"Saya tidak mempunyai apa-apa untuk dikatakan tentang lokasi, perkhidmatan dan persekitaran, mereka hebat. Walau bagaimanapun, peralatannya sudah lama, dan suite keluarga tidak berada di pantai. Anda perlu meninggalkan lobi dan menyeberang jalan ke seberang anda perlu menyeberang jalan setiap hari untuk makan, pergi ke pantai, dan pergi ke kolam renang, dan berjalan ke sana ke mari Ia sangat menyusahkan. Makan berdekatan pun menyusahkan Melainkan kalau makan di hotel, kena order bawa pulang atau naik teksi ke Senggigi."

"What an amazing hotel! The room was fabulous, bed comfortable, gorgeous views. The staff were so friendly & helpful, the food was the best! Breakfast options huge & as a vegetarian was super impressed with the options available. Would most definitely recommend & would come back to Lombok just to stay at Katamaran!"

"* If I'd let everything pass smoothly in my review, I wouldn't let this resort pass the 5 stars claim because it's not 5 stars as they claim! The satff are the heroes there. Without them I'll give 1 star review to everything. It really sadness me not to leave 5 stars for this resorts. I have to be honest to all the people who follow my reviews here and other platforms. I visit 30 - 40 different locations around the world annually and review them honestly as a professional reviewer. - The start: We're couple, we arrive 2 hours eatly not to check in but to drop our 2 small bags there and come back later in the day to check in. The lady at the front told us they only have a room with 2 single beds! A very bad start, especially since I booked 1 queen bed for a couple (where'sthe common sense?). The lady later said the room will be available after 3pm (I said, I'm only here to leave my bags for a few hours and check in later). She gave a a room with 1 queen size bed. The room was absolutely atrocious. A big gap in the door, a few geckos left poo on the bed (as seen in the photos) and it's a very old room (level 2, siff stairs, not for anyone with back problem or any type of injuries) and you have to walk literally 7 minutes with rough ground that will break the wheels of your luggage. I went back to the front desk and explained the situation. They gave me another room (Bangalow). - The new room: The room was ok (definitely not 5 stars hotel/resort). The bangalow consists of two rooms adjacent to each other with a door in between can be unlocked from both sides for a family (can be one room and two rooms at the same time). I could here the neighbours conversation clearly including their toilet time! So, no privacy if it's your priority (luckily I had people next door only for one night). The bathroom/shower is outdated and needs renovation. No pressure in the shower and had fast drips instead of stream/spray. The toilet seat was hard stained glue or someone's shoes, and the outdoor shower is even worse with the moss growing on it (as all can be seen in the photos). Gym: No gym, no fitness room or any of that sort. They said they are planning to have one... then how did they get 5 stars ranking since they never had a gym on site? It's a requirement to have a gym to obtain 5 stars hotel ranking. Their 5 stars was received through a local body (we all know how things work here). Their 5 stars isn't your global 5 stars. - Breakfast/Dinner Breakfast is below average as in quality and presentation (not 5 stars). A 3 stars hotel must have 4 continental dishes. This resort/hotel had only 3. This would place it below even 3 stars. However, the staf there are absolutely amazing and super helpful. They are the best you can get anywhere. I pointed a few things to the breakfast manager and she handled everything like a champion. All staff are excellent except the reception (they are good but needs some training). - The hotel/resorts in general: Good, interesting, staff are amazing. I understand it's the first resort in the area, but it's outdated and aged badly. The walk from your room to lobby is 5 -12 minutes walk depending on where you are (I measured everything). The walk from your room to outside it took me 18 minutes (and I'm a fast walker and athlete). I don't mind the walk but try to walk in the rain and heat (it rains every day here). - The view: One of the best views you'll get around sunset. The resort has some breathtaking corners where you'd appreciate nature and culture. That itself deserves my credit. - Would I book here again? It's a tough one. Maybe I'll go eat there especially dinner but I don't think I'll sleep there. During my visit to Lombok so far I've tried 5 different resorts (real 4-5 stars) and for the price I've paid here isn't worth it. I hope this review helped you my fellow traveller, and i wish the hotel/resort get their things better to pay them another visit and give them a better rating."

"Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan setiap aspek penginapan saya, dari perkhidmatan hinggalah kemudahan. Bilik saya dilengkapi dengan kolam renang peribadi dan pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan, yang merupakan kemuncak mutlak. Bangun dengan bunyi ombak dan menikmati berenang di kolam renang saya sendiri sambil menghadap lautan terasa seperti kemewahan tulen. Bilik itu sendiri direka bentuk dengan indah, luas, dan sangat bersih. Suasana hotel ini damai dan santai, sesuai untuk percutian. Saya juga menghargai betapa terjaganya keseluruhan hotel, dan bagaimana semuanya diatur dengan teliti untuk memastikan tetamu mendapat penginapan yang selesa dan tidak dapat dilupakan."

"This is an old Balinese-style hotel with a bungalow system. The service is friendly, and the hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable and quiet. The location is in a quiet area of Senggigi. You have to rent a motorbike to get around. Breakfast is standard with not many choices. What I like is the fairly spacious room, bathroom with an old-fashioned bathtub. It's still comfortable and pleasant."

Kami biasanya bertegur sapa apabila bertemu Pada hari terakhir, kami bertolak pada pukul tiga pagi dan sarapan pagi yang dibungkus sudah disediakan untuk kami. Hotel ini mempunyai pemandangan laut yang luas dan bertentangan dengan Gunung Agung Apabila cuaca mendung, matahari terbenam dan matahari terbenam sangat indah. Restoran kali ini mempunyai pilihan yang kaya, berkualiti tinggi, dan sudah tentu harganya agak tinggi. Terdapat acara bufet bertema dari semasa ke semasa, dan tarian dan interaksi Sasak tempatan pada hari Isnin membuatkan keluarga berpuas hati dan gembira. Kawasan pantai di mana hotel ini terletak adalah kecil dan hanya untuk hiburan kecil. Ia tidak sesuai jika anda memerlukan pantai yang besar dan rata. Pendek kata, saya fikir ia adalah pilihan yang baik di Lombok."

"We had a lovely stay at Aruna Senggigi. The hotel staff were amazing, especially Rijal, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We did have a small issue with cleanliness, but Rijal immediately made sure it was rectified, and the rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the team for the wonderful hospitality!"

"Kami mempunyai penginapan yang mengagumkan di Sudamala. Ia adalah hotel 5 bintang tetapi layanannya adalah yang terbaik seperti hotel 6 bintang (Putu, Suhaimi, Dadi). Mereka benar-benar menjadikan penginapan kami sangat istimewa. Makanannya sedap terutamanya Ayam Taliwang. It is the best ayam taliwang in lombok by Chef Juandi. Dia juga menyambut kami semasa sarapan pagi dan makan tengah hari yang diatur khas. Bilik itu luas, katilnya sangat selesa. Kami menginap di Narmada 220 pemandangan matahari terbenam, oleh itu pemandangan lautan adalah hebat. Kami mempunyai penerbangan lewat petang, dan mereka menawarkan kami daftar keluar lewat pada pukul 3."

"Hotel ini benar-benar cukup bagus dan nilai yang sangat baik. Bilik bersih dan kemas setiap hari. Katilnya bagus dan linen seperti baru. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan membantu dan sentiasa menyambut anda dengan senyuman dan helo. Makanan sedap. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak pilihan dan disajikan dengan baik. Makan tengah hari di tepi kolam juga sangat bagus. Kolam renang sangat baik seperti pantai di hadapan hotel dengan akses terus. Tetapi gunakan googles jika anda bercadang untuk menghabiskan banyak masa di bawah air di dalam kolam kerana klorin hadir. Pilihan tempat makan tempatan yang bagus di pantai 400 m Selatan hotel yang merupakan tempat yang indah untuk menikmati matahari terbenam. Hanya gunakan telefon anda untuk menterjemah menu dan fahami bahawa ia bebas alkohol. Tetapi anda boleh dengan mudah memberi makan kepada empat keluarga dengan harga 250K idr dengan pencuci mulut dan minuman. Minuman di bar kolam hotel agak kuat kira-kira separuh daripada harga Australia nilai yang sangat baik. Kebanyakan pelanggan Indonesia tetapi semua orang sangat ramah. Kami melihat agak ramai tetamu Eropah tetapi kami adalah satu-satunya warga Australia. Lombok pastinya belum ditakluki lagi dan jauh lebih cepat untuk dilalui berbanding Bali. Mungkin satu-satunya kebimbangan saya ialah Senggigi sebagai lokasi belum benar-benar pulih daripada penutupan Covid. Tempat yang bagus untuk bertapak di Kepulauan Gili, taman hidupan liar, berakit Air Putih dan Air Terjun di utara Gunung Berapi utama. Tetapi Tidak banyak yang perlu dilakukan di Senggigi sendiri."
