缺點：1.隔音較差，關門關窗狀態下，窗外、走廊和隔壁房間的聲音都很清晰；2.房型較小，所有商務大床房房型均無牀頭櫃及床頭插座，充電較為不便；3.屋內燈暗淡，夜晚全燈開啟也較為昏黃；4.窗外正對居民樓，白天若沒有着裝整齊則不方便打開窗簾；5.衞生間門口有一條隔離小台階，進出需要小心別被絆倒或踢腳。
優點：1.採光很好，窗外有小區內綠化，環境還算優美，空氣清新；2.衞生條件不錯，乾淨整潔，麻雀雖小五臟俱全；3.服務態度周到，房型小問題前台有提前告知且詢問是否要提前看房間；4.位置條件優越，緊挨着家庭號商廈，購物十分便利，走路前往即可。
