To miejsce ma niesamowity klimat — połączenie historii dawnego kina z nowoczesnym komfortem tworzy atmosferę, jakiej nie spotkałem w żadnym innym hotelu. Pokoje są przestronne, pięknie urządzone i dopracowane w każdym detalu. Obsługa zasługuje na ogromne wyróżnienie — uśmiechnięci, pomocni i zawsze gotowi doradzić, co zobaczyć w okolicy. Śniadania są świeże i naprawdę smaczne, a cały obiekt jest perfekcyjnie czysty i zadbany. Lokalizacja również świetna: spokojnie, ale tylko kilka minut spacerem od centrum Kampot, restauracji i nocnego życia. To hotel z duszą, w którym od razu czuć się jak w domu. Zdecydowanie polecam i na pewno tu wrócę!

The best place to stay in Kampot is this place. Nice location at the riverside with nice pool and food. 2.5 km from the city center but it’s easy to get a tuktuk through grab. If get chance so will visit agin

I costed me $38 and I stayed here for a night. I came here as a solo traveler and booked a double room with balcony. There was a big pool on the first floor. The location of the hotel was decent, although the road to the hotel was pretty rocky and deserted, kind of in the middle of nowhere and I’m unsure of how safe it is during the night seeing as there’s not many lamp posts. The room is great and spacious. The bathroom was spacious and the room was nicely decorated. You can watch YouTube on the TV but like most hotels the smart TV doesn’t really work properly so Netflix didn’t work. The amenities they offered were enough, they provided a refrigerator, hair dryer and all the other necessities that a standard hotel would provided. Although the bathroom would flood due to how far the drain was from the shower head, you can just move the shower head closer to the drain so it would not flood the whole bathroom. Everything was clean. But there was a minor mosquito problem when I woke up in the morning. Bathroom door lock doesn’t really work properly, butyou just have to pull it a bit harder. The service was great, the staff were helpful and communicative. I got an avocado toast and milk coffee for brunch at the restaurant, it was good. I would come back here when I return to Kampot!

What else could you ask for? It’s small beautiful resort in the heart of Kompot. I’ve stayed in various hotels/bungalows/resorts in Kompot, but this one took my heart away. The most special thing is Trip discount is real. Walking price was much more expensive for my booking.

Good pictures, good views, good service. but some area in room look dirty and in bad conditions I paid for 45$

wonderful place to stay! spacious room, everything clean, the pool is amazing, scooter rental was great and everything is reachable. very kind staff and great educational initiative (50% of their profits go into local school!)

Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city. The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out. That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.
