"The staff here is sooooo cool. As soon as I arrived, they took my heavy luggage and settled me in in a nice room. AC is icy cold, high speed wifi. Room is clean and essential. I had some struggle with using Wechat to pay with a foreign card, and they helped me adding cash to WeChat pay. I was feeling the altitude sickness and they helped me with O2 and effective medicine loco uses. Some details such as they use pressurized O2 bottle as supply instead of the cheap household regenerative ones. They don't charge for bottle of water. These gestures go a long way! Finally, the facility itself is a ******* style courthouse with an art store next to it and location is inside of Barkor street old town. This enabled me to explore near by foot. Even with DIDI, it was quite convient - just about a 5 min walk to get to the pick up spot. I like this place so much I extended my stay!"

"One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!"

"This hotel is a little gem in Lhasa. First of all, it’s got a lift, which is a must at high altitude. They offered us free breakfast for the first night, but when we requested breakfast for the next two nights (paying), they actually offered it for free as well. The breakfast room has amazing views of the Potala palace. The beds are very comfortable. There is a large coffee table, a large leather stool and an armchair by the window. And that window has another stunning view over the palace (if you’re on the 5th floor). The bathroom has everything you need, including shower flip flops (although we brought and used our own pair). Toiletries were good too. There were also slippers for the room. Another nice touch was that they would bring a fruit platter to the room every evening at 19:00. This included jujube, cherry tomatoes, clementines and pears. All brilliantly sweet. The hotel is very close to the big attractions in Lhasa, including the aforementioned Potala palace, Jokhang monastery and Barkor Street. And most importantly, they had oxygen in the bedroom. A must have! Finally, the staff is very helpful. They helped us book a takeaway for dinner on our first night and organised the free breakfasts the next day."

"I had a wonderful stay at Lhasa Potala Palace Yishan Hotel! The view from the room was amazing — you can see the Potala Palace right after opening the curtains. The location is excellent, within walking distance to both the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. Breakfast was rich and delicious with many options. Great service and a very comfortable stay. "It was such a pleasant stay! The entire hotel has beautiful interiors, the room was spotless, oxygen worked perfectly, and the view from the 8th floor was gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely helpful to me, a non-Chinese speaker with translation apps and did their best to make my stay comfortable. "It's a cute little traditional ******* style hotel that is just a stone throw from Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has an Indian restaurant downstairs. You can also find plenty of food along the Barkhor Street which is like 2 mins walk away. Potala Palace is also relatively near about 2km away. The hotel also has cute kittens running around."

"來拉薩之前沒怎麼做攻略，還好住了這裏。老闆有旅行合作，可以幫忙推薦路線、報團和文成公主演出優惠，適合像我這種懶得查攻略的人。我們去了拉薩周邊幾個地方，風景真的很美，行程安排得也比較順，不用自己到處比價格、查線路。民宿位置方便，逛八廓街、大昭寺都近。晚上回來大廳可以喝茶聊天，還有可愛的拉布拉多在旁邊晃悠，特別治癒。老闆特別像朋友一樣，不會讓人有距離感，坐下來聊天會認真聽你的需求，再幫你安排，整體體驗比單純住酒店更有旅行感"

"再次入住，因為之前行程已經定了，所以懶的再換。結果還是再次遇到坑，之前是停電，停車場遭遇堵車，被迫堵了一個小時找不到車主。 結果這次洗手枱放出來的水是，臭的！真是無語。説是給我換個房間，想想房間已經散開的一堆東西，算了。"

"酒店位置優越，出行吃飯都很方便，最**的是刷卡出後門就是八廓街，步行很快就到大昭寺！停車方便，還有充電樁。酒店六樓有一個觀景平台可以看到布達拉宮，圖片的布達拉宮夜景和大昭寺夜景就是我去喝酒時實拍。前台辦理入住退房效率高，工作人員又漂亮又好看又美呢，尤其是西妮跟白拉態度熱情有禮貌。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果很好，晚上很安靜，休息得非常好。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全，熱水供應充足。整體性價比很高，服務貼心，入住體驗很棒，明年來還會選擇入住這裏"
