"I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough."

"最不滿意的就是房間，漏雨嚴重，非常嚴重，當既來酒店的服務特別好，房間漏雨後，及時鋪地墊，擦屋裡地上的雨水，借雨傘，很熱情，彌補了房間漏雨的不足，比檀湯酒店的服務強，強太多了，從前台入住，檀湯酒店前台小代就一直耷拉個臉，辦完手續把房卡給我後，就看着我們拖着行李箱拉着孩子上樓了。既來酒店辦入住的時候，前台都是非常熱情 微笑，還幫忙拿東西，送到房間，既然不同，好像是北京山谷的兩個酒店不是一家管理一樣，既來酒店辦理入住前台處有個深夜食堂，我帶孩子們去體驗的時候，煮方便麪的機器，不太會操作，前台叫於勇的小夥子，很熱情 教我們怎麼使用機器，並幫忙添加麪裏的輔材，很好。而且退房的時候，既來酒店還有伴手禮，不用很貴重，心意，比檀湯酒店強太多了！"

"房間整潔乾淨！訂購的豪華大床挨着馬路，服務人員得知我睡眠不好，及時調整了一個安靜的大床房，還沒有補差價！睡了一宿好覺！真心的感謝工作人員的貼心服務！早餐也很豐盛！下次有機會來，這家酒店首選！值得推薦！"

"説點感受，不是太滿意。地點是在主路邊，半夜有很多大車瘋狂通行，噪音像被不斷反射加大。對於敏感的人不算友好，我是累了，還可以接受。可能選不臨街的好一些。酒店也想了雙層玻璃的辦法，但效果一般。 早餐是沒想到，連鎖酒店是純中式，很平淡。不如那些千篇一律的老幾樣，搭配很不好，雞蛋有煮的，沒有煎的，粥兩種，確實算有。麪條是現煮的白麪條，配料衹有鹽🧂，醋之類的。麪包，想什麼了。 設施還可以，床品，潔具還可以的。細節差一些，窗户關不嚴，手盆東西取放彆扭，會淋濕枱麪物品。屋子很熱，臨街不能開窗，空調是衹有風管機轉沒涼風，5月興隆外面不熱，屋子裡30度！ 主要還是性價比，估計也是五一漲價。"

"非常用心運營的一家民宿，有運營有設計，管理水平和入住體驗應該斷層領先於周邊的其他所有。 環境太好了有山有水，深度玩一個週末沒問題。 太空屋空間非常大，配套設施也很全，空靈鼓太讓人驚喜了，小盆友都玩入迷了。 床品的面料很絲滑，床墊軟硬度也很合適，睡着很舒服。 衣架給得很充足。泡澡缸也滿分好評！ 早餐中西都有，熱菜和粥都味道很好，除了沒有明檔和麪包差點意思，基本夠到四星酒店的水平了。 還有貓咪，樂隊演出，以及各種親子活動雖然沒參加但真是親子友好，都是大大加分項。 幾點小建議：房間洗手枱增加個紙巾盒或者擦手巾。入住禮可以放一些好點的餅乾和蒸汽眼罩之類的。中餐定價低一點就好了。 有機會會再來二刷的！"

"入住體驗非常好，前台服務熱情貼心，主動幫忙免費升級房型。客房裝修現代時尚，佈局舒服衞生也做的很乾凈，軟裝簡約大氣住着舒心，窗外就能看到山，屋裡燈光很襯景，顯得格外温馨。早餐品類豐富搭配均衡，營養健康，現煮打滷麪很好吃，口味一絕。全員服務周到細緻，性價比超高，出行住宿首選，強烈推薦，在興隆這家酒店排第一實至名歸！"

"住的相當滿意了。 衞生：很乾凈，床上用品都是白色的，床上用品沒有任何異味。畢竟是大牌子連鎖了，還是有些保障的。 設施：最要爆誇的是這個，除了一般酒店的設施之外，他最牛的是有藍牙音箱，而且有兩個（卧室頂上一個，廁所頂上一個這樣可以在洗澡的時候就能很立體的聽到音樂了）聲音非常立體。 服務：爆贊前台小姐姐（貌似姓孫）服務熱情貼心，從入住到需要水換拖鞋等服務非常快。 總結一波就是：非常有性價比的酒店了，處處有着驚喜"

"依山傍水，環境很美，遠離城市喧囂的一個週末。住的帳篷房，晚上聽着河水、蟲鳴，這種感覺很讓人放鬆。老闆是位有品味的人，自己花錢修路、收拾打理的唯美，很多細節感覺老闆真是把這裏當成自己的一番事業。園裡種了很多漂亮的花花草草，還有栗子樹、山楂樹、核桃樹，秋天可以採摘，這會衹能欣賞，還種着玉米、蔬菜。咖啡館味道很好，比城裡的好喝多了。老闆很細心，大半夜怕找不到路，親自開車出來引路。聽説老闆當過導演，還會做飯，親自下廚給我們燒烤，還做了味道很好的重慶小麪，超讚👍🏻這裏還在不斷修繕，正在對兩套平房進行改造，冬天也可以住人了。期待下次光臨"

"性價比挺好的民宿，同等價位的民宿裏，這家的衞生和設施都很不錯，大廳裏、房間裏都挺乾淨的，雖然離山近，但是沒有蚊蟲，空調熱水器也都比較新。 關鍵是飯菜真的很好吃，豆腐是我吃過最好吃的豆腐，推薦可以嘗試一下。別的菜也都好吃。"

Our hosts were really kind and we had the pleasure of eating the very good and traditional food they made themselves in the restaurant a few houses up the street.
