"I had a wonderful experience at KKP Hotel. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
My room offered a fantastic view of the football stadium, which was a great bonus. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a particularly good shower that made each morning refreshing.
The room itself and the bed were among the best I've encountered - truly comfortable and well-appointed. If you're looking for quality accommodations with all the essentials done right, I highly recommend KKP Hotel. It's perfect for travellers who prioritise a great room and excellent service. "I have stayed at this Boutique hotel many times; however, in my recent stays, I noticed that the level of cleanliness has dropped. I could clearly see stain on the towels and bathrobes. I understand that after running for some time, things get weary. That said, wouldn’t it be better to change them if they get old or got stained that couldn’t be removed? I hope they maintain the cleanliness though."

"I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far in Cambodia. It’s located in a very central area, within walking distance to the main attractions.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools the room very well. There is a smart TV with internet access, and it runs smoothly without any issues.
The reception staff are professional and helpful. They clearly know what they’re doing and are always ready to assist. The hotel also provides motorcycle parking. At night, security takes the motorcycles inside and places them back outside in the morning, which I really appreciated from a safety perspective.
There is an elevator in the building, which is convenient. This is my second stay at this hotel, and they even recognized me upon check-in. Although check-in is officially at 2 PM, they kindly gave me my room at 12 PM.
Hot water is available with no problems. My room also had a balcony, which is great if you want to step outside and get some fresh air. Both the room itself and the bathroom are quite spacious.
The price is also very reasonable. Honestly, under these conditions, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in the Kampot area. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable, centrally located hotel without unpleasant surprises, I highly recommend staying here."

Pobyt w Old Cinema Hotel w Kampot był absolutnie wyjątkowy. To miejsce ma niesamowity klimat — połączenie historii dawnego kina z nowoczesnym komfortem tworzy atmosferę, jakiej nie spotkałem w żadnym innym hotelu. Pokoje są przestronne, pięknie urządzone i dopracowane w każdym detalu.
Obsługa zasługuje na ogromne wyróżnienie — uśmiechnięci, pomocni i zawsze gotowi doradzić, co zobaczyć w okolicy. Śniadania są świeże i naprawdę smaczne, a cały obiekt jest perfekcyjnie czysty i zadbany.
Lokalizacja również świetna: spokojnie, ale tylko kilka minut spacerem od centrum Kampot, restauracji i nocnego życia.
To hotel z duszą, w którym od razu czuć się jak w domu. Zdecydowanie polecam i na pewno tu wrócę!

KFY05CTDecided to splurge a little this time. Upon arrival, the check-in process was super smooth, he was already expecting our arrival. We were shown to our cool and prepared room. Very sweet of the hotel staff to make a welcome message from leaves and flowers and folded elephant towels ❤️
What I love most about this hotel is it's spacious bathroom and the shower came from the top, like water coming from the sky 🩵
Breakfast was decent, a good range of choices, though the ingredients used are not top and more on the saltier side. The juices are too sweet, the orange juice is something quite odd too. Nonetheless, it is complimentary, so it's a good start to the day.
Didn't use much facilities there except for refilling water, which is really nice too!
Check-out process is just as smooth too! If you have a little extra budget, treat yourselves a nice room, close to the city centre and approx 10 min walk to the promenade. Local markets are close by if there's where you'd like to go too!

I costed me $38 and I stayed here for a night. I came here as a solo traveler and booked a double room with balcony. There was a big pool on the first floor. The location of the hotel was decent, although the road to the hotel was pretty rocky and deserted, kind of in the middle of nowhere and I’m unsure of how safe it is during the night seeing as there’s not many lamp posts.
The room is great and spacious. The bathroom was spacious and the room was nicely decorated. You can watch YouTube on the TV but like most hotels the smart TV doesn’t really work properly so Netflix didn’t work. The amenities they offered were enough, they provided a refrigerator, hair dryer and all the other necessities that a standard hotel would provided.
Although the bathroom would flood due to how far the drain was from the shower head, you can just move the shower head closer to the drain so it would not flood the whole bathroom. Everything was clean. But there was a minor mosquito problem when I woke up in the morning. Bathroom door lock doesn’t really work properly, butyou just have to pull it a bit harder.
The service was great, the staff were helpful and communicative. I got an avocado toast and milk coffee for brunch at the restaurant, it was good.
I would come back here when I return to Kampot!

What else could you ask for? It’s small beautiful resort in the heart of Kompot. I’ve stayed in various hotels/bungalows/resorts in Kompot, but this one took my heart away. The most special thing is Trip discount is real. Walking price was much more expensive for my booking.

VikkiC19This hotel is okay. I found the location to be good and just a short walk to the main busy areas. The young lads who work there are lovely and always greet you when entering or leaving which is lovely. Where this place fell short for me was I had a leak in the bathroom. The water was dripping out onto the floor constantly. When I told them the bathroom floor was full of water they didn’t seem concerned or interested in fixing the solution even after looking at it - I had to ask for a room change, it was not offered. None until next day which was fine but I had to then ask for a bucket to try and prevent having to walk through water every time I needed to use the toilet. I got one and it filled it very quickly. I got moved to another room next day and had no fridge - they put one in there for me after me asking. I stayed for 4 nights and no one came to sweep my floor or provide a new bath towel/ toilet roll. Also I asked about laundry and told it be done by afternoon the next day. I left a bag of clothes. Went to collect the ‘evening’ of the next day and my bag was just left under the reception counter not done. Not sure why no-one didn’t ask each other why is this bag still here? It had been longer than 24h. I had to be up and on a bus out of Kampot the next morning :-( I have scored well because they change me to another room but I had to ask for it. That pipe need fixing - someone could slip and hurt themselves.

The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out.
That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.
