小，得先辦入住拿上房卡才能讓停車場開門，還有代客泊車，把鑰匙留給停車場小哥哥。我們退房的時候看到小哥哥給我們停在了好寬的一個車位。總的來説很棒了！下次還來住！！"

"One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!"

"A hidden gem tucked away in the small streets of Bakuo, less than 10 minutes walk to Jokhang temple. This hotel is honestly the most unique place I have ever stayed, it used to be the home of Lhasa’s King Gesar, turned into a museum. The hotel staff we very friendly, had a nice family feel and I was coming home at the end of every stay. The two cats at the reception area are a highlight of this hotel. They do a daily incense burning ritual around 9ish, which got to take part in. If you’re interested, head down to the courtyard before that time. If you’re looking for a modern hotel, this isn’t the place for you but if you’re looking for something with history and heritage, this is definitely the hotel for you! Just something’s to note, not the whole hotel has lifts. Check with the hotel first if the room your looking has lift lift access first if thats a concern for you. And the room did not have a fridge, but we hanged our stuff outside the window as it’s so cold 😅. Thanks for an amazing stay, definitely recommend!"

"沒有選擇五星級酒店而是選擇了亞朵，是基於我對亞朵的信任，先説優點：這家有氧氣，地理位置不錯，出門左轉走大概10分鐘多點是布達拉宮廣場，出門右轉直走，過了馬路再直行頂到頭右轉是大昭寺八廓街，也差不多10多分鐘。門口那條街有好多户外運動品牌，網紅有許多藏族帥哥美女的藏餐店就在斜對面。早餐就是亞朵標配，該有的都有，服務人員也很禮貌，還是不錯的！現在説一下不足：我們自駕318是週四到的拉薩入住的，當天晚上就覺得氧氣不夠濃，顯示衹有18，我上網查了一下，20以下就不合格，但是打電話問前台，跟我説是顯示不準，但是我就是覺得有點憋，前台倒是很客氣，我將信將疑的勉強睡了，第二天是週五，在外面玩了一天後回酒店明顯覺得氧氣濃了很多，看了一下是25點多，直到週六我們走都很高，我心裏呵呵了一下，原來如此，平日入住客人不多，氧氣就不開大，週末入住客人多，氧氣就開的足，真能節省成本啊！希望酒店看到這條評論，改進平日和週末的厚此薄彼！得虧我這一路適應了高海拔，要不然得讓亞朵這點小算計給整醫院去，大家是衝著你有瀰漫氧氣定的房，不要辜負大家對你的信任！（有圖有真相）"

YYulia.小妍Unexpectedly high value stay. Nice big clean rooms, wonderful comfortable bed, great hot shower, excellent oxygen system, humidifier, and above all, staff. Xiao Li and Dorgee stood out, but everyone was always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is phenomenal, surpassed that of the 5-star hotels I stayed before arriving here. Onsite cafe, while pricey, prepared excellent fresh meals. Location was also good - facing the river, along which is a nice pedestrian path for few kilometers. I loved my stay and recommend this hotel to anyone.

NNeko CI love this hotel. Staff were very friendly and caring. Due to high altitude sickness I wanted to buy Pocari Sweat on Mei Tuan but didn't have a local phone number to place the order, the ladies at the front desk helped me out. They also upgraded me to a room with the view of the Potala Palace. The room is nice, clean and spacious with oxygen supply and lots of bottled water provided. There is a big shopping mall 300 meters away (about 10-15 minutes walk) which you can find restaurants there. Free laundry service is a big plus as I spent 6 nights in this hotel. I feel the price is absolutely worth it for the customer service they provided, and I would love to try the hotels under this chain (Hilton) next time when I travel to other cities in the future.

SShenmingzaichanggeSemasa cuti May Day, saya dan rakan saya memilih untuk menginap di Hotel Lanou sekali lagi, dan pengalaman keseluruhan pastinya tidak mengecewakan. Bilik hotel adalah luas dan terang, dengan peralatan tempat tidur yang selesa yang membuatkan kami berasa sangat santai, seperti berada di rumah. Lokasinya sangat baik, kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Potala. Hotel ini juga berdekatan dengan Jalan Gongdelin dan Antarabangsa Tianhai, di kawasan yang meriah, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk menjamu selera, membeli-belah dan aktiviti lain. Kakitangan hotel juga sangat baik, mesra, penuh perhatian, dan sabar. Kemudahan bilik adalah agak baru, dan penginapan adalah sangat menyenangkan. Terdapat restoran dan kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah, yang sangat memudahkan perjalanan kami. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat beberapa isu kecil dengan bilik 8626. PPengguna Tetamu真心要好好寫一下，雖然酒店門頭不夠醒目，但是設施和服務絕對一流，尤其是服務，前台熱情服務周到。尤其是禮賓雅婷，還有一位藏族帥哥江措，服務無微不至，噓寒問暖，歡迎哈達，伴手禮，一樣不少。江措還特意為房間拿了氧氣分接頭。住了眾多帶管家的酒店，衹有在拉薩的這家酒店留下了深刻的印象，謝謝你們讓我更加提升了對西藏的好感。極力推薦。拉薩有眾多的網紅店，衝著這兩位管家也應該來這個酒店打卡。

PPengguna Tetamu來拉薩當然想住得離景點近一點，這家位置真的很方便，就在八廓街巷子裏，去大昭寺和八廓街基本步行就到，去布達拉宮也很方便。樓頂露台是亮點，可以看到布達拉宮全景，還有佈置好的打卡區域，拍照不用專門找角度，夜景也非常漂亮。大廳休息區也舒服，有免費咖啡和茶水，還有免費的大廳製氧機，很多客人都會在大廳休息順便吸氧，感覺挺貼心。店員態度也好，有問題都會耐心解答，整體住下來感覺挺温暖

PPengguna Tetamu本人3.28入住該酒店，高反厲害，看到攜程後台提示酒店是晚八點開始供氧，衹能自己買幾瓶氧氣瓶，房間加濕器有問題客房服務員進屋一個招呼不打，直接把加濕器水加上就走，最起碼的禮貌或者善意提醒顧客使用説明都沒有，平日沒有培訓或者考核，到了八點還沒有氧氣，我的氧氣瓶已經吸完，我給前台打電話她告訴八點半才開始供氧，到了八點半還沒有又給她打電話，她説師傅去開了，八點三十三再打電話説等一下，八點三十七我直接到前台質問，還是沒有絲毫不安，我一個高反人羣奔着西藏賓館貴賓樓去，其他酒店很多提供全天供氧，他們晚上八點半到第二天七點這個時間段供氧很不友好，沒想到到了時間段還不提供沒有絲毫抱歉，本人高反頭疼得厲害找到前台質問，高質量的服務應該提前給顧客打開氧氣，關心顧客身體狀況，這個前台高高在上對顧客難受沒有一點同情心，高反非常危險，本人在極度難受之際接受西藏賓館貴賓樓如此冷酷無情的服務體驗，絕不會再來第二次！！

The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
