"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Litang. The service was truly amazing — the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from arranging transportation to helping us find food. In the evenings, they even served us tea and snacks like nuts, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The only downsides were related to comfort and facilities. The room was quite cold, and unfortunately the heater didn’t warm it up enough, so we felt cold during our stay. In addition, there wasn’t a dryer available, which meant we had to leave with our clothes still wet. That said, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff really stood out and made the experience special."

"Positive Lovely homestay and very friendly and helpful family. The budget room is basic. The bed was kinda hard. Near the homestay you can find some shops and restaurants. A walk to the center of town is about 15-20minutes. Negative The homestay is a bit hard to find. It's in a street behind the main street. The shared bathroom could be cleaner and have some more facilities for when taking a shower (like hooks to hang your clothes). There was no soap at the sink. Toiletpaper was lacking quite often. There is no showerhead so if you want to take a shower, you need to fill the rainbarrel with hot water and use a big spoon to pour the water over you. It's a bit of a hassle when you want to take a shower. Wifi was available, but it was a very slow connection."

"this is our 2nd time staying. lovley room with all the amenities, you need. the bed is so compfy! walking distance from the vibrant town that offers great food options. historical landnarks are close by! the building itself is stunning , with a beautiful courtyard and museum attached. staff were friendly and we would like to shout out and give a massive thanks to the hotel manager who helped us out with all our logistics! thank you and we hope to be back soon!"

"We stayed here in July during the horse festival. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly, but there were some significant issues. The shower only had hot water during the afternoon because they relied on a solar hot water heater. The shower did not drain properly. They did not have coffee or even tea at breakfast. The windows were low quality and the room was quite noisy from traffic. The lobby smelled of toxic paint or some kind of epoxy. It was very strong and intense. When we used the heating system , that smell ended up in our room! When we visit again, we will choose another hotel."

"The vibe in the hostel was great! I met there other travellers and the reception was very useful and kind in responding to all my questions and they also spoke English which was very good and not so common in these areas!"

"分享豬精在格聶的一週：第一天每天在民宿起床就去樓下咖啡館吃吃喝喝，吃完出去徒步。 第二天每天在民宿起床就去樓下咖啡館吃吃喝喝，吃完出去徒步。。。。。 民宿很特別，是村子裏唯一一個酒店一樓露着咖啡廳的。而且設計感很棒！房間很新，被褥、衞生間、地板都很新，所以心情也是新的。老闆人很好，幾乎有求必應。 也不用太擔心高反和冷，房間裏有氧氣設施和地暖。"

Kemudahan: Dilengkapi sepenuhnya, dengan oksigen dan pelembap udara. Hotel wajib menginap bagi mereka yang mengalami mabuk ketinggian. Kebersihan: Sangat bersih, hotel paling bersih di Litang, 10/10 yang sempurna! Persekitaran: Sangat dekat dengan tarikan berdekatan, termasuk Kuil Changqing Ke'er dan Bandar Purba Renkang/Kampung Tibet Seribu Isi Rumah. "The room was beautiful and decoration good, but we have the really bad surprise to find the room dirty… At the first looking looks ok but toilets shower, the floor and most of the corner was so dirty. We asked to the women at the reception to do something and she was really reactive thanks to her. She send a team of 3 or 4 people to clean that was nice consider the late timing in the evening, they stay in the room maybe 30 minutes to clean but honestly was not ok at all they come with one mop and one rag for all the room … no product maybe.. same cloth for everything .. toilet avec everything ..? At the end we came back in the room we saw they tried to clean it but the floor smell sooo bad the wet dog. It was disgusting honestly so with my partner we had to clean after them at least the floor that smell sooo bad we took hot water and essential oil with a towel to clean the floor.. Thanks for the reactivity of the team but honestly the housekeeping team don’t do a correct job. Smell always really strong cigarette everywhere even in the room even if we don’t smoke. The common space are not very clean too. We were really surprised of the reviews that don’t mention this. They propose us to change room so we visit another room that was exactly dirty the same way… so I imagine it is not an exception. Again thanks to the women of the reception who did a good job and was nice."
