"This trip was with my family to Zigong, and our stay at the Howard Johnson Zigong Hotel was excellent š. It's a five-minute walk from the high-speed rail station and not far from the city center by taxi. It's definitely a resort hotel. The hotel boasts a beautifully designed garden, and all the necessary facilities are readily available. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful, and we received a complimentary afternoon tea voucher and a simple late-night snack. We even got a free room upgrade on our last day! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zigong.

Environment: Not noisy; overall quiet and pleasant.
Service: The staff were very patient and provided excellent service.
Breakfast was also delicious! There were even free ice creams at the front desk!

"It is about 20 minutes away from Zigong Lantern Festival and Fangte Paradise, not too far. It is about 3 kilometers away from the busiest Chinese commercial center. There are a lot of food and all kinds of rabbits. Parking is free. The hotel room is relatively large and the facilities are quite new. The air conditioner is central air conditioner, but it can adjust the temperature and the heating temperature is suitable. When I checked in, I was greeted by Ms. Xiao Liao. The service was very enthusiastic. If there were any problems, the feedback was very timely. There was no room during breakfast time, so the staff guided us to the large dining room inside. It feels better to choose this place to see the lanterns than near the park, and it is convenient to eat."

"This hotel is the best choice for visiting the Lantern Festival during Chinese New Year. It's a 15-minute walk to the venue, and there's a home-style restaurant and a bubble tea shop downstairs. Getting to the high-speed rail station by ride-sharing app takes less than 15 minutes. While prices are generally high during Chinese New Year, the service here was exceptionally warm and friendly. They offered complimentary snacks in the room, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the flavorful noodles with chili. The only downside is that the platform in the room is a bit easy to trip on. Oh, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out ā Zigong salt, a lantern, and a small horse pendant!"

Particularly during check-in, a receptionist surnamed Gu, whose professional attitude and warm smile significantly enhanced my first impression of the hotel. "It was a bit of a test to bring a baby to check in. When I first arrived today, I was in a bad mood by the attitude of a front desk. I was tired when I brought a baby. I really collapsed at that time! Later, I met Jiao Xuan and Xuan Shi, the two fairy ladies, who saw that my face was not good, took the initiative to comfort me and the baby, and also specially took a small gift to coax the child. This kind of professional and human service makes people feel particularly at ease. I felt cured in an instant. I had to add chicken legs to these two young ladies. The service really didnāt have to be picked."

There are many things to eat and play. The hotel is clean and sanitary. The service of the lady at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. There is also breakfast, which is not bad. It is not far from the Lantern World. There is a bus stop downstairs, which is very convenient for travel. The room is fully equipped and very satisfactory. I brought my children here. The front desk also gave them disposable slippers and disposable toothbrushes for children."

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are OK. They are all relatively new. The toilet is also separated from the shower room. The bed is quite soft. There are two kinds of pillows, one soft and one latex. The air conditioning is also quite powerful.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are OK. There is no abnormality after sleeping. I didnāt pay special attention to the details.
Service: The service is quite good. The front desk is quite enthusiastic. There are children who gave small gifts. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby.

GGuest UserGreat little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.Ā
The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river.

DDeirstarA very comfortable hotel and a helpful and friendly staff. The free breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. There are blackout curtains and you can easily turn off all the little lights that hotel rooms always have. Bus G3 goes from the high speed train station to the hotel and bus 65 goes from the same bus stop to Shenhai Well and the Dinosaur museum. The lovely botanic gardens are only a bus ride away and you can walk through a tunnel and across the bridge to the older part of the city and the Salt museum, or you could just get a bus. The hotel is on a busy road but the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

When we checked in, they proactively asked if we had any room preferences, and seeing we had a lot of luggage, they even escorted us to our room door ā so thoughtful! As soon as you enter the room, you're greeted by a pleasant scent; it's not overpowering at all. I also really liked the layout. The restaurant on the second floor where they serve late-night snacks is also beautiful. I'll definitely try the hotel's buffet next time I have the chance.

The room was warm and comfortable, the bed was very soft and comfortable, I slept until dawn, the quality of toiletries was online, and I was very relieved to use. GGuest UserIn short, extremely satisfied. We spent the whole day at Fantawild Adventure, and it was only a few minutes' walk to the hotel at 8 pm ā the huge parking lot in front was very convenient. Check-in was smooth, but when we got to the room, we thought we'd gone to the wrong one, since we'd booked a twin room for younger children. It was such a large family room! The staff must have upgraded us; and if they upgraded, they made it so luxurious. The room type is exactly as pictured and described, and the kids loved it. The breakfast the next day was also plentiful, and the kids didn't want to leave until after 11 am before we had to check out! A wonderful trip! The family-friendly hotel made for a perfect ending.

From booking to leaving the store, communication is smooth and responsive, and this feeling of being valued is really good.
The smile and efficient service of the staff made this stay not only a shelter, but also a warm encounter. Especially the room service butler Zhang Yuting. He opened the turndown for us in advance. He also sent fruit and snacks intimately. The price is very high, far exceeding expectations!
