"All rooms I stayed had strong smell of cigarette even if they did so-called non-smoke treatment using air refresher spraying, which of course did not work. The smell was not only in the room, but on carpet and curtains. Hope this facility can keep non-smoking policy as described on website.  Interestingly, two sand boxes are placed next elevator at every floor for distinguishing cigarette butts. This signs: go ahead to have a smoke :("

Thoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future.

We highly recommend this hotel. The reception, breakfast and housekeeping staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The reception is area of the hotel is large, warm and has good seating. The room is very spacious and clean. It’s great having a couch to sit on and the bathroom is very nice, shower is great! Housekeeping do a lovely job of cleaning every day and are so generous with drinking water on a daily basis. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety and long hours. Tennis players if you are coming to Maanshan this is a very good hotel. Location is great, plenty of food places and supermarkets around the corner and Wanda mall is a 15 min walk away. Thanks Ni Hao we will stay with you again!

這次入住體驗超出預期。客房衞生做得很細緻，衞生間、桌面都收拾得乾乾淨淨。房間採光通風好，隔音效果在線，休息質量很好。工作人員響應及時，有問題處理迅速。洗漱用品、網絡等配套都齊全，停車也方便。無論是短途出差還是旅遊落腳都很合適，值得推薦，下次到本地優先選這家。

硬件沒問題，連鎖新酒店，位置還可以，樓層比較高，周邊安靜，停車方便。 軟飲:兩瓶飲料加兩瓶礦泉水 歡迎水果:比較新鮮，還可以 服務：新酒店，前台服務一般，相對冷漠；餐廳服務點贊，進門問好，會提醒菜品準備好了。 插曲：入住行政湖景大床房，應該算酒店裡的高級房型了，正對電梯廳，設定太不合理。致電前台，告知衹有這個位置（還有一間上層的同等位置）了，下午兩點多辦理入住，已經住滿了，我不太願意相信，希望不是怕換房麻煩而故意敷衍我，至少説明對攜程上我的要求是沒看的。晚上人來來往往吵就不説了，都睡著了還被其他客人連續按錯門鈴吵醒。總之，中評吧，和同等級的美豪麗致，桔子水晶和希爾頓歡朋等酒店還有差距，希望改進相關服務，不要浪費了這麼好的硬件吧

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the mall and other amenities. There are several restaurants on the highstreet where the hotel is located and a small mini mart right next door. All the vendors in the area were extremely welcoming, and the hotel staff were professional and available to assist us whenever we called. I will definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to others. PS: I will recommend this local restaurant run by a lovely lady.

Big value for what you pay, If for business trip in the area It's a good option. Reasonably fresh and clean rooms, Breakfast, typical Chinese breakfast, Fried noodles, eggs, some meat buns and veggies, No coffee or tea tough! Only minus is that staff do not speak a single word of English, but at this countryside location it is expected :). Next time I will choose same hotel again when I'm in the area for business again. It’s a great place , fresh air and the workers are friendly. Their breakfast is amazing and the hot the hot spring is great. It has a variety of medicinal springs and warm swimming pools . If you would like to feed fish you can request the front desk to for fish food to feed the fish. It a little far away from the train station so if you can use taxi or private car.
