"Incredibly beautiful and brutalist hotel up in the Chiang Mai mountains. We stayed here for a few nights and will be returning to this hotel whenever we’re in Chiang Mai. You’re surrounded by nature, it’s extremely quiet and private, and the architecture of the hotel is very inspiring. We’d sleep in the evening without A/C with the balcony door open with the mosquito net and it would be so cool. Main pool also has an incredible view of the Loha Prasat pagoda. Two things to improve: 1) Room interior - wall behind the bed and bed headboard. I know this is very specific, but hear me out - the whole hotel interior and exterior is fantastic - brutalist style, with nature elements, wooden touches. However the wall behind the bed, with small round mirrors looks out of style and kind of tasteless. Same for the white headboard. Room would have felt even more premium with these adjustments. Perhaps a dark textured stone or a concrete panel wall and dark wood or dark cloth bed headboard. Would have been so much more minimalistic and brutalist, consistent with the style of the whole hotel. 2) Free water or a water cooler by the (main) pool. I think the water was 30 baht per bottle, which is cheap, but for a hotel like this water should be just free at the pool. Just a self service water cooler would have been great. Charging for water at the pool felt ”cheap” at an otherwise luxurious hotel. Other than that, everything else was amazing! Staff was all friendly. Would stay here again."

"Pros: staff were very friendly and had adequate English both at front desk and restaurant. Rooms were clean. The garden environment is very nice. Pool is surrounded by trees. Buffet breakfast had nice variety of fruits, proteins, eggs, soup, porridge, coffee, juice etc. Cons: Disappointing compared to photos, the bathroom was clearly not well maintained. Water pressure in shower was low, though adequately hot. Location is near Night Safari and Ratchapruek park, but in Hangdong which is far from main night market area. There are only a few local restaurants in walking distance, but not always open regular hours. It’s only a short taxi ride to nearby mall or restaurants. If you want a quiet getaway and don’t mind 2-3 star hotel conditions with 4-5 star service, this is for you."

"Love love love I knew the outdoor swimming pool is lovely but never thought the overall setting is so wonderful. It s surrounded my trees; jungle and streams as back drop. It is soothing my mind and body. I love swimming and this pool is just perfect for me.. even the water is a bit cold. 🏊♀️🏊♀️ The bed and bathroom is very nice and clean. Sitting in the balcony under good weather is just lovely!!!!!🍉🍓 The staffs are good but sometimes you need to wait for their whatsapp feedback for a while. Food n breakfast in Creek Cafe is average. Not in wide range of food but i m fine as i need relaxation not foodie crazy person. Overall the site design is very pretty and worth for money. I love this hotel with peacefulness and surrounded by nature and beautiful trees & butterflies🦋🦋🦋🐛🐛....; wishing I can come back somedays and stay again. If it is in good weather at night, guest can sit in the lawn and watch movie under open sky. Which is quite romantic indeed."

"Room is spacious and quiet and clean. Nice view outside window. Hotel provides two bottles of water each day. The location is the best part about this hotel. It’s located inside a gas station and shopping area. Just outside is a convenience shop for necessities. Next to it is a KFC. Hotel downstairs is a coffee shop with beautiful waterfall landscape. There are few restaurants options in the complex including chicken rice, noodles, pig feet rice, desserts. Along the road there’s lotus, Mr DIY, Japanese save mart, massage, restaurants within walking distance. 6 mins walk to little soul kids planet where kids can spend all day there."

"Staffs are very friendly. When we stayed there, they were doing the renovation. They even upgraded our room with better one for free as some rooms were in progress of renovation. Unfortunately, the heater was not working in our room. Apart from that, everything was great."

"My sister and I had an amazing stay at North Hill City Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the green areas. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options, and the hotel surrounding like goat, chicken and rabbits firms were a perfect place to relax after a long day. The location is convenient—just a short walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Very quiet location, stunning mountain views, large rooms with high ceilings, a nice balcony with small private jacuzzi. Not many guests around. Very nice views from the main pool / restaurant which also has a good food and drink menu. You can rent a motorbike although it is quite expensive at 450 baht per day and I had to ask for a helmet. I highly recommend that you stay at this great hotel for either a short or long stay - I stayed for 6 days and wasn't bored at all. Whether you want to explore the surrounding area or relax with a book or movie on the balcony, it is suitable for singles, couples or families. Cons No safety deposit box in the room. The room was cleaned just 2 times in 6 days and I had to keep asking for cleaning and consumables (water, tissue, shower soaps etc). The staff were good but it seems like the hotel isn't efficient - dishes left out at breakfast are still on tables several hours later even though the hotel is not busy. Breakfast is repetitive and minimal but okay - again it wasn't run very efficiently and customers have to keep asking for things like cups, milk, sugar etc. Some of the food was luke warm so not great. There are lots of pillows but they are all the same thickness (too thick for me) so I had to use a smaller one from one of the chairs."

"We had a good stay at Treescape and overall it offers great value in a beautiful, secluded jungle setting with a lovely misty atmosphere in the mornings. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout. The free ride to the local 7-Eleven was a nice touch, laundry service was extremely fast and very reasonably priced, and the complimentary late checkout at 2pm was much appreciated. Breakfast was adequate and the team were fantastic with our children – they even did free painting with my daughter which she loved. However, the stairs were genuinely unsafe for young children (very open and steep), the bathroom had no lock, and the pool was very cold so the kids didn’t want to use it. Overall, despite those issues, it’s still a great value hotel in a peaceful remote location with genuinely lovely staff — just something to be aware of if you’re travelling with small children."

The hotel is really great - very nice grounds with a pool, cafe and a small animal farm. Everything looks very nice, like I was living in a dollhouse 🥰 The rooms are simple and comfortable, I was very comfortable. The owner and hotel staff are very friendly: when I arrived late, they took me to a nearby cafe and then came back for me. Breakfast was included in the price; I chose the English breakfast - it was quite good. There is a beautiful park nearby, lots of coffee shops and restaurants. My only regret is that I didn't spend much time there. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely come back again 🫶🏻

這家酒店房間數量不多，位置在一個寧靜的院子裏，十分私密。前往酒店的途中，看到它隱匿於村莊之中，心裏還有些不安。可一走進院子，瞬間就像置身世外桃源。院子打理得極為用心，花花草草錯落有致，魚缸的擺放也極具設計感。據瞭解，這房子似乎是帶有歷史遺跡的，房主人精心維護，內部裝修很有品味。房間乾淨寬敞，床品十分舒適。我前一天還住在曼谷的超五星酒店Hyatt，搬過來入住後完全沒有不適感。由於酒店位於村子裏，周邊自然環境好，所以蟲子相對較多，清晨四點多還會有鳥叫聲，但這些對熱愛自然的我而言都不算什麼問題。 酒店的咖啡廳很贊！還有銀飾品店鋪，扎染店在院子裏，很美好！

I don’t usually write reviews when I travel, but last week I booked this hotel for my mother and her friends. There was a small issue upon arrival; however, the hotel handled it very well by upgrading the room. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness. The bed linens and pillowcases smelled fresh and clean, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries, which were outstanding. I would like to sincerely thank Trip.com and the hotel staff for resolving the issue so professionally and turning it into a truly positive and memorable experience.

Great beach bungalow type of resort in between Hang Dong and the city, perfect if you have your own wheels. Walls seem thin but the street is quiet. No trouble sleeping. Everything is very neat and clean. Breakfast is the only downside. Cold eggs, cold ham and sausages, and only oranges for fruit during the 6 nights I spent there. But the rooms are great and the pool well maintained. Attached coffee shop is pleasant. Recommended but find breakfast elsewhere.

I must say top marks for Ken and his team here at Bamboo Garden resort. The bed and bedding was fantastic. Very clean throughout. They keep very high standards, hence the 9.7 rating. I would definitely stay here again, in fact, I stayed longer than expected. There are a number of breakfast options, but for me the full English was top marks. 10 out of 10 all day long

A fantastic lodge hotel, set in peaceful tranquil surroundings on the hillside off the main road of the Mae Rim-Sameong Loop. The staff were fantastic and helpful, helping to organise transport and a daytrip van with driver, as well as ordering dinner from local restaurants. We used the 3 bed villa and it was perfect for our family, although a TV upgrade so we can use the smart services(Netflix) would be perfect for relaxing in the evening especially with kids, and a microwave to heat the take away meals ordered. The grounds and gardens are delightful, as are the big glass windows in the bedrooms which look out onto the gardens. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked and delicious, made to order at a chosen time, so a lie in doesn't affect getting a decent breakfast like it does in buffet hotels. The one thing that would make this hotel perfect and probably 5 star, would be a lovely swimming pool.

Wonderful manager. Recently renovated. Very friendly and welcoming. Very green. Nice wooden carvings on balconies. (It felt peaceful. I didn't mind the occasional airplanes flying overhead.) Location depends on what you are looking for.

The hotel probably knew better days before COVID, and it is in need of some polishing. At the same time, I had a very pleasant stay: they provide free bicycles, the room is clean, rustic, and atmospheric. There is a road curving around the hotel but at least from where my house was located, I could not really hear any traffic. The village is very local, with great little eateries that serve delicious cheap meals. The Viewpoint in the 6fh floor of the main building indeed has a great view! Lady at the reception can speak a little English, and she helped me to arrange a taxi to the airport.
