"The location of F1 was excellent. Check in was smooth, staff very kind and attentive. I had one of the suite rooms and have to say I didn’t love it. The size of separate living area is nice and the bed was very comfy but the room showed some wear and tear with crumbling wall areas, torn curtains, mold in shower and cracks in the sink. It was also supposed to be a nonsmoking room yet smelled like a bar of both cigarettes and beer. The shower is very spacious but no shelf to place your wash items which is quite silly that there isn’t one in a shower of that size and the shower head was literally falling apart. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor for females who need to do their makeup and AC in the bedroom definitely struggles a bit to keep things cool. Given the wear and tear, smell, ac struggles, mediocre breakfast and lack of simple amenities like body lotion and wash cloths, didn’t feel like it was worth the nightly rate paid. If you can get a newer room or just one of the standard rooms, the price probably balances better."

"The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Additionally, the service is excellent—the staff are very welcoming and attentive.

"I stayed at Seda Bonifacio Global City for four nights and five days. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was quick, although I was required to provide an ₱8,000 cash deposit. Since my flight was on the same day as check-out, receiving that amount back in cash was not very convenient.
What stood out most was how helpful the staff were when I experienced food poisoning. At around 1:00 a.m., I went to the front desk, and they immediately arranged transportation to the hospital. They also provided an in-house nurse who accompanied me to the emergency room and helped me with the registration process. I was extremely grateful for this thoughtful support during such a stressful situation. The following day, the manager called to check on me, which made me feel genuinely cared for.
The room was a good size and comfortable, and the hotel is in an excellent location where restaurants, shops, and other places are easily accessible.
Breakfast was not included in my booking, but I decided to try it on the last day. I asked whether hotel guests received a discount, but unfortunately, there was none. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, although I expected staying guests might receive a reduced rate.
Overall, I had a very positive experience. The kindness, compassion, and exceptional support shown by the staff, especially during my medical emergency, made a lasting impression. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again."

"The location is good, it’s right in BGC. It’s very safe and modern, and there are McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and some cafes nearby. Uptown Mall or Mitsukoshi Mall is just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. From the airport, it takes like 1 hour because of the traffic jam, but to the airport, it takes like 30–35 minutes because there’s no traffic.
The room is new and clean. If you’re a Red Planet member, they provide slippers and a dental care kit. The staff is very friendly and polite, and check-in was very fast. So, in general, it was good.
This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was good."

"We had a 10 hr layover in manila and i wanted to explore BGC. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from BGC and uptown mall. The checkin was seamless, room was clean, fully air conditioned and afordable for a short stay.

"Stay was comfortable. Suite was very spacious for one person staying. Hope the hotel was way more generous about the early early check in as my flight was in the morning.

- The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo.
- Bathroom has a bath
- The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)
Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

_nonameatallWe decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe.
The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people.
We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs.
Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it.
Pros:
●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney)
●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee
● Wifi is working very fine
● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator.
● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold
● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean
Cons
●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night
● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to)
● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell
Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

AC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy.
Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure.
It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

Pengguna Tanpa NamaI had a pretty disappointing stay at iHotel BGC. The shower head in my original room was broken, so I reported it and was transferred to another room. I appreciate that they responded quickly, but unfortunately, the new room had its own problem—the shower drain was clogged. On top of that, the air conditioner was quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room is nice, cozy, spacious, and clean, and the reception staff are friendly. The only problem is that the shower isn’t working. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon because overall, the hotel room is recommended.

Pengguna Tanpa NamaWe were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations.
One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet.
In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for
Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
