Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. My wife and I selected Nobu because it is situated outside of town and it seemed like it would be a bit more low-key than some of the other options in the greater Cabo area. We were pleasantly surprised with our selection. It was, indeed, the right choice for us as we were looking for somewhere to relax and reset. We weren’t interested in traditional tourism activities or proximity to the town; just comfortable room, good dining options, and great service in a beautiful, relaxing environment. We succeeded in those things, as the room was great, all the restaurants wherein we dined were fantastic, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. (Note: I’m sure Nobu offers plenty of options for activities, we just did not seek them. Also, we did arrange an Uber to town one afternoon and it was an easy and relatively inexpensive process - roughly $20USD) It was notably windy and could feel cold at times; the temperature of the pools could feel a bit cold too. But during the heat of day, it was quite refreshing to have that breeze and cooler water. Our service by the pool was fantastic, so overall we had a great experience. Admittedly it was a bit of a bummer that the beach area wasn’t really suitable for use during our stay (May 2023). It appears swimming is forbidden or highly discouraged at all times due to the currents, but not sure if the beach itself is more accessible when it is less windy out. Regardless, my wife and I enjoyed our time at Nobu and found our stay to be exactly what we needed to wind down and enjoy ourselves.

If i could, i would give Las Ventanas 10 stars. This hotel is incredible and the service is top notch. We travelled here to get engaged (complete surprise to my fiancé). The staff at last ventanas helped plan everything ahead of time, and didnt even give a hint that something special was coming. A special shoutout to the romance director Paola Martinez, reservations director Fernando Roland and our suite butler Fernando. Each of them along with their teams found a way to make this stay unforgettably romantic and meaningful. Throughout our stay, we were surprised with thoughtful gifts in our room or at dinner. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing. The food was also amazing. Every single dish we had was a home run. They have several restaurants with the most impressive being Sea Grill in terms of taste. All boast beautiful views. Breakfast is also fantastic with a huge diversity of options. Another beautiful touch are the tree art installations peppered throughout the property. You have to see them in person to appreciate their beauty, but some pictures are included in this review. Last but not least, our room was beautiful. We had a king ocean view junior suite with terrace. Absolutely incredible!! The views of La Plaza and the ocean were breathtaking. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and provided great sleep. The air conditioning and fans were on-point. The bathrooms were beautiful with a great soaking tub that fits 2 people comfortably. Every day you are also provided complimentary treats from the bakery at the end of your bed. We have both travelled a lot in our lives, and we can both say that Las Ventanas al Paraiso is at the very top of our experiences. We cannot wait to return!

Recently stayed at Hilton Los Cabos and booked with the Altamar package. The hotel was great on the communication front ensuring everything was lined out for us before our arrival. Check-in was seamless and the staff was very welcoming. Room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Only downfall of the rooms is that they could use some additional lighting. The hotel hotel grounds are very well manicured and shows that it is taken care of. As far as where the hotel misses the mark. Food and overall service. The food was VERY bland. We ordered some guacamole and chips by the pool and there was little to no flavor. We did get dinner at the Italian restaurant one night and the food was fresh but still lacking a bit of flavor. The best food item that we got at the pool was the tacos. It appeared that the hotel was understaffed around the pool. We were constantly having to flag someone down as there were often times no one was around. Overall it was a good trip. We were there when a tropical storm was coming through and the hotel was great at communicating with everyone about the storm and precautions in place. I think that it's a great hotel but could work on food and service.

We went On May 12 OH MY what an amazing service he gave us a Immaculate Experience to Lukas” and me, ”Alejandra”. He was super attentive with literally everyone Handling multiple Desires and He would bring us Paradise drinks and food, You can tell his energy above and beyond With his pure energy it was Contagious Filling us with Joy! Jose Iso mi viaje Excepcional Algo que siempre voy a recordar su Humildad Y sonrisa. You can tell he works really hard and always Smiling he was usually in the pool areas Reccomending us the best. I would give him a raise👏🏻👏🏻🇲🇽! Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.
I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs. A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

Saya suka tempat ini sangat indah saya pernah ke sana sebelum saya perlu memberitahu anda bahawa makanannya mengerikan. Juga isteri saya berasa sama. semuanya masin, cara pahit untuk membuat gula semua jus mempunyai rasa palsu. Saya telah mencuba hampir 20 perkara yang berbeza. Mereka terasa mengerikan. Hanya buah, susu dan roti yang sedap. tetapi saya tidak mahu mengeluh saya akan kembali kerana saya suka tempat anda semoga makanan akan terasa lebih sedap. PPengguna TetamuRooms have air conditioning, mini fridge with freezer, personal wifi specific to your room, small balcony with city view, hot water doesn’t last long in the shower so keep it short and no bathtub, maid service daily, coffee maker, dishes/utensils provided for two people, 2 free bottles of water at check in, smart TV, makeup mirror for women, great restaurant and full bar (food is excellent) staff is very friendly and most speak English very well and if you’re lucky you can get a gated parking spot otherwise parking on the street is easy and free. There is a bit of traffic noise and the street is one way in front of the hotel. The swimming pool is not very big but it’s very nice. The restaurant/bar can accommodate big parties if friends want to come have dinner but you’ll need to reserve the table. Spacious booths can seat 6-8 or try a table for more comfort if you’re large around the mid section. Hotel is quaint with not many rooms and is close to town/marina but not too close. Easy access and a safe area.

The hotel staff is so nice and helpful, they lent us beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Valet parking was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again.

PPengguna TetamuNot a 5 star resort. That's not saying it's not a nice resort, because it is, but 5 star resorts have top notch service. First ding, they don't pick you up at the airport, but you can have them set up transportation for you (at your added expense). The Taxi is $75 each way (I checked Uber and it was $55 and the taxi dude matched that price). We were able to catch a travel van on the way there from the airport for $17 a person. We had an ”executive suite” which was nice, not their best room but probably in the middle. They never changed the bed sheets in the entire 5 day/4 night stay. They made the bed, but never changed the sheets. They have a well stocked fridge and other goodies for a steep price. The problem is moving their crap out if you actually want to use the refrigerator. We were charged ”additional taxes” when we checked out as well. Only like $2-3 a day, but these should have been included in the price. The on-site sushi restaurant was not a good value. They charged us for items we didn't order and watch out for the $4.50 water. Our bill was $200 plus tip for two adults. Each had two margaritas, one appetizer (we had cancled after we told the waiter and he acknowledged, but came anyways) and two entrees. Portions were small, so definitely no ”leftovers”. The good. The included breakfast is excellent. Take advantage of that, eat a late breakfast (breakfast is over at noon, so be there no later than 11am) and that should tide you over until dinner. The location is great. Close to the marina/downtown but just far enough way that it's an easy walk and you stay out of that busyness. Overall, it's a nice 4 star (at best) resort.

PPengguna TetamuI was not allowed to register at the front desk! I have traveled to many countries and stayed at many luxurious hotels including Mexico. I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness on the part of a front desk manager. When asked to explain the policies that she wanted me to sign, without reading, she became increasingly rude and tore the document in half and told us our reservation was canceled and to leave the property. We did so and were left without a place to stay for the night. Luckily we were able to secure a room for the night at a hotel where the front desk was courteous, helpful, and kind.
Of course, with this kind of experience, I would tell anyone never to stay at the Tesoro Los Cabos hotel. I am requesting a full refund from Trip.com and an apology from from Tesoro Los Cabos Hotel.

PPengguna TetamuWe were welcomed by the bellboys at the front entrance. Upon arrival, it was an easy 10 minutes to check-in, and were in our room and off to the pool within 30 minutes. The pool was nice and nothing to do with the hotel, but the pool was hot due to the weather being almost 90 degrees and sunny. The service at the pool was great, the workers have such a great attitude and are always willing to help. There is a 2nd pool overlooking the marina with spectacular views of the mountains, water, and yachts along the marina walkway. It is located within 5 minutes of downtown with tons of restaurants, shops, and music from all the nightclubs, as well as live music at some of the outdoor venues. It's very busy on the weekends and less crowded during the week. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, however, we did not purchase it, but did have breakfast the last day and it was $20.00 USD per person. Overall, a great hotel, and we can't wait to go back !

PPengguna TetamuThis place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

PPengguna TetamuOur stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short.
The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way.
We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience.
The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity.
Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience.
Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room.
Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much.
In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe staff were particularly helpful and super friendly at all times, so that made up for okay amenities (the pool was a bit cold at night and harder to go for a quick swim but we managed). We did love the beds, they were incredibly comfy and the room we got was quiet so we were able to have a restful sleep. The breakfast was okay but I would have loved some veggies that they apparently had at some point, yet never brought back out again. The coffee was pretty solid though, so that was a plus. Lastly, the location was gold-walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and places to book tours. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose for our two-night stay :).

PPengguna TetamuThe location of the hotel is directly at the airport with a free shuttle service that takes about five minutes in total. The hotel does what it was built for, giving you a place for the night close to the airport. Book in advance and online via resellers. Looked like local price was much higher.
When it comes to check-in, it starts exactly 3pm — not a single minute before. Then there’s a rush and the clerk is overloaded for some time while others at the front desk only looking around.
Breakfast, well… that was really poor.
But all in all the stay was good.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is nice. It face the beautiful ocean and with three lovely pools. The inclusive package includes breakfast lunch and dinner. The food are average but plentiful. the problem is the two oversized receptionistsin the front desk, They checked us in late was in helpful and rude. They seem more keen to serves American than us. The female keep reminding us we are on a “cheaper” package…The manager try hard to verify the situation, but their attitude really spoilt a great holiday. The room is spacious the staffs in the guest service and restaurants are good. They’re plenty of hotels in the area I’m sure they’ll offer a better experience.
