Hotel dengan Wifi di Asahikawa

"I wanted to book a hotel near to the JR station and i need to leave at 6am the next day. While i was going to book my favourite JR Inn, i came across Koko. The price was really good, and they hv non smoking room. I came back from Rumoi, went to the hotel happily. When i checked in, they gave me a room in 11th floor. When i got into the room, there was a very strong cigarette smoky smell. I called the reception and a gentleman came up and he admitted there was a strong smoky smell in my room. He told me the smoking floor is n the 7th floor and he offered me a 6th floor room to change to. We went together and three room reeks even more than 11th floor! I tried looking for another hotel nearby but i guys it was too last minute. I didn't sleep well whole night and needed my inhaler. My 1st night in Japan where i encountered cigarette smoke smell in a non smoking room! This is the 4th time in in asahikawa, i stayed at dormy inn, Route in, Amanek and JR inn... koko is the worst!"

"Hotel's about 10 minutes walk by the track on pedestrian walkway from the station. There's a 7-11 across. Quiet area. Great Onsen with jacuzzi and ishiburo (stone tub) as well as the usual hot and cold pools with sauna. There's no water in the room but they give each guest a coin for their own drinks at the Onsen. Every evening til 9pm, there's free sampling of sakes. Last night, there were five bottles and cos there are no staff, you can sample them unlimited! I think I had about 300ml total. There's free soup but I'd skip them."

"Large twin bedroom. Clean towel set they hangs on the door knob everyday. Housekeeping is every 3 days during our stay for 1 week. Location is great. Walking distance to Aeon Mall, Asahikawa station and konbini. Near to bus stop no22 and no11 to go to kamui ski resort. Cheapest parking located behind this hotel. Maximum parking fee is yen600. There’s self check in and self check out machine at the front desk. Great wifi speed."

"We stayed for 4 nights during July and it was a great experience. Paid parking JPY payable upon check in, parking is Aeon Parking and best to drive straight till you park under the bridge. That is the best/closest entry to the hotel. Aeon is right there and hotel lift will get you there without stepping outdoors, great for snowy/rainy weather. You need to get a new parking ticket (QR code) from the front desk everyday to get out, and use it at the payment machine. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the water pressure is good. The toilet has lots of functions and auto flush for you. They had a public bath and special mention to the outdoor bath, it stayed nice and hot. Overall a really great hotel, cannot beat the location, and interconnected to a shopping centre and JR train station."

"Shower had hairs left on the wall and conditioner bottle by previous occupiers when I first checked in. Curtains were a dusty which caused my partner's sinus to flare up. Did not provide much amenities, unlike other hotels in Japan that provide skincare for our stay. No bottled water provided and when asked, counter staffs directed us to the vending machine on level 17 where they charge a small bottle of water for 150 yen. Ended up having to head to 7 11 opposite the hotel to buy water ourselves. Washer and dryer were a nightmare - washer said that detergent would be automatically added but there was no fragrance. Dryer took me a total of 3 hours to dry my clothes and the dryer felt warm (not hot), and the laundry costed me more than 1000 yen in total and a lot of energy. One of the dryer had a sour smell too. Very limited number of washers and dryers and other customers would leave their clothes in there even though the washing/drying was done, resulting in a long queue forming out of the room. Even though staff saw the long queue, she just breeze past until we had to repeatedly ask her to clear the clothes. Some initiative would be nice. Bed was uncomfortable, as the bed will sink after lying on it for awhile, resulting in us arching our backs and causing bodyaches that woke us up multiple times at night from the pain. Only saving grace is the location of the hotel. It is directly connected to a duty free drug store and located a stone throw away from a 7 11."

"A good hotel to stay in Asahikawa From Jr station get out thru East Exit, Y's hotel is on your right. The lobby on the third floor gives a welcoming ambience. The stuff is very helpful. The bed is comfortable. Onsen is on the 12th floor. You can wear the pajamas in the room and the slippers to go to Onsen. Breakfast is recommended. It's got everything you need for breakfast. The atmosphere of the dining hall is very nice. and the staff there are extremely friendly. A downside is that there are a few hairs in the bed and chair."

"Very professional hotel and the rooms have a cool layout. I love that the windows actually open so you can get fresh air. The mattresses are very firm (good for your back) but the pillows are kind of weird memory foam blocks, so that was a bit awkward. I put a shirt under one pillow to bring it up to normal height for my neck. They are too low otherwise but stacking two of them is way too much, I would suggest putting a mixture of fluffy normal pillows and these memory foam things. Otherwise the hotel is pretty great, relaxed atmosphere, right on the main street and very close to two different Lawson kombinis, and a Mister Donut is literally right next door and stays open late. So you're in a great spot. You can do anything at R Hotels. I felt really good energy and the staff were super professional and friendly. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"The hotel is not the closest to the JR station, but it is conveniently within walking distance. The room was adequate for one person and offered sufficient space for one piece of luggage. Breakfast is available from 6:30 to 9:00 AM, featuring a selection of both Japanese and Western food. Additionally, there is a convenience store situated nearby."

"We decided on visiting Asahikawa last minute and Art Hotel was the only one that truly fitted what we looked for, the pleasant surprise was how they upgraded our room probably because we did a last minute booking and they gave us the triple room instead so we ended up with a pleasant surprise of extra space to pack our luggage’s! The hotel is super clean and also a convenient stop point to visit outskirts as we stayed in Asahikawa but visited mountains, waterfalls & more! Parking is a little complicated, it is 2 buildings away and under times, not a big issue as u just need to cross the road to get to it, simply pay 1000 Yen a day, they will stamp your carpark ticket everytime you enter and exit. The only troublesome part would be the loading and unloading of luggage otherwise it wasn’t much of an issue for us. The city itself has nothing much but the hotel’s restaurant of western mix Chinese modern dining was really good! It is good enough to laze around the hotel & have your meals settled after a long trip. We would definitely be back for sure!"

"The service and amenities at Dormy Asahikawa is good. The only gripe i have is the location, over the 2 days in in Asahikawa, it was raining and because Dormy Asahikawa is not exactly near to the station (abt 10 to 15mins walk dependingon traffic lights) with a backpack, 28” luggage wheeling, heavier drizzle (rain) and no shelter after The station's stretch of walkway, i got to the hotel drenched. The comfort is the hot spring and the 930pm Ramen. The service from their staff is good. Dormy inn standard doesn't fail."
