"Hotel very near with all kinds of restaurants,Cafe,convenience store. Near to manado town square and megamas mall as well. View to sea. Just walk 15 minutes to catedral church. If you like all kinds of pork foods, visit klapa 17 restaurant or boke restaurant. Pork satay, pork ribs very good. Very recomended to stay."

"Decided to book NDC because of the children’s pool. It’s really nice and popular in the late afternoon. The rooms are big but old (expected) but the sewage smell was way too strong. The hotel staff was really really helpful and efficient. We needed to check out at 5am and they helped to shift our luggage back to the lobby and when we reach there the taxi they booked for us has also arrived. Much appreciated."

The grounds aren't kept with the pristine attention one might expect from a hotel of its reputation. A major letdown is the swimming pool. The water, instead of being crystal clear, is murky, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This aspect certainly detracts from the overall experience, especially for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim. On a brighter note, the rooms themselves are satisfactory. The air conditioning works efficiently, which is a relief in the tropical climate of Manado. It's a basic comfort, but in this case, it's done right. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige."

"Luwansa is a good option if you want a clean and comfortable stay in Manado. The location is easy to access and close to main areas. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked well. Staff were polite and quick to assist. Breakfast had a fair selection and tasted good. The pool area was clean and relaxing. A few small details could be improved, but overall, it’s a solid mid-range hotel with good value."
