PPengguna TetamuMy stay at Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

- The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo.
- Bathroom has a bath
- The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)
Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

KKrizzia AngeliThe room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly.
The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations.
There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

+ Condo big. good enough for 4 in bed plus maybe 1 on sofa. number 35V
+ Shower gel and water … no coffee
+ early arrival, they helped me to store my luggage for some hours
+ always fast replying
- they asked 250 php for every hour, if check in before 3pm (even checkout has to be until 11am =＞ not 24 hours staying). Of course i didn’t take that option. no hotel does that. if the room is ready more early, you can check inn.
- Sleeping room is facing east… the windows can’t be covered completely with curtains. result: sun very early in the room… wake up early. and bec of the sun =＞ very hot. AC can not handle that in the sleeping room.
- no hanger for towels in the bathroom at all. lucky, i was only one person. how do a family handle 4 towels after shower, if there is no hanger at all?
All in all:
the room is nice and big but bec of the location, facing east/south, i wouldn’t stay in this 35V again

That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine.
I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate.
This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter.
For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated.
One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors.
Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaMy family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it.
Pros:
●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney)
●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee
● Wifi is working very fine
● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator.
● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold
● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean
Cons
●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night
● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to)
● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell
Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

PPengguna TetamuI have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight .
Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country
Like USA(I am Asian and American raised )
As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs:
Promptness
Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME
(Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late .
I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening

PPengguna TetamuThe booking was quite easy, I didn't realize this was an Airbnb type of place when I ordered it, but getting inside the room was very easy and no trouble at all. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that your stay ends at 11 and starts at 3 where as most places are from 12-2. It's my own fault for not noticing when I booked it. Otherwise everything was very good.
