"Here in this very pretty and clean room for one night! It would be nice to stay here for another night but there was nothing nice around except 黄果树 scenic area. There was pick-up service using the home stay's car to and fro the scenic area. The driver was very flexible about it. He was also a nice person to chat with! The homestay also had their own restaurant at level 1. Food was quite good. I got takeaway so I could enjoy my dinner while watching drama. Room facilities and toilet were good. Breakfast was provided too. Those going to the scenic area, I will recommend you to stay here! The driver and workers were very nice."

"The hotel felt very new and well maintained. The room was equipped with both USB ports and Hong Kong–style power outlets. The heater worked extremely well, and we stayed comfortably warm at night even in winter. I didn’t notice any cigarette smell during our stay. The hotel also provided free shuttle rides to and from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area before 5 p.m. The breakfast was better than at the other hotels we stayed at. The staff gave clear directions to nearby scenic spots, and the hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices. Overall we very much enjoyed our stays at the hotel."

"One of the best hotels that I've stayed in so far during my trip. Although I booked a tatami bed room, the owner upgraded my mom to a better room with twin beds at no charge for her comfort. The room included breakfast and they are well presented. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is aethestically decorated too. Highly recommended."

"We were originally choosing between this hotel and another hotel just around the corner. Upon arrival we checked the other hotel first but we didn't like it at all. So we walked to this hotel which was on a totally different level in all aspects. We were impressed by the new and stylish interior and, most importantly, we were greeted in the most hospitable way and offered a big room of a higher category than the basic room that we actually booked. The bellman walked with us to the first hotel and helped us bring our mutilple suitcases to their hotel. There were few guests in the hotel so we had a very relaxing stay in our comfortable room. The front desk staff also helped arrange a car to the train station at a much lower price than we had paid when we arrived from the station on our check-in day. We highly recommend this hotel when you visit Huangguoshu Waterfalls. The hotel provides a complimentary transfer to the entrance of the scenic area where you can actually walk on foot as it's only 5 minutes on foot from the hotel."

"Superb hotel! I’ve travelled extensively throughout China and across Asia, and the customer service here is genuinely exceptional. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A special mention goes to the two kind women at the front desk who worked tirelessly to help me secure a last-minute Huangguoshu night tour. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out and made my trip even more memorable. This is the definition of going above and beyond. I also really appreciated the atmosphere in the hotel lobby, and the women dressed in traditional Miao attire added a beautiful cultural touch that made the experience feel even more special. My room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The bedding was excellent, but the pillows deserve their own paragraph. Honestly, the pillows were fantastic. The hotel even has an entire pillow selection display in the lobby where guests can choose the type they prefer. It’s such a thoughtful detail, and something you rarely find, even in most 5-star hotels. The air conditioning was quiet yet powerful, cooling the room perfectly to my preferred temperature. The bathroom featured a high-end Toto smart toilet, strong water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Best of all, the rooms were impressively quiet, allowing for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The location is excellent as well. Surrounded by plenty of food options and only a couple of minutes by Didi from the Huangguoshu ticketing office. The value for money here is incredible. Having travelled extensively across Asia, I can confidently say this is one of those rare finds where the quality far exceeds the price. I would absolutely stay here again."

"This is a wonderful hotel. Good location. Next to the ticket office. From the window you can see the place of boarding on the bus, which follows to the waterfall. At the reception, the wonderful staff, not even understanding English, they were able to solve all the difficulties. The girls called a colleague who helped with the translation. "The most beautiful Homestay I have been to in all of China. The staff were so kind and helpful, assisting us with free transport to the scenic area, free laundry, and we're so attentive. The breakfast was great with good variety. They even gave us a free upgrade upon arrival and our room was stunning for a low cost. It is a bit of a walk to restaurants but that didn't bother us at all as it was a perfect quiet retreat. We wished we could have stayed longer, highly reccomend, thank you so much!!! 🩷"
