"This hotel is right in BGC (Bonifacio Global City). The location is very good, you can easily get access to most places, like Bonifacio High Street and Uptown Mall. It’s very safe and nice to walk in the evening. There are lots of shops and restaurants.
Near the hotel are Macdonald’s, Starbucks and 7/11.
The room is good, very new and fresh. The staff was very polite and check-in was so fast. It’s definitely a good place if you come to Manila for the first time."

"We decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe.
The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people.
We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs.
Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had a great experience during our stay at the @Residences at BCCT, the staff were very polite and friendly, we brought our fur babies with us(not free, but this is stated in their policy) we booked a studio type room, but they upgraded us immediately to a 1 room just below the Pent house, which we were very grateful, the location was also very good as the mall (sm aura) was just across it, the infinity pool was also instagramable, as the view was amazing during the day and especially at night, the O2 Cafe bar was also a sight to see during the night, and the prices are justifiable, the food also was amazing, no wonder there was a long line of people during the evening to get a table there, the complimentary breakfast was so-so, we had pancake and bacon, as well as their beef kebab bowl, I enjoyed the kebab though, I didn't give a full rating on cleanliness because I could tell they didn't vacuum the room bec of the dust and left over bits by the previous guests, but it was compensated by the polite staff and let us extend our stay ouside of the regular checkout time, my overall rating is 9.5/10"

"I had a great stay at Seda BGC from 17–25 May. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to Bonifacio High Street, restaurants, shops, and business offices within walking distance.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the bed was comfortable for a longer visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were well-kept. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, Seda BGC provided a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would gladly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting BGC."

"I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight .
Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country

Promptness
Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME
(Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late .
I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening"

Had an awesome time at Shangri-La The Fort! The room was super comfy and had an amazing view. Everything was clean, modern, and felt really high-end without being over the top.
Staff were all so friendly and helpful—everyone made us feel welcome right away. The location is perfect too, right in BGC, so it's easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars.
Definitely recommend trying the breakfast buffet (so good!), and the gym and pool are huge—way better than most hotels.
Totally worth it. Would 100% stay here again!

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it.
Pros:
●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney)
●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee
● Wifi is working very fine
● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator.
● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold
● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean
Cons
●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night
● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to)
● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell
Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Additionally, the service is excellent—the staff are very welcoming and attentive.
飯店的地點真的極好，交通和生活機能都非常方便！服務人員的態度也極佳，讓人感覺很親切。
However, the room facilities could be improved. The bathroom towels had a noticeable odor, and the bathroom door was broken, which slightly impacted the overall stay.
比較美中不足的是房間設施，浴室的毛巾有點味道，而且廁所門是壞的，這點稍微影響了住宿體驗。
Overall, it is still an OK place to stay, mainly because the location is such a huge advantage. It would be perfect if they could improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.
整體來說還是OK的，畢竟位置優勢很強，如果布列塔尼BGC飯店能改善衛生和設備維護就更完美了。

Pengguna TetamuBeddings - Since luma na yung mga ginagamit nilang beddings particularly bed sheets and pillow cases, expect that there were old stains and marks. You may raise it with the reception if the look is so shabby for your eyesight. They will happily replace it. If the aircon is not cold enough for you or anything that creates you discomfort, they will do their best to address your concern even if it takes you move to the other room. Staffs were very helpful. Location is is strategically located but during night it may appear unsafe because it is near in the residential area (many workers from BGC walks there at night since it was their way going to their respective dorms or transportation) so for me, personally, I don’t feel unsafe at all walking going there from BGC during 12mn. Amenities not so much, just a very basic accommodation.

Good Location. Near Shangri La. Near High Street. There's a drugstore, fast food and convenience store near the area. Check In process was fast as well as the elevator. Airconditioning takes too long to cool the room..

The room is nice, cozy, spacious, and clean, and the reception staff are friendly. The only problem is that the shower isn’t working. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon because overall, the hotel room is recommended.

Pengguna Tanpa NamaWe were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations.
One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet.
In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for
Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
