One of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to 石妍艳 and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

I love this hotel with great appreciation. The mansion we stayed was well maintained and looked after. It has a in-house hot spring with a dedicated pool. Th sitting room is large and comfortable. There is a separate yoga room. Nice touch! The best of experience is from its well trained staff. We felt very welcoming all the time. I have already planned to come back and stay at Slender West Lake Spring Hotel Yangzhou in the coming winter.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.

酒店總體來説很不錯的，衞生乾淨，被褥也很舒服，入店有歡迎水果，退房時也有禮品贈送，早餐種類很多口味也不錯，米線很喜歡，酒店服務人員都很熱情，看我拿着大行李，打車時保安都主動幫忙拿，必須點贊👍晚餐在酒店吃的也不錯，到瘦西湖、個園打車10分鐘左右，很方便，大運河博物館很不錯值得一去，整個揚州之行給人感覺很舒服休閑雅緻

I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. I want to make a very special remark on the outstanding customer care service delivered by Miss.Nancy ( the front desk manager). Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far. We will have to go back Yangzhou in the future again and from now on this hotel is going to be our first choice for sure.

This hotel's close proximity to the railway station made it an ideal choice for us, as we wanted a convenient and comfortable stay. Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman who kindly offered to assist us with our luggage. This small gesture set the tone for the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff members at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. To our delight, our two children were surprised with adorable teddy bears as welcome gifts. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that instantly made them feel special. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle. Speaking of the room, it was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel had already prepared a cot for our daughter, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable place to rest. The room was equipped with a variety of drinks and plenty of water, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones. Throughout our time at the Ramada Encore, what stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff members. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made a positive impact on our experience. PPengguna TetamuThe Blossom House is clean, stylishly furnished throughout, and very well run, by efficient staff who offered a genuinely caring service which made us feel at home. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a large, up market compound with many eateries, pubs and even a Starbucks that opens till 10pm, and is situated by the Slender Lake which is picturesque beyond words. In early summer the air was always so fresh and we could hear the birds sing on the balcony in the morning. The hotel also has a well equipped 24-hour self-service laundry room which is especially convenient to us. Special thanks to Emma and her team who have looked after us very well, always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Yangzhou is a beautiful historic city which is relatively unspoiled. It is very rich in culture and the locals are nice and friendly. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. We shall return to this wonderful city and hotel!

PPengguna Tetamu攜程上收藏了好幾年，一直糾結是開車還是高鐵，新年第一天終於決定還是高鐵前往，這樣可以輕鬆一些。中午到達揚州東站去了冶春1912吃了午茶前往度假村，前台幾位美女都非常熱情，聽説我喜歡釣魚還幫忙免費升級了私湯露台單卧別墅，説這樣在房間裏就能釣魚。天氣雖然不錯，但是晝夜温差比較大，上了兩條皮毛不錯的鯽魚，養在水桶裏，沒成想去吃了個午飯回來竟然被貓星人順走了🙈 露台私湯很好水很熱，泡好後身上很滑爽，唯一的三餐定點餐廳不錯，廚師手藝很好，味道不錯兩天的晚餐都在酒店裡享用，餐廳的服務員也都非常熱情周到很客氣。酒店套餐裏還送了許多項目，家人做了手工的艾草鎚子，咖啡館的美女還邀請一起做餅乾，非常開心。三天兩晚的休閑度假過了太快，給酒店所有遇到和給予服務的工作人員點個贊！

JJuntian酒店十分寬敞大氣，房間也大，2米的大床房尤其適合帶小朋友同住，餐廳的套餐味道很好，尤其是紅燒麻鴨凸顯高郵特色，鴨子酥嫩適合小朋友和老年朋友，餐廳經理服務高效態度熱情，酒店對面的清水潭國家濕地公園入園門口，開車過去大約一公里，公園很大，遊玩時間要放寬鬆一點才夠。

DDeirstarIt was nicely decorated and it was quiet most of the time. The place is difficult to find, right at the back of the old town in the residential area so lots of wandering about in little alleys. No one came when I called or answered the phone. Fortunately some girls came out as I was about to walk away and knew how to access the manager. Wifi was terrible and the room felt cold and damp with paint peeling on one wall. After rain the bathroom and then the room smelt terrible. Don’t expect slippers or tissues. It didn’t help that I was charged as much as a good hotel because it was 1 days before a public holiday. Last time I was there I paid about half that for a lovely hotel.
