"Great hotel! A little too fancy for me, but I know that most people like that"

"Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! Is super convenient -Fruits complementary at the lobby: fresh from the farm peach , lychee, Chinese red bayberry (Myrica rubra, also called yangmei (simplified Chinese: 杨梅) -Transport: complementary transfer to and from hotel to Huangguoshu entrance, any timing"

"The hotel felt very new and well maintained. The room was equipped with both USB ports and Hong Kong–style power outlets. The heater worked extremely well, and we stayed comfortably warm at night even in winter. I didn’t notice any cigarette smell during our stay. The hotel also provided free shuttle rides to and from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area before 5 p.m. The breakfast was better than at the other hotels we stayed at. The staff gave clear directions to nearby scenic spots, and the hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices. Overall we very much enjoyed our stays at the hotel."

"We were originally choosing between this hotel and another hotel just around the corner. Upon arrival we checked the other hotel first but we didn't like it at all. So we walked to this hotel which was on a totally different level in all aspects. We were impressed by the new and stylish interior and, most importantly, we were greeted in the most hospitable way and offered a big room of a higher category than the basic room that we actually booked. The bellman walked with us to the first hotel and helped us bring our mutilple suitcases to their hotel. There were few guests in the hotel so we had a very relaxing stay in our comfortable room. The front desk staff also helped arrange a car to the train station at a much lower price than we had paid when we arrived from the station on our check-in day. We highly recommend this hotel when you visit Huangguoshu Waterfalls. The hotel provides a complimentary transfer to the entrance of the scenic area where you can actually walk on foot as it's only 5 minutes on foot from the hotel."

"Superb hotel! I’ve travelled extensively throughout China and across Asia, and the customer service here is genuinely exceptional. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A special mention goes to the two kind women at the front desk who worked tirelessly to help me secure a last-minute Huangguoshu night tour. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out and made my trip even more memorable. This is the definition of going above and beyond. I also really appreciated the atmosphere in the hotel lobby, and the women dressed in traditional Miao attire added a beautiful cultural touch that made the experience feel even more special. My room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The bedding was excellent, but the pillows deserve their own paragraph. Honestly, the pillows were fantastic. The hotel even has an entire pillow selection display in the lobby where guests can choose the type they prefer. It’s such a thoughtful detail, and something you rarely find, even in most 5-star hotels. The air conditioning was quiet yet powerful, cooling the room perfectly to my preferred temperature. The bathroom featured a high-end Toto smart toilet, strong water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Best of all, the rooms were impressively quiet, allowing for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The location is excellent as well. Surrounded by plenty of food options and only a couple of minutes by Didi from the Huangguoshu ticketing office. The value for money here is incredible. Having travelled extensively across Asia, I can confidently say this is one of those rare finds where the quality far exceeds the price. I would absolutely stay here again."

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty."

"1，環境不錯，前台服務很好，房間WiFi信號好，有智能音箱，電視可以投屏 2，一早七點多被吵醒，兩個小孩在走廊裏大喊大叫，嬉戲打鬧，頻繁摔門，一直“”小度小度，打開窗簾，關閉窗簾，打開空調，關閉空調…”，出去溝通，發現是保潔在打掃衞生，但保潔沒有管小孩 3，三位保潔阿姨七點多開始打掃房間，一直大聲聊天談笑，非常肆無忌憚，根本沒辦法入睡 4 ，早飯單調，8點20就沒有粥和雞蛋了，負責廚房的阿姨不提供熱水及任何可以喝的東西 5，衞生間略有黴味"

"The 民俗 was very new and clean. Beautifully decorated. Rooms were spacious and cosy. Breakfast noodles was yummy too. Highly recommended!"
