"Being a 4 star hotel, I would have expected someone to escort us to the room at least. It was a bit difficult to navigate to look for our rooms at the end of a tiring day after visiting legoland and we had a hungry toddler in tow. In addition, the breakfast buffet could be extended to be more inclusive. I would prefer a holiday inn breakfast over this. Being 4 star, I'd expect better. I have experienced hotels within UK and internationally but this one is just similar to any decent holiday inn branch in UK. I have seen better 3 star hotels. Hence, I had higher expectations in terms of service and breakfast. Everything was oridinary and fine like any hotel. We had no time to check out any facility such as swimming pool so cannot comment on that."

"The hotel is nice and lovely. Location is decent and near parks. Service could be better, didn’t really feel the presence of the staff, very standard service - I only put 4 stars because of the person who offered to drive us around the property in the buggy, sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Hong Kong. Rooms were nice and clean, the spa amenities were also nice and there’s an indoor pool that kids can use on specific times. The kids activities were also nice? They had something prepared everyday and the petting farm was my daughters favorite as you can pet and brush and feed horses, donkeys, ducks, goats, rabbits etc."

"Great stay at very strategic location right in front Windsor castle. But the stay unfortunately don’t have aircond as advertised. We went there during summer together with our 7 months old baby. Caused an unpleasant experience. Apart from that the unit was clean and tidy."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel – it was conveniently close to Windsor town centre, making it easy to explore the area. The sofa bed was perfect for our two young kids, spacious and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again!"

"Its a great hotel. Feels upmarket. The staff are very helpful too. Its a shame the sauna and pool closed down a few years ago."

"Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order. Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this"

"Great sized room, well located and perfect for what we needed. Decor is good. No shared amenities and no onsite reception."

"Absolutely fab location bang in the middle of everything of interest at Windsor Castle area"
