"The hotel is new and close to the train, metro and bus station, and we can walk on foot. There are also taxis in front of the station. It has a big Tv, USB wall charger, AirCon, Tea/Coffee. The shower has soap, cream and shampoo. Everything was very clean and the bed was excelent. The staff was polite. It has an elevator."

"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"Не понимаю восторженных отзывов. По мне средний хостел. При бронировании была одна цена, при заселении сказали, что произошла техническая ошибка и запросили 10 евро доплатить сверху. Т.к. добиралась до него долго и сил искать новое жильё не было, пришлось оплатить. Считаю недопустимым такое отношение к бронированию. По сути это квартира, переделанная под хостел. Внутри темно, даже мрачно. Света не хватает, окна постоянно закрыты жалюзями. Кому-то может это нормально, мне не понравилось. Внутри комнаты, 2 санузла, кухня. Уборка нормальная, помещение чистое. Ресепшн на месте только до 17 часов. Можно заселиться дистанционно. Не понравилась постель- простыня в катышках с волосами. Как будто её не меняют. Расположен далеко от достопримечательностей, пол часа минимум надо идти пешком."

"This hotel is new. Big comfortable bed, big shower and bathroom. The room has a bit of a smell of humidity or something, but was a comfortable and nice stay. We also got an upgrade which was great. They offer Nespresso coffee in the room and a bottle of water."

"Just far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport. We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!! The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it. Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room. I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend"

"El hotel Artcore ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles dónde nos hemos alojado en todo el mundo. Destacar la amabilidad de todo el equipo humano, desde Ines en el ckeckin, Patricia y sus compañeros del desayuno, Bruno en el checkout y cada una de las personas que trabajan en el hotel para cuidar hasta el más mínimo detalle. Los pequeños detalles marcan la diferencia respecto a otros hoteles El hotel inaugurado hace unos meses se caracteriza por su diseño único, centrado en el arte. Está perfectamente decorado pensando en todos los detalles. La habitación es muy cómoda, incluyendo el mini bar gratuito, cama muy grande y cómoda, suelo radiante, etc. Dan ganas de quedarse en la habitación y no salir. El desayuno a la carta es espectacular, elaborado con ingredientes de la mejor calidad. El hotel está a 2 minutos caminando del metro y a 10 minutos caminando del centro de Oporto. En una zona tranquila con muchos cafés y restaurantes. Totalmente merecida la calificación que tienen, aún deberían tener más. Si volvemos a Oporto, repetiremos. De nuevo, gracias a todo el personal por atendernos siempre tan bien. ¡Sois los mejores!"

"I feel like I entered an old movie in this hotel, they really stoped in time. The room is big, but the windows cannot be opened. The carpet is super old and the air inside the room is heavy. I don’t recommend if you have respiratory problems. The bed too soft. The view is the only good point in the room. Also the reception staff is friendly and let us enter the room before the checkin time."
