When checking in, the front desk assistant Xiao Kan asked about the room preference in detail and upgraded it to a lake view room. The view was very good, and a fruit plate was given. The bedding was moderately soft and hard. The room was well equipped. I highly recommend the shower gel, which I like the smell. The gym is on the 10th floor, and the restaurant is on the 8th floor. Breakfast is open until 10:00, with a wide variety of salads, cold cuts, and Chinese noodles. Highly recommended"

"The overall service staff at the front desk, the cleaning aunt, and the cafeteria aunt are all very good! However, the so-called leadership managers seemed to have no interest in guests. GGuest UserThoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future.

As soon as I arrive at the hotel, I can check in by brushing my face. It is so friendly to me who is dragging my suitcase! Entering the room, the smart light automatically lights up and the atmosphere is directly full. To shout an instruction, curtains, air conditioning, TV can be easily controlled, really super convenient! The bed in the room was big and soft, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and I slept very soundly at night. Moreover, the sound insulation of the room is also very good, and the noise outside can't be heard at all.
The smart toilet in the bathroom is automatically heated and flushed, which is particularly comfortable to use. The shower room is spacious, the water pressure is stable, and the fatigue of the day is gone after a hot bath.

The room has a super large window and fresh air. The lady at the front desk is patient and very nice. I injured my leg during the trip and it was inconvenient. She helped us to delay check out for free.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the mall and other amenities. There are several restaurants on the highstreet where the hotel is located and a small mini mart right next door. All the vendors in the area were extremely welcoming, and the hotel staff were professional and available to assist us whenever we called. I will definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to others.
PS: I will recommend this local restaurant run by a lovely lady.

Qqian11I was in the mood to try to check in. The booked room was too pleasant. The window was a good scenery. The environment was quiet and comfortable. People lived in a particularly comfortable place. The price is really high, the hot spring experience is superb, there are many types of soup pools, you can find a temperature that is just suitable for your own temperature, and you can relax after soaking. From check-in to departure, it is smooth. The parking lot is large and free. I really recommend it to friends who want to find a place to relax. I definitely don't step on thunder!
