If you really want to wash your clothes, I suggest using Dettol disinfectant. If you mind, don't wash your clothes. Finally, a word of caution: this temporary job at a state-owned enterprise in Guizi sounds easy, but they'll push their own work onto you and make you do tons of odd jobs. Refusing is futile and will only result in being targeted and harassed. Wages are only paid every few months, and the job is in the mountains, so you can't leave.
